We owned a 2019 Pacifica and traded it (with only 51,000 miles) for a 2023 Pacifica Pinnacle. We traded early because we didn't want a hybrid, yet. This one is Red and gasoline...beautiful. Having a wonderful time, enjoying all its luxuries.

I purchased the limited version. I am really happy with how it looks and performs so far. Plenty of room and no more arguments between children. They all have their own space. Took it on a long vacation and it performed great! With all the room and all the hooks up for all the kid’s devices it was great. Even has a hook up so our cooler ran all the time. No need to worry about it loosing power when the car was not running. I love my car, best car so far. I never considered myself a minivan person till now! The kids enjoy going on road trips now. The third roll setting is a game changer! All the grandkids fight for that setting. I have to agree it is pretty darn comfortable I would say it’s worth the price.

They worked late to make sure all of our needs were met. We will be back again!

This car meets every expectation. We could not ask for anything else. It is the Pacifica Limited. We would love the Carmel leather but black works just fine. Best feature from other vans is the flat stow and go. We can drive our two mobility scooters straight in.

I love the video sent via phone with the service tech showing me what was completed and telling me the condition of various parts I had checked this visit. I had a 2023 Hyundai Ioniq 5 (that I absolutely loved), but the lease was ending. Since that purchase, I have had two grandchildren, and though I could take them with me in the Ioniq, it was a tight squeeze (again, it was a GREAT car). I decided I needed something with more seating, which meant a three row SUV or a minivan. I was used to an all electric vehicle and wanted to get something that was at least hybrid. I honestly thought my days of a minivan were way behind me when my children got older so I was kind of dreading that option. The truth is I couldn't be happier. The mileage has been fantastic - I've been averaging about 50 mpg. Because the van is a plug-in hybrid, I drive a lot of local miles on all electric which helps immensely with the mileage. There is plenty of room for my kids (and their kids). Lots of places to plug in all of their devices. My wife's aunt told me that the back seats were incredibly comfortable as well. The only thing I wish it had were a few more amenities - but that is entirely my fault. I bought it used and picked up the first decently priced one I found. I should have waited a bit for one that was a bit more loaded, but again, that's on my, not the vehicle. The ride is incredibly smooth and the power is just fine for a minivan - obviously not what I was used to with the EV, but then I don't expect that. I'm enjoying driving in comfort and getting in and out is much more comfortable on my old back!

My Sienna XLE is a 2018 Braunability handicap van with the 285 hp V6. I bought it new, it has 40k miles. I’ve serviced by the book, replaced battery this year, put one set of tires on it, and have driven it like I stole it. It’s never missed a beat, is comfortable, durable, dependable, averages 19 mpg on short runs of 15-25 miles. To my dismay, Toyota Sienna’s are only available after 2020 with the 245 ho 4 cylinder hybrid. I may be forced to buy a 4 cylinder Sienna, but I sure don’t want to. Don’t like the looks of the Honda, Pacifica, or others.🥴🥲

This is an update from a previous one star review. I made an appointment for the Quick Lane service. My appointment was at 7:30 AM. When I arrived the service man behind the desk greeted me and took care of everything. Very professional and prompt. I was only there for an hour and everything went very well. I had a previous review with a different experience. I think that experience was a result of a full moon. For now on I'll always make an appointment. I couldn't ask for better service!

I?ve bought a fair number of cars through my life and had a wide range of experiences and Waldorf Toyota is the dealership by which I will judge other dealerships for a long while, I think. Huge shout out to salesman John Cooper for being diligent, informative, and respectfully insistent while helping me get a much better deal than I was initially offered at another dealership. Also want to give a nod to D?marius Swann in Finance for his helpfulness through that part of the process which is always a little stressful. And even to DJ who delivered the cars to me a fair distance and didn?t complain one bit about it. If you are not already shopping at Waldorf Toyota for your next vehicle, stop everything and contact them.

I have owned dozens of cars, trucks and minivans. This vehicle is the most versatile of them all. The V6 AWD is great on the hwy. And the steering is nimble in street driving. I would recommend to anyone to purchase. Stow and Go seats are best in class.

The van is very dependable and it performs very good. Other than normal wear and maintenance, I’ve had no issues except a severe rust problem. The doors and other outer surfaces have bad rust. The frame is getting very bad with rust issues. If you can find a fairly rust free van and it’s well maintained, buy it. It’s a very dependable vehicle.

It was a very relaxed and no pressure day at DARCARS Silver Spring. Moses was my salesman and I would highly recommend working with him!

If you are looking for a vehicle that gets good gas mileage and long range then the Toyota Hybrid is for you. On the open road you can get over 35 miles to the gallon and go slightly over 500 miles on a tank of gas.

I did some research before going to UAC and everyone lived up to the reviews that I read. It was great family atmosphere and I felt like I knew them for ages. When I walk in the door with no appointment I was greeted by Baker who was very professional and polite. I informed him about the car that I was interested in and he gave all the details, Carfax information and explained all components from the beginning until I left. Finance went extremely smooth I was in and out. It’s no words that I can explain about Jessica like I said early I felt like I known her for years. She treated me more like friend/family not just like a customer. Jessica was extremely accurate with numbers and we discussed the payment and interest rate that will suit me. She is passionate about doing the best for you. Overall outstanding experience. If you looking for luxury car or truck please check them out. I will return.

I bought this and have no complaints. It is a solid ride, super fast and fun to drive. It is very futuristic and I think it will hold its value mostly because there will be few sold due to tariffs and trumps anti EV stance. If VW could sell the cargo version in the US, there would be a million on our roads within a couple of years. I love my ID Buzz and am excited to drive spending less than $1.00 to go 30 miles.
