Excellent dealership. Customer service was beyond amazing especially a week later when I needed some help with a flat tire after hitting a pothole. They sent someone to me to drop me off a brand new tire ! They also got me financing at a lower rate than anyone else including my own credit union. Kudos to the team at Euro Motor Haus!! These guys are good guys they will work with you, they actually found two vehicles for me. They even recommended a good repair shop and transport company. I have purchased 3 vehicles from them without issue all of my documents and titles were sent via fed ex. I would be careful when bidding on vehicles, look at them closely make sure they are not another dealer trying to pass them through Elite. I would focus on only insurance company vehicles if you want to restore and repair. They have plenty of used vehicles with some minor scratches and clean titles. My favorite to work with is John thanks again for everything.

The 2 salesmen we worked be Leex and Zachariah were courteous, very respectful and overall fantastic. The buying environment can be filled will pressure BUT this was not our experience at all. I helped a friend purchase a used vehicle from Oakes Kia. She doesn't do much online, but I wanted to make sure to put a SHOUT OUT to Stacey! She was upfront, fun, asked my friend many questions to make sure she had found the right car and most of all, wanted her to feel good about her purchase when she drove off! Apparently, they aren't paid on commission, but online reviews help their pay. To each his own, but why should anyone ask a customer to reward them for doing their job?
