I woke up this morning looking to get some tires for my 2015 Chevy Silverado I came by Ourisman Mitsubishi and Used Cars Howard Embden came out to greet me and we talked and I ended up purchasing a 2018 Mitsubishi Outlander GT I had a really good experience and I???ve got a really good price. Howard was very courteous and Polite Iam a proud owner of a 2018 Mitsubishi Outlander GT

Vroom rushed me thru the process of purchasing a vehicle from them. Had strict requirements of receiving payment within 48 hours. I was rushing my loan department to get my paperwork completed ahead of other customers in fear of losing the vehicle I wanted to another buyer. The loan paperwork and a check had to be overnighted to Vroom to meet their qualifications. THEN CAME TIME FOR THEM TO GET THE THINGS I NEEDED TO ME!!! I HAD TO REPEATEDLY ASK ABOUT THE ARRIVAL OF MY TRADE IN TO THEIR FACILITY (which they kept telling me for 15 days that it hadn???t reached their facility??!! Yeah right)!! THEY DRUG THEIR FEET ON SENDING THE PAYOFF OF MY TRADE IN SO LONG THAT THE 15 Day PAYOFF THEY WERE QUOTED EXPIRED AND I HAD TO PAY THE DIFFERENCE FROM MY OWN ACCOUNT!! I WAITED 26 DAYS TO RECEIVE TITLE PAPERWORK!! BUT THE PAPERWORK THEY NEEDED FROM ME HAD TO BE SENT WITHIN 2 BUSINESS DAYS!! YOU SHOULD GIVE AS GOOD AS YOU EXPECT, VROOM!! I HAD TO KEEP REQUESTING A REFUND OF THE $500 THEY CHARGED TO MY CREDIT CARD TO HOLD THE VEHICLE FOR A WEEK!!! LASTLY, the 2nd person I dealt with following the sales person was RUDE.
A very pleasant and positive experience with the vroom team. We found a car we liked and it was about to ship when they did the final inspection which they found an issue with the engine. At that point they called and let me know. We picked out another vehicle went through the process of signing everything with that one and went through final inspection. Within signing for the second vehicle and having it at our house was 7 days. Everyone on the team was very responsive and quick to answer any phone calls or emais. Overall very happy and will consider vroom again in the future. One thing that would have been better was if they did the inspection before the vehicles are on the site or before the paperwork is sent out just so it doesn???t waste as much time if the vehicle doesn???t pass inspection.
I worked with Jan from Carvana- she was able to explain to me the process, make sure I was comfortable with where it was at, was able to be reached and kept communication open. The pick up process went smoothly and I was able to sell my car without any glitches.
After visiting several of the typical dealerships I walked away confused and Unsatisfied. After visiting Carvana.com I picked out a vehicle to my liking and price point fill out the paperwork got approval I had my new vehicle delivered to my front door. Most typical dealerships you spend half a day walking away with an overpriced vehicle in an overpriced interest-rate. Carvana has made it an enjoyable experience and it can be done from the luxury of your Home. Thanks Carvana.
I have never felt more comfortable with a service department and dealer. At the beginning of November my 10 year old/200k mile Honda started have major issues. I was able to get the car in right away and get a rental so I was not stranded. The communication from Fitz to me was amazing. I felt extremely knowledgeable of what the problem was and what it was going to take to fix my Fit. After a couple of days myself and my husband decided we were just going to get him a new car. I had my eye on a used car however the dealer was able to do some digging and recommend a far better car within my budget. The buying process was so incredibly easy. We were in and out in an hour (which was good because I had my kid with me.) My husband and myself love our new car and could not be any more thankful for the technicians and dealer that worked with us.

Warranty recall they had me fill out unnecessary paperwork in order to get it done when I called VW emissions they said the dealership should know how to get it done Pohanka didn’t Fitzgerald did tremendous first impression Frank knows his stuff in and out in one day no hassles all my service work will be done there and my next VW purchase will be there
Great experience shopping for a Ford Explorer. Loved the end of year incentives. Sonny Bentacourt is an excellent salesman and the Sheehy team members. Everyone was very professional. This was my third Ford vehicle purchase.

The entire buying process took about three hours and 15 minutes from the moment I entered the dealership for the first time to driving home with a new car for my daughters. Jeannie and Dominic worked closely and frankly with me to talk through my interests and needs between the trade in, desired monthly payment range, and valuation for both vehicles. Negotiations were handled quickly and reasonably after we exchanged full information. Ray in Finance got me a full percent lower from my credit union even after the initial offer and acceptance was reached. That was real money! The whole team (including Malik for my insurance change) were very warm and easy going. It was probably the best buying experience in the dozen plus car purchases I’ve made over the years. I visited and subsequently purchased a new Ford Escape at Norris on Nov 8 2018. My salesman, Jason Catanzariti, was awesome in his knowlege of the Escape and the Edge. He explained to me all the bells and whistles that the Escape and Edge had. It took me a while to decide between the 2 modles and Jason was very patient with me. I recommend Jason highly. Also, the FI Manager, Will Watson, handled the financing of my new vehicle and the extended warranty very quickly and professionally.
I needed an oil change and asked to have my brakes checked. It was found that I needed front brakes and another repair. I had been hearing noises and they found out the reason. Thank you for calling me with the added charge before doing the work and doing the work in one day.
