Been reading some of the reviews about people who have trouble with their Pacifica. I bought a touring L plus 31/2 years ago and it’s been one of the best cars I’ve ever owned. Had one small problem with the sliding doors, showing me that I should wash sensor under car. Learned that all you have to do is pull a fuse under the hood and the signal on the dash goes away. Haven’t had that problem for over 30,000 miles. Runs great drives great and is comfortable. I don’t know what more I could ask. Most of the time 29 miles to the gallon on the highway or more. It is true that stop start won’t work if the batteries are bad or low I just replaced my batteries and now everything is fine again.

We came in for an oil change and once the inspection was over, we saw on the text what services were recommend. I was able to decide what I wanted completed on my vehicle without pressure. They provided photos to show our tire depths and comments. The recommendations came with sale pricing and total amount of my selections. We decided to replace our tires and some other services and Eddie, our advisor provided a loaner vehicle while they completed the work. It only took a few hours, which was fast for everything we had completed and we are happy with the visit. I am a return customer here and the service has gotten a lot better and we will be returning in the future.

Very helpful and friendly staff?they go above and beyond to make sure I was taken care of. Miguel was awesome with finding a great used car. He made the car buying process go very smoothly. Cowboy was fantastic with finishing up the paper work and making sure the GMC was all set to go, even went above and beyond to get my windows tinted, they turned out great!!! Lacey in finance was very friendly and outgoing, she explained everything, perfectly and answered all of my questions. What a great team at courtesy. They made my buying experience great!!! I highly recommend courtesy jeep dodge ram, I have bought from them four times now. Never had any problems and I will continue to give them my business.

Very clever stow away seats make it like an enclosed truck. Comfortable. Handles and accelerates better than I expected. We'll see about reliability. I would have liked to get more of the extra cost options.

Awesome vehicle. Runs and rides great. So far in the first 2,000 miles we have been averaging 26 miles per gallon. I would purchase another one with no question.

Just purchased another used Grand Caravan, this is the sixth one over past number of years, found it to be a very reliable and versatile vehicle. Always managed to get 300,000 Klm on each one, never had any major issues other then brakes and normal maintanence . Just purchased 2015 and in excellent condition given the year but is in Limp mode with code P1745 showing on meter. Just hoping it's under a recall , sure would like to get mobile again.
