I rarely leave reviews, but Rigo deserves one. From my first phone call until I drove off the lot, he was on top of everything. Good communication, good attitude, and most importantly he treated me like a person instead of just another sale. I’d definitely do business with him again.

Vantage AutoReviews
Vantage Auto review
Dear Vantage Auto, there are rare experiences in life that deserve the utmost praise, and my time with your team is certainly one of them. I never dreamed that car buying could be met with so much genuine care, warmth, and personal interest. After a test drive with Shawn Huneycutt, sales manager, I was completely sold. He made me feel safe, secure, and took the time to patiently educate me on all the vehicle's controls. His attention to my needs was stellar. When I returned to finalize everything, the paperwork was perfectly buttoned up and easy to sign, with Shawn thoroughly explaining every document. The vehicle itself was handed over looking brand new, shining inside and out, and he even filled up the gasoline tank before I left. It is these small, meaningful details that make a transaction stand out. Mr. Huneycutt is unlike any representative I have ever worked with, and I am incredibly grateful for his exceptional service....

2019 Mercedes-Benz C-Class review
I love my 300C with the AMG Package. You get a much sportier look and drive. The car rides very comfortably in Comfort Plus but you can put it in Sports Plus and it becomes a whole different car. It feels like the car stiffens up and the Torque is immediately right there. Also, the AMG Package comes with great brakes! At this price point, you're going to hear a slight wind noise at higher speeds and the back seats don't have a lot of legroom. But, as an entry-level Mercedes, this is the best Mercedes for value in my opinion.

Mercedes-Benz of Orange County NY review
Scott Bateman, service advisor at Mercedes-Benz of Orange County, has yet again proved to be exceptional in his role and an integral part of the team at this dealership. His customer-focused approach highlights professionalism, attentiveness, communication, and respect for time. Scott goes out of his way to provide thorough and accurate information to his customers, ensuring details are understood every step of the way. The service videos are a unique touch that add to the experience and knowledge-base for customers, complementing the personal interfacing that is necessary for outstanding customer service. The Sales Department is key for getting customers into the dealership; however, the Service Department is crucial in maintaining longevity and sustainability for many years to come. Scott makes this vision a reality. I highly recommend Scott Bateman and the service team at Mercedes-Benz of Orange County/Benzel-Bush in Harriman, New York, near the Woodbury Commons, for all your service needs. I look forward to many more years of working with Scott and his team.

We ended up purchasing another Ram that we saw on their website. Totally met expectations. Truck was a 2019 but looked band new and totally clean. Chris was easy to work with. They didn't even take our trade-in for a drive before agreeing on a trade price.
