I did the usual research on the 2 or 3 vehicles I was considering for a lease and begain the ???dreaded??? dealer visits on the Black Friday weekend. Each visit , Honda, Toyota, Mazda, Hyundai, was the typical ???what do I need to do to get you in the car today??? with the usual visit by the manager etc etc. Pricing ALWAYS started high and slowly came down as I expressed my requirements. This all changed when I went to Wantagh Mazda. I met Ken the self proclaimed manager of ???smiles & laughs???. He listened to my needs and gave me honest answers and pricing and in two days I was in my new Mazda. Supprisingly for car buying I did smile and had a few laughs as well. If you are looking for a Mazda you need to go to Wantagh Mazda
In 2006. David Chiari sold my parents a Mazda 3, which they gifted to me as my first car. 12 years later, I came back to lease another Mazda, this time, the CX-5. I had told David that I was looking at other cars and that leasing was the best option for me and my husband right now. Mazda didn't push me, inundate me with calls like other dealerships did and gave me what I thought was a very fair price for my trade in car. It also helps that he has a picture of Queen Elizabeth II behind his desk, as I am a huge anglophile. Such a great guy who is part of a great team that truly cares about their customers. Owner loyalty was honored for sure.
Phil did what ever he had to to get me into my new 2018 CX 5 touring. Went the extra mile and got me the approval I needed. Thank you Phil! Wonderful person and easy to talk too. If other dealership had finance guys like him they would sell, sell, sell cars allday. Charlie the sale man was honest and didn't try to.oversell. very knowledgeable about the car and all the tech. Thank Charlie for making it easy and with out hassels.
I???ve been using this dealership for over 28 years. They are no nonsense, they don???t waste your time with hours of negotiating. David, Phil,Joe and Ken all work as a team to get you the best deal. Very personable and professional. An overall awesome team and great dealership

Leased a 2018 CX-5 from Henry. Had a great experience. Was true to his word and a refreshing break from other car salesmen I have dealt with. Would highly recommend this dealership if you are in the market for a Mazda.
Very friendly when searching inventories and showed mind to help to find good car. After few negotiations, reached good deal. All processes were fast and accurate. Recommend to talk to John when visit this dealer.
The customer service was polite and sociable. I was able to test drive and look over the vehicle with no hassling. Sales staff was quite helpful over the phone, through email, and in person. The vehicle was as advertised and was purchased with no drama.
The salesman was very nice and willing to help me out, even staying late to show me more vehicles. Unfortunately, the vehicles had very basic problems (doors that didn't open, truck that wouldn't even shift into drive) that made me very leery of purchasing a vehicle there. If those obvious things are wrong, what ELSE is wrong that isn't obvious?
Everything was quick, smooth, and proficient. James Boyd is an excellent salesperson. This is the 3rd Hyundai that I bought from 112 and from James. That alone should say something!!! There aren't any surprises!
I spoke with Ed about the issue with the CV Joint on my 07 S550 and how I felt about how it was handled. He assured me the whole thing was a misunderstanding and was willing to meet me half way on the repair and to make it more convenient for me I could use my mechanic to do the job.
I want to thank Frank, Ed and Bianco Auto Sales for stepping up and paying half for the repair.
