I had the pleasure of meeting Mr Scott the director for Bommarito dealerships . And he personally made sure my issue was resolved. By placing Chris in service over my services and he was concerned, professional, and efficient in getting the task completed in a timely manner and was done correctly. Chris is also polite and kind and had a great smile the whole time. Thank you both!!! Sincerely Ms Sheila Berry

We were interested in a vehicle at CarMax about 275 miles from where we live. We paid to have the car delivered to the location near us. There was nothing specific that the CarMax dealer did other than be sure the car was moved as quickly as possible. We did not visit the location where the car was being offered and the car was not delivered to our home.

The first girl that helped me was not helpful at all. She just stared at herself in the window, swinging her hair in the reflection. Then left me outside to look at vehicles by myself while she talked bad about another employee. Ugh.... BUT the man who took over was great. He has been working there a long time and is perfect at his job. He has integrity and that is the best trait in a sales rep. Very helpful and has a wonderful personality even if he was stressed.

Elder MitsubishiReviews
Elder Mitsubishi review
I purchased a Jetta from Elder Mitsubishi in Cedar Park, and I honestly couldn't be happier with my experience. Isaac was wonderful to work with from start to finish. He was patient, kind and knowledgeable throughout the entire process. He answered all of my questions, took the time to explain when I needed clarification, and never made me feel pressured into making a decision. I love my new Jetta, and I'm glad I had Isaac helping me through the process. I definitely recommend asking for Isaac at Elder Mitsubishi. Thanks again, Isaac! You made my car-buying experience a positive one! Misty A. Round Rock, Texas

I sold my Kia Soul to Carmax a few months ago. The offer was at the price I was asking on other sites. My Soul had only 33k miles on it but pressures from my mom made me sell it. The offer came via text message and it was a super quick sale. The check was deposited without issues. It was all very smooth.

2021 Mercedes-Benz GLA 250 review
Been awhile since i have owned a Benz. I have had 2 decades of BMWs and what brought me back to Benz was the exoerience of having driven a rented one through most of Spain and Portugal for 2 months. I began to love the brand again, as my interest in BMW's waned due to its very boring interiors. I selected a GLA 250 given its eurosize and jackrabbit turbo performance. Never failed me, my only compaint: a small fuel tank which has me refuelling more often and a spotty CarPlay app that seems to malfunction with Spotify but not with the other music apps. Overall am a happy owner, now hoping tht MBenz service in Vegas has improved.

After trying other "reputable dealerships" that added thousands of dollars to the cost of a used car at the end of the sale "to get it ready to sell" and then almost purchasing a non disclosed flood vehicle, we came back to CarMax! We have now purchased 5 vehicles from them and have been thrilled with the experience and the durability and safety of a CarMax car!

Mercedes-Benz Of TampaReviews
Mercedes-Benz Of Tampa review
I recently purchased a preowned 2023 Mercedes Benz from Mercedes Benz of Tampa, and I could not have asked for a better experience. I had never owned a Mercedes before, so I took my time looking at different cars and asking a lot of questions. I was at the dealership for about six hours, and Maria Sadoyan was incredibly patient and helpful throughout the entire process. She never made me feel rushed or pressured to make a decision. Daniel Harkins, the sales manager, was also very cooperative and made the entire process easy and comfortable. I really appreciated the way both Maria and Daniel treated me. They were professional, patient and genuinely interested in helping me find the right car rather than simply making a sale. I would definitely recommend Maria, Daniel and Mercedes Benz of Tampa to anyone looking for a Mercedes. It was a very positive buying experience.
