2021 Mercedes-Benz GLA 250 review
We have had our GLA 250 for 9 months now and absolutely love it. Great handling and ride comfort. Big enough for hauling small pieces of furniture. It’s our first Mercedes. No wonder people buy one.

The sale people were very knowledgeable , and was a pleasure to do business with. She had the service department clean the car prior to delivery and they did not half clean anything. The windows, interior seats, and carpet was not cleaned as good as previous car dealers had done. Overall Sale personnel are fine, Service personnel are not as good.
2023 Mercedes-Benz GLA 250 review
Just got the 2023 gla 250 4matic. It’s good looking inside and out and drives very well, comfortable and sporty in perfect combination. My only knock would be the front seats seem a little small. You have to do a lot of option thinking to get exactly what you want and are willing to pay for but otherwise a good value.

2019 Mercedes-Benz GLA 250 review
I have driven only American cars since 2006, they normally come with lots of bells and whistles, so it was funny to see an ash tray and CD player in the vehicle. I like the way the car handles. It is smooth to drive and comfortable. Not too big and not too small.

Good cars, excellent variety, friendly staff. Pricing is "transparent and competitive", but allows little in negotiating. Overall, a good experience. Warranty covers 5 days and 300 miles. Based on that, I did not do a PPI other than my own walk around. Clutch slave gave out at 170 miles and 3 days. I had it towed at my expense ($258). The Sales team has worked to resolve this and I appreciate it (although not offering to pay for the tow). The Service team tried to blame me as being rough on the car. . .really? Right out of the gate you want to blame the customer. How about replacing the clutch fluid since there was no indication it has ever been done? Water and corrosion were likely. Then the service rep tried to tell me it worked fine when they (service) did the pre-sale inspection. Also told me clutches and associated components were't covered. Appears service and sales are separate entities that may not work well together? Can't say, but that's what I was told and there seems to be a disconnect. 2022 Mercedes-Benz GLA 250 review
Very smooth drive ! Definitely makes you feel like your in total control comfortably as well as confidently! I had downsized from a Jeep Grand Cherokee Limited edition, & I’m not disappointed at all ! The handle on this vehicle is amazing! It really makes you feel safe while driving! My first Mercedes & now I plan to definitely remain a loyal consumer! Amazingly pleased!
