I have the 4matic. Car handles very well. Very comfortable and gives you options on how you want to perform (ex TURBO etc). I like the fact you can connect your phone to the car so it will notify you if you left your car unlocked. There's alot of nice features

I was scheduled for service originally on May 3rd. But someone from Silver Star Motor called and left a message I can come in yesterday morning. When I arrived, a person on the front desk said I was not scheduled. But she kindly said she would accommodate to have servic yesterday. Mean time I saw Vladyslave was in his office. So I asked if I could see him instead of a person who called and left a message to come in. I was so glad to be able to be serviced by him. Because he has been my customer representative for a long time, great, sincere, reliable, and absolute pleasant to work with. I want to be serviced by him again at next visit.

The Salesperson Jay Dari I worked with was knowledgeable and professional, answering all my questions and providing ne with all the information I needed to make an informed decision. He didn’t pressure me into making a purchase or try to upsell me on features that I didn’t need. The finance process was also smooth and efficient. The finance manager explained all the terms and options clearly, helping me choose the financing package for my budget. When it came time to pick up my new car, everything was ready and waiting for me. The salesperson walked me through all the features and controls, making sure I was comfortable with everything before I drove off the lot. Overall, I am extremely happy with my new car and the buying experience. The dealership provided exceptional service from start to finish, and I would highly recommend them to anyone in the market for a new car.

Great car. Love it. But for the price you should at least get leather interior, not that artificial look. But it rides beautifully. Feel safe in it.

I seek it out. Since the corona virus hit, there were very little inventory on new ones. I looke3d around and to no avail. One dealer called me and said that she has a 2019 Metris with only under 400 miles that they use for customers to drive around the lot. I liked it because it fits my needs. I gave up a 2016 GMC Sierra Denali 1500 truck for it. I miss my big boy but no regrets.

Only two people in the world will fully understand the Metris: Europeans who are used to seeing them and Americans who were in love with their Chevy Astro. And that's the appeal of the Metris. A great gap filler between a light weight Asian built model and a massive Sprinter. I purchased a 2018 passenger version that had been returned to the dealer with 15 miles on the clock from a fleet company that folded, essentially a new vehicle at a substantial discount, sight unseen and had it shipped to me. It's used half for business and half for grocery getting. After a few exterior trim options added to the black body, I now have seasoned Benz owners cocking their heads in bewilderment (what the heck is that?). The big chrome star gives them a hint. A little shy on creature comforts but it gets the done. I downsized from a Ford E250 but lost very little in horsepower and towing. Not to mention gaining MPG's and driveway space. Again, If you are one who is concerned with function and loved the old Astro vans, this one is for you. Footnote: My step daughter just ordered one too.

Just bought this car a couple of days ago and I’ve driven Audi’s and BMW’s, but this SUV is by far, the best. It has a ton of features and safety options that make it so much better than any other vehicle in its class. My car is a 2019 CPO &only had 11,000 miles when I bought it.

My salesman was Hernan a real professional I felt he was very honest and was not felt like I was being pressured like other dealerships I went to. The cause that I looked at words in excellent condition and fairly priced I would definitely recommend this place.

Second "S" that I have owned. This AMG model is comfortable with good acceleration for everyday driving. Transmission is a little finicky at takeoff and takes some getting use to for smooth pullaway. Much better overall than my first car (non-AMG). Convenience features are intuitive and make this a wonderful car to drive.

The only complaint we have is when your slowing down to stop and the SUV goes to electric. Sometimes it is very abrupt with a chunk sound, to me its not right, I will be checking in with the dealer for answers for $90,000+ dollars Mercedes I expect better.

As usual they were very helpful and courteous. Did not have to wait long. Work was done in a timely manner. Very pleasant experiences. I am very happy with this dealership.

What a treat to drive the GT! The car’s distinctive styling is actually eclipsed by its performance. The acceleration is extremely responsive, it corners as flat as a board and it’s growl is intoxicating. Through the years I’ve been blessed with the opportunity to own several world-class vehicles but this one is, by far, my favorite and the most fun to drive. Unfortunately, after a back injury at age 68, it’s time for me to grow up and start acting my age so my loss is your gain. You won’t be disappointed; this little beauty is a gem and if you appreciate great engineering like I do, it’s worth every penny.

The MB S550 I purchased was everything I could want or dream of in a luxury car. It is stunning! I have back issues and the back support is exceptional. Road noise and bumps are greatly attenuated. Best car I’ve ever owned.

I traded mine in after 19000 miles for one reason, the run flat tires. they are $300 a piece and last 15000 miles. They might be an option, if you don’t mind putting new and expensive tires on every year but they don’t perform in snow after 5000. They don’t perform great when new to be honest, just better in snow with more tread. I loved the car, but living in hilly, snowy Pennsylvania, it just wasn’t practical. Think twice if you drive in snow or rough roads or just don’t feel like getting new expensive tires every year

Everything I wanted and more! It’s my 3rd Benz and the best yet. The last one, an E350 lasted ten years and still drive like brand new.
