AutoNation Toyota Hayward review
Such a positive car-buying experience with Akif! He was honest, knowledgeable, and genuinely cared about making sure we were happy with our decision. We got a great deal and felt well taken care of throughout the entire process. I would absolutely come back to Akif for my next car.
2026 Toyota Highlander Hybrid review
It is a very smooth ride! Handles beautifully. Gas mileage a big improvement with the hybrid. We have the platinum version. I have driven two different Toyota Rav 4’s over the past 12 years, and enjoyed them also; however there is no comparison to the Highlander! It is just a great vehicle!

I sincerely appreciate how easy and enjoyable the purchase was. Mike Wynne ⭐ treated me with professionalism and grace, sparing me all the typical stories. The vehicle was very clean on the inside and out. For a first-time car buyer in the US, Mike provided helpful advice quickly. I'll return, naturally on my own, and with references! Cheers.. 👍🏼😊

Magnussen's Toyota Palo AltoReviews
Magnussen's Toyota Palo Alto review
I found out I had a flat tire on a Friday afternoon before a holiday weekend. Magnussen?s fitted me into the schedule although technically they had no open time. My tires were badly worn, it turned out, so I needed to buy 4. There was a great sale on tires so I got a very good deal. Everyone was helpful and competent and I was home soon -ready and safe to drive on the weekend. Thank you all.
2026 Toyota RAV4 Plug-In Hybrid review
Had for a month now. Do most of our driving on electric. 1000 miles since buying it and only used about 100 miles on hybrid engine. Can charge from 0-100% in about 2.5 hours on dedicated EV 240. Mileage is great. Handles fantastic. Have woodland trim and getting closer to 55-56 miles per charge. It is FAST! love the updated technology and screens. Much more modern, looks more EV. Traded in 2022 RAV4 Hybrid that we loved and even happier with the plug in version. With the fuel efficiency it has as a hybrid the EV range isn’t much cheaper where we are but feels great to do most of our driving in electric and better for the environment!

North Bay FordReviews
North Bay Ford review
The fuel injector went out on my 2019 F150. This is an employee-driven vehicle and I needed to get it back on the road fast, or we'd miss serving clients. Because I have an extended warrantee, the repairs were fully covered. Northbay is down a couple service people, as one of their longtime people just retired, and it's hard to find qualified people to hire in our small city. But they escalated my truck, and got it done in a couple days. It was driving beautifully after that. Marcus, my contact, is awesome at customer service. He is great in person - goes beyond. And, he is also a great texter, and kept me apprised of developments. Thanks Marcus, you are a pleasure to do business with!

This is an amended review - I got the star ratings backward last week. I have not previously had as good an experience with a car dealer as I did here. They were honest, patient and offered a very good deal on the car I purchased. I have rarely been impressed by either the knowledge or professionalism of car dealers generally. These guys are exceptional.

Lalo, Raul and financial department made our car buying experience a positive one. Lalo explained all we needed to know about the models we We?re looking for. Sales manager Raul handled all our questions and let us know about the available incentives. Sale was 100 % transparent since we receive the out the door price to signing the contract. We are definitely coming back to this dealership and will be referring family and friends.

San Leandro Chrysler Dodge Jeep RAM review
Cars. Com helped me narrow down what make and model I was looking for. And who had it. Then I called the dealership, right away I talked to Eric he was enthused to find the car I looked up online to see if they still had it on the lot. I called Tuesday and told him I would make it in before work. He said not a problem I'll be here waiting for you gave me great directions to get there even gave me his personal number! I unfortunately didn't make it in that day so we rescheduled till Friday around five pm. Well I have three kids and always on the go so I called him and said I would be running late, he said not a problem I'll be here till 7pm. Well of course my husband and I ran into traffic we were coming from San Jose. He called and said you guys still coming? I said yes running late traffic is bad. Well we got there just around seven. He met us upfront and was nice very personable. Enthused about showing us our options. We test drove two cars. And weighed out our option. Filled some paper out. He came bk we told him what we had on the table what payments we wanted monthly. Term. Then he came bk and said you got it. And mind you our credits weren't a great! But anyways he met our needs! Then we met with the money man(finance) he was friendly as well. Was personable talked to is like people instead of dollar signs! Filled out some papers and then it was a wrap! Eric came back and gave us our new car with a tank of gas! So we got there at 7pm left there around 9ish. Not too shabby! And I was expecting all day, nope not at this dealership! All of Erics colleagues came by and said Congrats, enjoy your Car I thought that was nice! So all and all I plan on coming here next time I need a car! Great customer service. Great selection! Definitely would recommend this dealership and talk to Eric!!! Five stars all the way! I work retail so I know all about customer service!

2026 Chevrolet Suburban review
I recently purchased the 2026 Chevrolet Suburban Premier, and I couldn’t be happier with the experience. The vehicle offers a perfect mix of power, luxury, and practicality. The updated design feels both bold and refined, and the interior comfort is next-level — from the premium leather seats to the incredibly quiet cabin. On the road, the ride is smooth and confident. The V8 engine delivers plenty of power for highway driving and towing, while the suspension makes it easy to handle despite its size. The new tech features are also impressive — the large infotainment display, wireless connectivity, and advanced safety systems really elevate the driving experience. Overall, the 2026 Suburban Premier feels like a true full-size luxury SUV that’s built for families, road trips, and anyone who appreciates comfort and performance. Highly recommend it to anyone looking for reliability, space, and a touch of elegance in a powerful SUV.

San Leandro Chrysler Dodge Jeep RAM review
I came here and bought a 2013 Chrysler 300 about a week ago and love the car. It's a great car and very much just a luxury car. The sales person I had was Beverly and she was also great. Only bad thing was how long it took to buy the car. But so far I really like it.
2026 Jeep Grand Cherokee review
I've been driving the 2026 Grand Cherokee for a few months now, and I couldn't be happier with my purchase. The ride is incredibly smooth and comfortable, whether I'm commuting daily or taking longer road trips. The interior feels premium, with high-quality materials, plenty of space, and an intuitive infotainment system that's easy to use. The performance is excellent, with plenty of power when needed while still delivering respectable fuel economy. I also appreciate the advanced safety features and driver-assistance technology, which make every trip feel more secure and relaxing. The Grand Cherokee strikes a perfect balance between luxury, capability, and practicality. It's stylish, comfortable, and versatile enough for both family use and weekend adventures. I would highly recommend the 2026 Grand Cherokee to anyone looking for a dependable and refined SUV. Thank you John Hernandez at Hendrick Chrysler Jeep!!

The sales person Bob Weiser was great on getting back to me and providing all the information I requested.
2026 Toyota Tundra review
Two weeks ago I bought a 2026 tundra 1794. Came right off the showroom floor and took it home. I spent over 25 years in the retail car business… Most of the time as a general manager. Though I bought several new cars over the years for kids and Exes this is the first new vehicle I’ve ever owned myself. And I have owned a boatload of cars over the years, but never a new one. I Actually went out to buy a used tundra V8. I found more value in the new tundra. And after I spoke to the gentleman who traded in his 2020 Toyota tundra V8 for the new tundra, and an extended test drive, I too was sold. My wife loves the heated and massaging seats. Plus, there’s heated seats in the back. I don’t know if spending over $70,000 for an any new pick up truck is smart or a good value, but I do know I love it. It’s a beast on the road and fun to drive. We took my elderly aunt and uncle to lunch in the pick up… My uncle stated “ it’s like you’re riding in a Cadillac” I now find myself creating reasons to run to the store. I question my sanity because how many loads of bread do we really need in the freezer? Hope this helps. Go drive one for yourself.

The car I had identified online was the first they showed us, and we bought it at the advertised price. Very friendly. Then there was a lot of waiting and paperwork before we were turned over to Finance, where the forms to initial came fast and furious. All turned out ok.
2026 Toyota Tundra review
I’ve basically only owned Toyota trucks with a few exceptions and I like this truck. It’s just so annoying to own. Now to give context I do have the baseline SR model 4 x 4 because I like to save money and also like to build my truck so I’ve added essentially a TRD suspension and 20 inch TRD wheels. It looks amazing. But here are my issues. Remote start is great, but there’s no way to keep it running once you enter the vehicle. This is ridiculous because the 2026 Tacoma does not have the so-called safety feature. It will continue to run as you get in the truck and leave. Come on Toyota that’s dumb. I do drive this truck around the farm a lot and the seatbelt signal is just such an annoyance! I drive mostly around town but definitely don’t have a heavy foot and I’m getting around 13.5 MPG, for a 2026 that is terrible. Why not just go back to the amazing 57 V8. This truck has a lag or delay from start and Toyota told me that there is no update to fix that although I believe there is. Along with that there is no tow/haul mode or power mode. I believe other Trim levels have an option for this, but this is ridiculous. It should be standard on every truck, especially if Toyota considers himself to be a real truck manufacturer. Of course zero problems and great reliability. Otherwise it’s great.

Tony was exceptional to work with. He’s incredibly knowledgeable about the GT line and made sure every detail of my custom build was exactly how I envisioned it. Mercedes-Benz of Stevens CreekReviews
Mercedes-Benz of Stevens Creek review
As smooth as a Mercedes ride!! I have been a delighted customer of MB Stevens Creek since 2017, but my latest purchase experience, dated Sep 3, 2026 surpassed all expectations. Diana is the perfect companion truly. She helped narrow down my car choice based on budget, and made sure I got more from the bargain than I had originally counted for. I got the dream deal worked out in under 3 hours. Right from looking at the inventory to test driving a car to getting all questions answered to having the comfortable monthly lease worked out to completing the entire paperwork!! Throughout the process, three key players made sure the hand-off and the in-between updates were part of my sipping coffee time at the newly renovated beautiful showroom. I thank them all. Diana - the sales partner, for guiding through and being my champion. Kevin - the manager, for making sure he crunched the numbers to meet my goals, and Jalal - the finance wizard, who made the boring signing process a breeze with his warm stories and a package deal for servicing. I highly recommend MB Stevens Creek as the goto dealership for your perfect Mercedes ride - whether it's sales or services or just a visit.

Santa Cruz Toyota review
Kevin Nguyen was pleasant, considerate, and very, very knowledgable about the Prius we purchased. It was extremely important to him that I (the primary person to drive the Prius) felt comfortable with the car, explaining as much as my brain could take in at one time. He not only sent me a tutorial but offered to help me in person at any time in the future. Mr. Reilly did his best to make us feel comfortable and was clear about our options for extra purchases. The finance manager (Nathan Casillas, I believe) did his job well, meaning he was quick and efficient and did everything possible to convince us to buy a warrantee. That was exhausting.
2026 Toyota Tundra review
The 2026 Toyota Tundra is a solid contender in the full-size truck market, offering a mix of modern features and reliable performance. It comes equipped with a twin-turbo V6 engine, available in both standard and hybrid configurations. The hybrid version delivers an impressive 437 horsepower and 583 lb-ft of torque, making it a strong choice for towing and hauling. However, its maximum towing capacity of 12,000 pounds falls short compared to competitors like the Ford F-150 and Chevrolet Silverado. The Tundra's ride quality benefits from a coil-spring rear suspension, providing a smoother experience than traditional leaf springs. Inside, the cabin is spacious and functional, with an optional 14-inch touchscreen that stands out for its crisp graphics and user-friendly interface. While the interior design is practical, it lacks the luxury feel of some rivals, and certain materials feel less premium. Fuel economy is a mixed bag, with the hybrid achieving up to 20 mpg combined, which is competitive but not groundbreaking. Safety features are robust, including Toyota Safety Sense 2.5, which offers adaptive cruise control, lane-keeping assist, and more. On the downside, the Tundra has faced reliability concerns, particularly with its twin-turbo V6 engine in earlier models. While Toyota has addressed these issues, some buyers may remain cautious. Additionally, the truck's real-world fuel economy and towing capabilities leave room for improvement. The Tundra starts at around $42,000 and can range as high as $80,000. Overall, the 2026 Toyota Tundra is a capable and comfortable truck that excels in daily usability and tech features but lags behind in towing and luxury compared to its peers. It’s a great option for those prioritizing reliability and practicality over outright performance.

Cody was amazing! I began researching for a used car in early June and finally found my dream car but within my budget. Affordable and great value for my trade. I would definitely recommend this dealership and/or consider trading in again in the future. I went in nervous and anxious and as soon as I sat down I was immediately relieved calm and this was honestly the smoothest car buying experience ever.
2026 Ford F-150 review
F150 XLT Surprised by how smooth the ride is. It’s quite up front but I hear road noise from the rear of the truck. Seats are comfortable and the rear seating is massive. I can’t believe how much space there is back there. I am very impressed with the mileage and power from the 2.7 Towing is easy for the 2.7 which did surprise me. It tows my dual axle travel trailer with ease. But gas milage while towing is not good. The sync 4 system still needs improvement. It works well but is not intuitive. Things that should be easy to find are not well optimized. The steering and handing is very relaxing but the brakes are extremely touchy. Just the weight of you shoe will surprise you. All in all it’s a very nice experience driving this truck and it feels well built. I have approx 3000 miles on it now and no issues. And that includes towing my travel trailer. This from a former GM fanboy…..

The staff was very friendly and they made my experience very comfortable. I was even given a complimentary car wash, and they cleaned it very well. Unlike other locations I’ve been to. Also they called me to inform me when my vehicle will be ready which was really nice because the other location I’ve been to doesn’t do that neither. Even though it’s a farther drive for me I would rather much go to this location again.

Great service, very friendly service advisor. I waited for the service to be done and they got me in and out very quickly. I will definitely let other people know.
2026 Chevrolet Tahoe review
MY 2026 Chevy Tahoe Z 71 had some issues with the electronics early on (2500 miles) which included defrosters coming on by themselves as well as temps in the vehicle changing to 75 degrees when starting up in the morning. GMC did an update and everything seems to be functioning well. The adaptive cruise control is a little rough in its reaction to other vehicles that are stopping as well as when going around curves, but for the most part it seems to work well. I would not click on the auto speed change in the apps section as the vehicle changes speeds to coincide with posted speed limits which can be very abrupt if there is a 15-20 mph differential. Dash and screen are very nice and accommodating. Currently I am having a problem with connecting my iPhone to the vehicle as a trusted device permanently and have been on the call with ONSTAR as well as googling and using ChatGPT to find out why it keeps dropping. No answer as of today. Love the feel of the Tahoe and feel the engine is sufficient for every day driving as well as minor off road use. Pricey for those that want a vehicle under 75,000 dollars but a good value against the competition.

MINI of Stevens Creek review
I came in under my warranty for my annual oil change. The team/system at Stevens creek made sure to notify me in advance to schedule an appointment which made it a breeze. Johnny my rep has such good dry humor that I’ve got to stop for a minute and actually think as he takes the time to make me laugh through all the paperwork. The team always takes great care of my 2025 Mini SE Ive named Chase. They have even on occasion began calling my mini by the name I gave him. Waiting in their lovely lounge full of complimentary snacks and an automated espresso machine makes me forget I’m waiting for my car. This is probably the best dealership service station I’ve ever experienced. I’m grateful to Blake, Johnny and the entire team for such a blessed opportunity to keep my mini Chase healthy and strong!

2026 Nissan Frontier review
We are very happy with the Nissan Frontier PRO 4X. The simple and clean design of the exterior and interior was appealing. The reliability of the tried and true powertrain provides confidence for long term ownership. While there may be a few technology options lacking compared to it’s competitors, the lower out the door cost is a huge bonus.

Fremont Toyota review
I recently had to look for a used replacement for my previous car which got totalled in an accident (also bought from Fremont Toyota). We decided to go with a used 2009 Hyundai Elantra Touring that was being offered up at Fremont Toyota for the price range that I was looking for. It was pretty much a no-brainer for us to call up Adnan Kazmee (he goes by Kaz though) to help us out with this purchase since he helped us out with the previous one. Kaz was very sympathetic to our situation and took some time to make sure the price, financing, etc. were manageable but also worth it for what we are paying for. More importantly though, he always made sure we actually LIKED the cars he was test driving for us. If you're looking for a new Toyota or a used car of any make and you're in the area then Fremont Toyota is definitely the place to go. Make sure you ask for Adnan "Kaz" Kazmee, he'll definitely take care of you.

Excellent buying experience. No pressure. Good price and high trade in value for my car.
2026 Ford Maverick review
I'm getting 42 mpg! Super impressive hybrid engineering and tech! I feel in control of the responsive hybrid system (activating electric mode with pedal modulation). I've towed a trailer with a quad and an oven, plenty of power. Payload capacity is WAY higher than expected. Acceleration is peppy and the transmission feels dialed in and reliable. Move over Toyota, there's a new hybrid king in town! Seriously, I can't think of a more versatile vehicle than this little truck... it can do it all, with comfort, style, and affordability. The only thing that could be improved is: I'd like to see the battery percentage of the 1.1kWh pack.

Fremont ToyotaReviews
Fremont Toyota review
We came to Fremont toyota on a Sunday to have our car serviced. Our appointment was really early so I came to pick up my husband after dropping our car to service department. We don't know but for some reason we kinda' looked around used car department to browse their Camrys. I've been wanting to trade our other car which is a Corolla since last year. I have a 15 month old baby but since we have a good working 4runner, I was just really hoping for a full sized car coz' i feel it's not too big as an SUV but not too compact as my current car. James Kang approached us at the parking lot and offered help. In my mind, omg they will really try to sell us something. And right there and then I told my husband "we've been though this before, we still have our car, we won't be super impulsive and pressured." That day was not really a day to buy, although i've been wanting the car, but it was not an urgent thing. James came back and talked to us. He had a very nice and light aura- No hassle, No pressure. and that was the first time I felt that way with a dealer. From test driving the car, til contract signing- we didnt feel rushed and obligated. I guess to make long story short, yes i traded my car- but the process was so smooth. And even though we got a 2014 Camry, slightly used, I think we got what we wanted and we are happy. James took care of everything even we had to come back to fix slight dents i found, he was very prompt and honest. He is highly recommended, if you wanna have a good car buying experience.

In the performance category, it needs to have the gas mileage up since they went to a V6 dual turbo you ought to be knocking on 25 miles to gallon like the Chevrolet’s in the Fords,, as far as driving performance it’s great. It’s just the gas mileage. It’s suffers, and I drive at wild.

I had a fantastic experience working with Tony Abiog. He made the process of getting my very first Porsche super smooth. He's also extremely knowledgeable and walked me through all the ins and outs of my new Macan during the orientation, and even offered second or third sessions if needed! Follow ups were great as well. Best of all, he was able to get me a deal I was happy with. ;) I highly recommend working with Tony at Porsche RWC.

Porsche Redwood City review
Porsche Redwood City - excellent service, and if you're lucky enough to have Tony Abiog service you, then you will be one very happy customer. I certainly am! Thank you Tony and Porsche Redwood City.
2026 Porsche Panamera review
eHybrid is amazing. Well designed, great performance. Ya gotta love the 60 electric miles on a charge. Tight steering BOOST power is very useful for passing or quick acceleration.

Mercedes-Benz of Scottsdale review
Great Service, I was told in other dealerships to wait between 6 and 12 months to get a GLE, Phil from Mercedes of Scottsdale found a brand new GLE in 30 minutes, not only the one I was looking for, but also with AMG accessories. When I picked the SUV, Phil also included all weather mats for me. Definitely a great purchasing experience!
