I had a great experience buying my new Mercedes from this dealership. The pricing was competitive and transparent, which I really appreciated. Alex Weber was fantastic to work with—very responsive, proactive, and easy to communicate with. From my first visit to completing the purchase, the whole process only took two afternoons and was surprisingly smooth. He was very patient with all my questions and helped me compare different vehicles while I was deciding. He was quick to follow up and checked with his manager Fernando when needed to help move things forward. Fernando was also very supportive and helped make sure everything went smoothly. When I picked up the car, Noah spent close to an hour walking me through the features. I was a little hesitant at first because there was a lot to learn, but he explained everything clearly and made sure I felt comfortable with the car before I left. Overall it was a great experience, and I’m very happy with my new car. I would definitely recommend this dealership and working with Alex, Fernando, and Noah. Thanks to the whole team!

I purchased a 2019 RS3 from Audi Albuquerque from CJ. I worked with several other Audi dealerships. About 6. Only one other dealership (Ft Worth) was as professional and flexible. With that being said, since I bought the car from ABQ, I can only speak on what happened during the sale from them. My trade in was VERY fair. They didnt even TRY to screw me over. It was reasonable and fair. Would I have liked a tad more on my trade? Of course, but the price flexibility they gave me on the new car more than made up for it. They were within approx $500 of everyone else on my trade anyway. Can't complain there! There were zero games. No tricks. No frills. No surprises, and I had to drive 4 hours from El Paso to get there. How many dealerships would have pulled the okie doke on you after driving all that way, knowing that you dont wanna turn around over $1000 or something? Happens all the time. They weren't pushy either. I didnt buy any upgraded warranty, audi care, gap, anything from them (or get my loan through them, which is another area they really try to push for obvious reasons) and do you think they pushed me? No. Do you think they treated me any less? No. They treated me all the same, despite making less money. Which is obviously important to them. They earned a customer for life. Is not taking care of your customers more important than making a few extra dollars? Not to everyone. But with them, it was obvious and apparent that customer satisfaction, fairness, and straightforwardness is important. Would give 10 stars if I could.

I just recently had a divine experience at Mercedes-Benz of Edison. Amir Brown was the light at the end of a very dark tunnel. I have never had a greater experience when shopping for a car in my entire life! He got me where I needed to be, and gave the best advice he could. What a great establishment that has wonderful employees like Amir Brown!

I had visited this dealership a few times before and never really felt convinced to move forward with a purchase. Each time I came in, I browsed the cars but didn’t feel like anyone was confident enough in presenting them to make me comfortable making a deal. Because of that, I always ended up leaving without taking the next step. The last time I came in, I met Jerry, and the experience was completely different. From the start, he carried himself with confidence and really knew how to walk me through the options without making it feel forced. He showed me a great collection of cars and took the time to explain what would actually suit me best. I knew I wanted something from this dealership, but I didn’t realize exactly what I was looking for until Jerry helped narrow it down. By the end of the visit, I had found the one that truly fit me, and I felt confident about the decision. Jerry has a way of making people feel comfortable while still being straightforward and knowledgeable about what he’s selling. It’s rare to come across a young guy who’s that confident and clearly knows what he’s doing. We even ended up talking a bit about golf, which was a nice bonus. Great job, Jerry.

Apparently I am not computer literate. This is my fourth and final attempt to write a review for the absolute best Mercedes dealership ever! I have had, I believe, seven Mercedes, only deviating once as I was enamored with a San Remo green convertible elsewhere. Six months later I returned to Mercedes where Deb found a lovely black GLC 300 for me, Norma and Manny aided in my lack of computer skills with the technical side of the vehicle and dear Sam watched my beloved Kingston when I did the paperwork. Service solved a software issue in a timely fashion even vacuuming my car per my request. Greg in Service was inundated with phone calls and kindly took the time to tie my shoe, again upon my request, as I was holding my multipoo. Lee Ghesquiere, his sons, Taylor and Chase are all a tribute to their late father and grandfather who has always helped me in the past and would be so proud of the legacy he founded. Thanks to all! We really love the sales person. The main issue as a car was damaged quite a bit and I was unimpressed by the 120 point inspection as I pulled out the cabin filter looks like it was the original when I pulled it out.

The dealership is super nice. The floor is loaded with amazing super cars. I wanted to take home an extra car just because. Randy is a very good sales associate.
