AutoNation Toyota Hayward review
I live in Southern California, and had to do the purchase completely online and via phone. At first it was a little upsetting but the GM Dylan took over and handed everything and exceeded all my expectations. I would highly recommend them to be upfront and very professional.

Porsche Stevens CreekReviews
Porsche Stevens Creek review
I had an amazing experience working with Kris at Porsche Stevens Creek. From the beginning, he helped me secure an allocation for my 2026 Porsche 911 Carrera 4 GTS and guided me through every step of what turned out to be a very exciting journey. One thing I really appreciated about Kris was his genuine passion and knowledge of Porsche. As an owner of multiple Porsche vehicles himself, he was able to share valuable personal experience and practical recommendations while I was customizing and configuring my car. His advice was extremely helpful and made me feel much more confident about the choices I made for my dream Porsche. Kris was there throughout the entire process—from securing the allocation and placing the order to following the manufacturing progress and keeping me regularly updated. I never felt left wondering about the status of my car, and I truly appreciated his communication and attention throughout the long wait. When my car finally arrived, Kris made the purchasing and delivery process completely seamless and enjoyable. He even prepared a special delivery experience by covering the car with a black tarp featuring the Porsche logo for the reveal. That thoughtful touch made receiving my new dream car feel even more special and memorable. Buying a Porsche 911 Carrera 4 GTS was a dream come true for me, and Kris played a big part in making the entire experience—from allocation to delivery—so smooth, enjoyable, and memorable. I would highly recommend Kris to anyone looking to purchase their dream Porsche. His knowledge, experience, professionalism, communication, and genuine dedication to providing an exceptional customer experience truly set him apart. Thank you, Kris, for helping make my dream Porsche a reality!

Porsche Stevens Creek review
As someone trying to buy his first Porsche, especially in the used-car market, the process can be surprisingly overwhelming and frustrating. Kris and Tammy completely changed that experience for me. They were incredibly patient, thoughtful, and transparent throughout the entire journey, making the process comfortable, efficient, and, most importantly, trustworthy. Their level of service truly reflects what I believe the Porsche ownership experience should be. They are arguably the best car sales professionals I’ve ever worked with—not only because they are extremely detail-oriented and patient, but because they are genuinely passionate about cars. They know the nuances of each model, understand the history and what really matters when evaluating a car, and take the time to explain everything rather than simply trying to make a sale. What I appreciated most was that they wanted me to fully understand what I was buying and what to expect as an owner. Even when I had questions or needed to think things through, they never made me feel pressured. Kris and Tammy went above and beyond to make my first Porsche experience a great one. I’m incredibly grateful for their help and would recommend them without hesitation to anyone looking for a Porsche.

BMW of Mountain View review
Dealership and service is excellent . Service manger Wayne is superb. My dealership of choice for service.
2026 BMW X5 PHEV review
I traded in my 2023 X5 45e and a 2026 X5 50e. I loved the 2023 and thought I would keep it longer but my local dealer had a 2026 loaner X5 that they were selling at a big discount. It has the more improved Driver Professional Pro package, a $2500 option which includes a self driving option on the interstates. The 50e had many issues in its first model year that BMW has fixed for the 2026 model the last year before the major redesign in 2027. The battery is warranty is now 100000 miles rather than the 80000 on the 45e. The Driver Professional Pro usually is only on the M model upgrades which didn’t want so this fix the bill for a timely replacement before the major redesign in 2027.

This dealership is the opposite of all the bad stereotypes around car dealerships. Juan and Mariah are top notch on the sales side. They actually take care is you as a customer. Eddie is the most personal and competent finance manager I’ve ever dealt with. If everyone could buy from these great people the stereotype of buying a car would be complete different!
2026 Volkswagen Tiguan review
Great 28.3 mileage w 500 mile cruising range on regular gas. Seat comfort, engine performance (no turbo lag), quality, great quiet ride, ventilated massage seats, and tons of upscale standard equipment quickly made us forget our 2022 Audi Q5 Premium Plus Sportback with a 15K savings and even more features. Best buy on a mid sized luxury SUV. Would highly recommend!

Honda of Oakland review
Ryan was a tremendous help -- a guide, really. I needed his expertise and what he showed me is that it's not about the car, necessarily, it's about the person. Every move we made was driven by what I needed and wanted, what my expectations and requirements (and worries and fears) were, not a need to sell a car. When expectations and fears collide, it's only a really good salesperson that can help you sort that out and match you with the right short or long term solution. Ryan's a _really good salesperson_ in the way we should be understanding what that means: taking the time to listen, so that he can find a solution that is appropriate for the person who's come to him for help.

Mercedes-Benz of San FranciscoReviews
Mercedes-Benz of San Francisco review
We purchased a CPO C250 from a nice sales lady named Veronica Cheung the other day. She is fair, patience and professional, She made a stressful process a pleasant one. Although the detailing job of the C250 was not perfect, there are quite a few slight "noticeable defects"....worn-out volume switch on the steering wheel, dried excessive wax on cravasses of the body, some chipped paints, dusts on some internal area...etc. With the assurance of the Purchasing Manager and Veronica, I am sure all these minor things will be taken care of when I bring my car in when the promised part arrives. Kudo to The Mercedes Benz of San Francisco managment team, you folks really understand what Great Customer Service is ! PS. The ladies at the reception desk are very pleasant and helpful too, excellent first impression!

Mercedes-Benz of San FranciscoReviews
Mercedes-Benz of San Francisco review
I had searched long and hard for a 2011 Mercedes Benz E350 BlueTec. They are rare and hard to find in a good quality car. When one that looked like an excellent candidate surfaced in the cars.com search engine, the people at Mercedes-Benz of San Francisco went above and beyond to get us the information we asked for and needed to make an informed decision about the car. The staff worked after hours to secure our confidence that this car was the one I had been looking for, so I made the 300 mile drive on a Sunday to make it happen. I was greeted warmly and everyone there was professional, efficient and they treated me with courtsey and respect. The car was all it was advertised to be and even more, and the decision to purchase was an easy one. They assisted me in finding financing at favorable terms. After the sale an associate spent nearly an hour with me teaching me how to use all the features of my new car. If there was anything at all I was dissapointed with, it would be the offer extended for my trade-in. However, it was not out of line with what I had been offered by other dealers. The dealership is a beautiful building with a bright and inviting atmosphere. In summary, I am very, very pleased with my new E Class, and I would highly recommend Mercedes Benz of San Francisco to anyone shopping for a car. I had a great experience and feel like I got an excellent value for the car I purchased.

Superstition Springs LexusReviews
Superstition Springs Lexus review
James and Lin were great. Night and day difference between this dealership and another I had gone too. It was my first time buying a car and I had already had Earnhardt Toyota nearby rope a dope me around for 5 hours with bs. I went in and they were able to get me the car I wanted at the price I could afford. This is stress relieving as I am a college student that works full time. They had me in and out in less than 3hours and they were easy to work with, were very straightforward, and had very little bs to drag you around and keep you there forever. Overall, great experience buying my first car.
