Its where I bought my certified preowned QX70 and they've taken care of me ever since. Go in, get maintenance done nice and quick, courteous staff, nice comfy couch to sit on while you watch the food network and munch on popcorn. What more could you want? The "don't get your stuff done at the dealership" stigma doesn't really apply here folks when the Joe Shmoe down the street charges the same rates.
I worked with Jan from Carvana- she was able to explain to me the process, make sure I was comfortable with where it was at, was able to be reached and kept communication open. The pick up process went smoothly and I was able to sell my car without any glitches.

I was looking to trade in my Jeep for an H3 Hummer. I found an Alpha edition at this lot through the internet. I live in Raleigh and made arrangements with GM Austin Kosinski to come down and see the car. On the day I was supposed to go down there, I couldn’t, due to work. I called Austin and we discussed both my Jeep and the H3 over the phone. Austin sent one of his team members up to me (3 hr drive) with the H3. It was all he said it was and the deal was made in my driveway! Talk about going above and beyond for his customers! I would recommend dealing with Austin and this company any time.
The best things were very friendly staff, wonderful looking facility, and a great quality of work. When confronted with another possible problem with my car, they explained things in full detail and we're very patient. I had been worrying about when I was going to get to to clean my car but they did it for me free of charge. I'd recommend anybody looking to get alignments done on their vehicle get it done here!

Blew a tire on I85 in construction zone. Came to 1st exit we saw. Cable Automotive right off exit. They helped us by changing our tire with full spare tire that we had to help us on our way. Even told us of tire places nearby if we needed to buy before moving on to our destination which was Lynchburg, Va. Even though we were not a resident of the area (we were traveling from Augusta, Ga) or came to purchase a car they did not charge us for their efforts. Also - It was a very hot, humid and miserable day to say the least. Hats off to all the staff who came to our assistance.
