We recently bought our second Toyota from Don McGill. The first was a 2020Toyota Avalon and the second was a 2024 Toyota Crown. The first purchase went off without a hitch and we were very satisfied. The second car (the 2024 Crown) was purchased and delivered on 12/29/2023 with only one key FOB; I was told me I would get a second key FOB in six months. I subsequently talked to the service department; they promptly ordered one and I received it one week later. I do have an issue with the title department. My credit union is threatening to raise my loan interest rate if they don't receive the title. The only way to satisfy my credit union is to explain the process which I do not understand. The dealer should be more proactive in ensuring that the sales process does not end with delivery. My credit union still hasn't received the title. I am forced to keep calling which shouldn't be necessary.

Great driving and solid car. I especially love the handling and ride for cruising the beach. When the twin turbo hits you with that boost she is fun to drive. She gives you balanced power at the helm and take in that confidence that this lovely lady gives. Pop the top and then really take in that beach Sunset. This is my third car purchase from CAR MAX . A later model for the wife . A jeep Cherokee and is a 2019 with low mileage . She is happy and that makes US happy . The purchase was not hurried and no back and forth between Mr Smith and I . Really straightforward . Satisfied completely .

This car should be classified as an “exotic”. The S550 Coupe is by far the best vehicle I’ve ever owned. Well, our 2008 S63 AMG was a monster, but very heavy. The ride is harsher than expected over rough roads, but it isn’t close to a deal killer. The interior is perfect, but the controls were clunky at first….until you get used to it.

Dollar for dollar this is the best car that money can buy. A 3 year old MB Certified car with around 30,000 miles is the way to go. The price will be about 50% of original MSRP so you save about $50,000. I suggest 4 MATIC and AMG trim package. I 've owned other MB's, high end Jaguars, BMW's, Volvo's, VW's and several American cars, new and used. This is the best.

I have a 2018 E400 Cabriolet. It is a great car. We use this car for the summer and for driving vacations. Mileage is very good,30mpg on the highway. Can not stress the comfort enough great road car, smooth ride, quiet, great handling, and cornering. Very nice styling and beautiful interior great sound system, heads up display, virtual dash is customizable with many options. A real pleasure to own and drive. a pleasure to drive.

I mistakenly sold my 2012 E350 in 2023 thinking I should upgrade to an SUV. I regretted selling the wagon, though the 2020 MB GLB was a very nice vehicle. So I found a 2011 E350 wagon and couldn't been happier. Maintenance is key, yes. But the leather (not MBTex) wears very well, and the exterior is flawless.

I emailed and called Kayalar Motors regarding their advertised pre-owned FIAT 500 car. Murat took my phone call and was friendly and helpful but not pushy, which I appreciated. He answered my questions. Thereafter, I received two follow-up emails from both Murat and Abbey who were located at two different Kayalar Motors' dealerships. Abbey was very considerate and referred me to Murat since the vehicle I wanted was located at his dealership. Overall, I was very impressed with Kayalar Motors and am currently in the process of procuring a loan with intentions to buy a car from Murat. I have owned my 2017 E 300 for 5 years. It has been the finest car I have ever own. It is enjoyable to drive. It's a baby S class. I searched and purchased the 2017 e300 with P3 package. The lane keeping assist is the most advance in 2017. The engine is a 4 cylinder but it handles like a V-6. This car is leader for luxury, driving and durability.

Always wanted an sl55 amg and finally found one for a reasonable price. The ABC suspension is a huge expense but the car is solid aside from that. With a few modifications and consistent upkeep this car will be a classic sports car for years to come.

I was missing 5 screws from an oil change my wife took to an Oil change establishment. My sales rep showed and identified the problem. I felt good that were going to take care of it. What I didn?t know each screw was going to be $10 each. Not a good look to take care of your new customers.

This was my second year in a row doing business with AutoNationUSA-Katy, and it turned out to be even better than the first year. Our salesperson, Jeremiah Ragona, was personable, extremely knowledgeable, and (according to my grandson) even fun to spend time with. The car I ultimately picked to purchase was a bit of an unexpected choice, but one that my wife was quite happy with. The GL450 is a roomy vehicle with a usable 3rd row that quickly folds away flush into the floor for spacious cargo room. The car is stable on smooth roads and comfortable, potholes, man-hole covers and other obstacles in the road can cause the suspension to jump around a little more than expected...the rear will jump over a few inches one way or another, but overall it drives well. Acceleration isn't what it used to be with the larger twin turbo V-8, but it's still very respectable. The biggest advantage and worth the trade-off is the much improved fuel economy. Front seating is sufficient, not spectacular though...I've take a few 700 plus mile trips and I'm happy with the comfort level, just wish the front seat bases could tilt a little higher in the front. Gauges and instruments and radio are easy to use and fall within reach...the temperature controls could be a little more modern for a 2016 instead of the rotary dial...but they work. NOT a fan of the transmission shifting on the column...it frees up the center console, but it's easy to confuse early on with blinkers, wipers, etc. The seats are heated but at this price, they should also be ventilated/cooled. I haven't had it long enough for reliability, but from what I've read it's decent. Towing capacity is 7500#...I have not tried that yet, but would think that's a little more than an SUV this size should be towing...my intentions will be much smaller adventure trailers and possibly a boat, but no large car haulers even though they may fall within or under 7500#. I'm looking forward to this car as it's my first Mercedes, a departure from our Audi and BMW stable of cars we own and have owned in the past.
