Gas mileage could use some work. Tech is somewhat outdated but works fine for what I need. Overall a decent buy for those on a budget.

I have been visiting Universal Hyundai for many years with different Hyundai vehicles and have had a handful of service advisors that I have dealt with. I can't say enough about Rhoda Allen and how good she has treated me and my vehicle in the last few years. My last visit was on Nov 4th, and as usual, she got me in and out in an appropriate time and provided me with great customer service. THE LITTLE 1.2 DOHC ENGINE IS STRONG BUT MITUSBISHI SHOULD HAVE PUT A STANDARD TURBO ON THIS ENGINE,, THATS WHY MITSUBISHI MADE THE 3A92 MIVEC ENGINE.. HIGHLY DURABLE & STRONG .. NO PROBLEM ON THE HIGHWAY OR THE TAKE OFF FROM A STREET LIGHT. THE TRANSMISSION IS ALSO GOOD.. CVT.. NEVER CRAZY ABOUT CVT ... BUT THIS TRANSMISSION IS OK.. CAR HANDLES IN SNOW.. RAIN,, RUNS WELL.. I bought my Mitsubishi eclipse cross es 2023 this spring and put 9000 miles on it. What a great mid size suv for the value. This vehicle far exceeded my expectation, I'm a 4 year trade in person but I believe this one I'll keep for as long as I can. The reviews says it's as reliable as the most expensive one's compared to on the market.

I owned a 2015 Mitsubishi Mirage Hatchback Rockford Fosgate edition that got 40+ mpg in the city and up to 50+ mpg on the interstate. That car was totalled in a wreck 2 weeks ago, I was hit from behind by a large pickup truck. I am now driving a 2022 Mitsubishi Mirage ES Hatchback and it is just as good. I give it a 👍 👍 👍 👍 👍

The whole staff are friendly and professional. Car buying usually isn’t enjoyable but it sure was with Orlando. He made sure to take care of us offering refreshments and snacks, he had a vast knowledge of the cars, and my husband and I were able to test drive the crosstrek and forester. My husband and I ultimately fell in love with the forester but we wanted a specific trim level, color, and package it was such an easy process to get the car ordered and it came in sooner than expected! Just did a 1500 mile trip through the mountains of Tennessee. Gravel roads, highway, and back roads. This car exceeded my expectations. Much better gas milage than stated got between 30-37 mpg. AWESOME!

In 2016 we bought our first brand new Mitsubishi Mirage. Our daughter was helping us move and was driving our new car, when suddenly she was hit on the passenger side by a drunk driver. The safety features of the Mitsubishi Mirage thankfully saved her. With the insurance money and the Gap Insurance, needless to say we bought another brand new Mitsubishi Mirage! Then our daughter, her husband moved to Missouri! They were planning to come for Christmas and the 4 seater Mirage wouldn’t work, so we bought a 7 seater Mitsubishi Outlander. Since they didn’t come and do to finances wouldn’t be able to come we decided to down grade to a new 2018 Mitsubishi Outlander Sport. While driving on the highway I hit something (even though I didn’t see it) that flattened three tires and one of the rims. The way the the SUV is made, I had no trouble pulling over to the side of the road. In fact I thought I only had one flat tire until we were towed to a tire shop and that’s when we found out how bad it was. They figured because it had rained the night before, that the water covered a pothole and that’s what I hit! They said we were lucky to be alive and nothing else was wrong with the car! Well being that my husband is sight impaired and I now have arthritis in my right hip and left knee. Getting in the SUV even with a step was a challenge! So after 4 years we traded it in for a brand new 2022 Mirage LE! These aren’t fancy inside but they have good features. Even the 2022 with its small 3 cylinder engine, has very good pickup and does very well going up hills, without to much trouble.,All Mitsubishi vehicles get great gas mileage and a wonderful warranty! I’ve never understood the bad reviews because we’ve been very happy with the vehicles we’ve had!

This is a simple, basic 5 speed that works as it should. The 3cylinder engine actually has pep! But what I really love about this car is how far I can drive on a full tank of gas. I’m used to filling up a V6 and V8 at $60-$80 a tank. Only $20 fills this up for the same distance I drove the other vehicles that cost $60!

This car is great for a first car! I’ve gotten this car as 16 year old brand new in 2015. Since then I had many oil changes and tire rotations. I use this car for transportation of friends and family, going to work and school. As of today I have over 200,000+ miles on this and it is still going strong. With me getting around 39-45mpg every day. (Back when gas was under a dollar I only paid $7 for a fill up. Now it’s $20 so definitely worth it instead of paying $40-$80 per fill up.) The only issue I have with it is the check engine light is on and doing diagnostics it has emissions issues with a small leak. The inside you get a basic radio I suggest getting a Bluetooth audio receiver so you can listen to your own music on your phone. Driving at night is one of the worst things in this car. You get blinded every time you go past a car in the opposite lanes. Also the cloth seats are amazing your xxx is never frozen compared to a leather seat.

Very happy overall. Looks great and performs excellently. I do think the 3rd row seat is a joke and would rather have the space for storage or a spare tire. Suitable only for a child.

Just purchased an SEL touring. So far I love the car. I love the leather seats. Heated steering wheel (only heats up parts of the wheel), panoramic roof, and sound system. Room for improvements would be gas mileage and range so far highest I’ve seen is 26.4. The Heads up display is a bit limited since Mitsubishi used a flip up screen instead of casting it onto the windshield. I find it hard to get it perfect for my level of driving but I do like having the feature. Also, I think the infotainment could use a bit of tweaking. It looks decent but outdated. As others have stated, the 360 camera is blurry but it’s my first car to have one and it’s pretty accurate. Overall I think the cross is about a 6-7 out of 10. It’s not the best small cuv that you can get, but I personally think it’s a good value especially when Mitsubishi offers rebates.

I went to this dealership with my son just to look around so I can get some idea on how much used full size trucks are going for. I liked the selection and the prices were reasonable. Ariana was the person who helped us out. She was incredible. She was not pushy and she was a subject matter expert when it came to the right truck with all the features I was looking for and my budget. I highly recommend this dealership and ask for Ariana.

I've driven this vehicle from Idaho to Florida to California through blizzards and hurricanes. It handled well on icy roads on normal tyres with no chains on them. It handled well through tropical storms and hurricane conditions. It gave me 50 MPGs in Orlando and gives me 35 MPGs in LA traffic. Even in 30 below zero weather it always has fired right up. I've driven it 50k miles and have only had to change the oil and replace the brakes. It's a great little car. I'm 6'0", 280 lbs and I fit great. It's as comfortable as Lincolns and Lexuses I've owned at a fraction of the cost of operation.

I love that this vehicle is a suv but in a smaller more sporty vehicle. So far I have enjoyed all the bells and whistles of this vehicle.

If you are looking for a cheap car just to get the route from A to B point - this one is perfect for that. Not for families with children, not for parties. Good like a first car. Really small (probably one of the smallest cars that I've ever seen before). This fits 4 adults or 3 adults + 2 children (not on the child boosters \ seats). Or 2 adults and 2 children in child seats. Almost zero room for the luggage. Pretty good for gas - it's worst than hybrid cars but better than many other gas cars. On average about 30 mpg in the city for us. So in our new world with the highest rates on the gas - it's a good idea to buy cars like that just for daily job rides. Exactly at our Mirage, we have some noises on time of braking uses. It starts right after the purchase of this car. Nothing extra in our first 3-month use. So 4 from 5 for a good gas using but ugly design inside.
