Mercedes-Benz of North OrlandoReviews
Mercedes-Benz of North Orlando review
We recently began the process of trading in our 2023 Honda Pilot Elite in hopes of finding something newer, more fuel-efficient, and with a lower monthly payment. We decided to start our search at Mercedes-Benz, even though we initially thought ownership was completely out of reach for us. After several test drives and some negotiations, we were thrilled to drive away in a 2026 Mercedes-Benz GLC 300 Mild Hybrid with the AMG Package. What made the experience truly exceptional was the outstanding service we received from Gabriel Echegaray. Gabriel absolutely saved the day! From start to finish, he was professional, knowledgeable, patient, and genuinely committed to helping us find the right vehicle. He went above and beyond throughout the entire process and is a tremendous asset to Mercedes-Benz of North Orlando. Our experience was so positive that my parents are now considering bringing in their Mercedes-Benz for maintenance and may even explore upgrading to a newer model in the future. Thank you again, Gabriel, for making what we thought was impossible become a reality. If you're in the market for a new vehicle, I highly recommend stopping by Mercedes-Benz of North Orlando and asking for Gabriel. You won't be disappointed!

Eugene is very knowledgeable and professional. In addition the service manager was exceptional. We were happy with the overall outcome! Overall I would say it was a good lincoln expirence that you would expect. I would have gone 5 star but just a little snag in paperwork issues.

Hyundai of Central Florida review
I’ve had the privilege to work with Cesar Marques (Service Director) and his customer service support staff on a few different occasions over the last couple years regarding our 2021 Hyundai Santa Fe. Mr. Marques has exceeded our expectations with his excellent customer service experience , his professionalism and his ability to relate to the customers needs. I consider him a major asset to the Hyundai family. If I do decide to purchase another Hyundai down the road, it will be a direct result working with of Mr. Marques. Thank you, Larry Ort

It was a great experience buying mt car at the dealership. The look and features of the car is what attracted me to it. Donte is a great salesman, he is very knowledgeable. He answered all my questions and show me how to use all the features that the car has.

I can’t say enough good things about Rich and Michael’s auto. I have purchase over 20 cars in my life, from Albany to Boston. Rich is the best person I have ever worked with hands down. I am 2000 miles away, but Rich made it the easiest deal, and it was from my living room! The car is immaculate and 100% as described. Financials were a breeze, as was the “paper work”. If you are looking for a curated selection of great cars, at great prices, with the added bonus of working with the best salesperson on the east coast? Then call Rich right now, because he’s the absolute best! Capital region NY auto dealers, call Rich too, he will reach you how to do it right!

Comfortable vehicle. Gas mileage is good and I use premium. No major issues thus far and anything that has happened like battery was covered under warranty.

You deal with ERICA the owner. Very professional and detailed with absentee buyers. She returned calls/texts on Sunday when MY car transporter had a breakdown. This lady is a gem.

2019 Mercedes-Benz C-Class review
I love my 300C with the AMG Package. You get a much sportier look and drive. The car rides very comfortably in Comfort Plus but you can put it in Sports Plus and it becomes a whole different car. It feels like the car stiffens up and the Torque is immediately right there. Also, the AMG Package comes with great brakes! At this price point, you're going to hear a slight wind noise at higher speeds and the back seats don't have a lot of legroom. But, as an entry-level Mercedes, this is the best Mercedes for value in my opinion.

I found my advocate Alfredo for purchasing my car to be an exceptional guy. Anything I asked he was able to answer, and if he didnt have the answer got back to me and my wife quickly. We were happy with the overall outcome! Overall I would say it was a good lincoln expirence that you would expect. I would have gone 5 star but just a little snag in paperwork issues.

CarMax RaleighReviews
CarMax Raleigh review
Having purchased only new vehicles my entire life, I found myself in need of buying my girlfriend a certified used vehicle from a local Honda dealership. After the salesman ignored our desires and instead try to upsell us, however, we decided to try Carmax instead. From the start, Carmax offered a helpful hand online and friendly service over the phone: they were quickly able to find what we needed and provide attractive financing in a flash. (Thanks to you, Lesly.) Moreover, I found scheduling of a meeting to finish the deal at the dealership efficient. Once at the dealership, Haseam did well in helping us -- his knowledge and friendliness were impressive, especially since I havevworked in the service industry for many years . Because he did not try to upsell us, but rather did his best to educate us on what would work well, (coming in on his day-off to finalize the deal), I must commend Carmax and its associates for providing a memorable experience. Also, I was thankful that Dashau helped expedite the process when we completed the paperwork; what a breeze! Finally, I know I will come in buy my own used car in the future when my Honda Fit finally gives out. Thanks again, Carmax!
