I had heard good things about this lot so I drove across the state to check out an advertised vehicle i was interested in. I generally will not buy a car from a high-pressure dealer or someone who insults your intelligence with sales tactics. These folks appeared honest, straightforward and treated me fairly. The location is kind of off-putting but I recommend this place.
I worked with Jan from Carvana- she was able to explain to me the process, make sure I was comfortable with where it was at, was able to be reached and kept communication open. The pick up process went smoothly and I was able to sell my car without any glitches.
Great dealership to work with. I found the HHR on the internet,called and worked a deal before I even went to look at. I live about 150 + miles away. The dealership was upfront on everything they said about the car, and was very easy to work with over the phone and in person. One of the best experience I had in car buying. All dealerships should be like this.
Bought what appears to be a very nice used vehicle. Jon Kelley was our salesman and he did everything he promised and was not afraid to do whatever he said he would do. No pressure what-so-ever. Received a recall notice; called Service Dept. and spoke with Dan. He said to bring car in anytime and he would take care of it. Did so and was in and out in less than 1/2 hr. Service has never been an issue and Dan has always been extremely helpful and courteous.
