We met a very helpful internet sales rep named Maria, whose communication skills set her apart from the other Lexus dealerships. She was lovely and knowledgeable in person. We were paying cash and agreed on a price quickly-our only concern was how many hours it took to finalize the deal with so many attempts to sell us on maintanence packages.

Tony is a great Salesperson. I have been with Volvo for the last 19 years, and I have driven 9 Volvos. I am going to 20th years and this is my 10th Volvo. Tony, Arleen and Kervin are the grate. I have know Tony for 19 years and I had the best experience to get the car I wanted from Tony every time, especially with S80 which was one of the best ones I got from Tony. They accompanied me with every single step and make the deal very smoothly. I know I shall miss S90s, SADLY S90 is not coming to US anymore, I am hoping I will get the next ES90 from Tony. This is my first experience with Fletcher Jones and it has been a good one so far. Buying a car long distance, sight unseen is always a bit of a challenge and potentially a risk. As car delivery is still in front of us, the jury is out on this experience, but I anticipate a very positive outcome. Fletcher Jones reputation provided a lot of confidence.

This car is dynamite! I traded a 2023 EQB for it, and I am very pleased. The hybrid feature is the perfect response to all electric range anxiety. Ride quality is perfect. And it is a wonderful size! I opted for the AMG exterior/interior package. And it makes a pretty big difference between the regular model and the upgrade. I am well satisfied.
