When I initially inquired about the vehicle the representative was very helpful in offering to have 2020 Audi Q5 transferred from Warwick Mitsubishi store to Stateline for me to conveniently test drive. Mike kept me updated on the status of the car's arrival & answered all of my many questions during the sale transaction. Marvin & Decio were both courteous, professional & welcoming. Curtis maintained his professionalism, knowledge & kindness throughout the financial aspect. In all the staff at Stateline Nissan were all professional, kind & family like. My first Toyota, I’m very impressed with the smooth ride and upgraded options and interior finishes in the 25’+ models. I decided to go with the 26’ XLE and I am not disappointed! I’m in the Midwest so it’s very cold in the winter and the cold weather package has been great! Definitely go with the 12.3” multimedia screen, it’s a huge upgrade from the 24’ and older models. Looking forward to 300k+ miles one day.

No other dealer could touch the deal I got at Nucar. Kyle, our sales consultant, was very knowledgeable, and even helped my wife with her Camry XLT, which two other consultants and a technician couldn't figure out. Last week I called and talk to a girl named Bianca she was so nice, and friendly to me I wanted to bring my car in for a oil change that day at 3:30 after i got out of work well everything was booked for that day so Bianca told me if I could be there for 3:30 then she would squeeze me in for that day. she was so helpful, and accommodating that this made my night even better. thank you Bianca for helping me .

I am 77 years old and a Vietnam Era Veteran, I had a 2002 Ford F-150 pickup truck that I used in my business until I retired and still drove it after that until it got to a point where it just wasn't feasible to repair it anymore so I scrapped it, since I am retired I don't really drive that much anymore and I used Lyft services and my wife's car to occasionally get here and there. But my wife works part time and needs the car about 4 days a week. Then I decided I wanted to get myself another vehicle, not necessarily a new one but a recent late model, but then the ordeal of deciding what I wanted to get started. Did I want a small car a big car a truck, and SUV and if an SUV which one? Since I am a veteran I use the VA Health Care Center in Providence and I am provided Lyft services to and from the hospital for checkups and what have you. During my car search time I happened to have an appointment at the VA and when I called Lyft services to schedule a ride they sent over a beautiful Honda Pilot which I rode in and was very impressed with, and as luck would have it, when I was through with my appointment and called for another ride, Lyft sent ANOTHER Honda Pilot to take me home and I was very impressed with that vehicle as well. I searched for Honda Pilot vehicles online and came across a beautiful looking 2020 EX model, it was burgundy, loaded with a lot of features, had very low mileage, and was very reasonably priced. It was for sale at Grieco Honda on Hartford avenue in Johnston. As a lot of people , are I was a little hesitant about going into a car dealership having heard stories about various bad experiences some people have had with some. When I went into Grieco Honda I was introduced to a young man named Chris Matarese who was a very pleasant individual. He brought the vehicle around for us to go for a test drive, was extremely polite, very intelligent and exceptionally knowledgeable about the vehicle, answering all of my questions in an instant. After a brief time of asking my "20 questions" about the vehicle and financing I decided to buy the 2020 Honda Pilot. Since the vehicle had just been taken in trade it had not been inspected by the service department as yet, and Chris had the vehicle taken in immediately to have it inspected, the service manager noted that the driver side sun visor was not functioning properly and hung a little bit low having apparently been sprung over time, and it was decided that Grieco would put a new visor in for me which I thought was a very nice gesture. So to end this story, I've had the vehicle now for a little over 2 months and I cannot be happier with it and also with the excellent and outstanding service and courtesy which was extended to me by Chris Matarese, you will find him exceptionally honest, devoutly professional, and eager to earn your business. The services provided by Grieco Honda including sales, financing, and the service department were all excellent in quality, if you're looking for a vehicle go to Grieco Honda on Hartford Avenue in Johnston and ask for Chris you will not be disappointed I can assure you. First hybrid and Rav 4. Did a lot of research and this one won. Rented one and really liked it. Bought it right off the lot in 2 hours, sweet.

Recently we traded in a RAV4 for a Highlander so far it has been the best experience in a dealership. Everything went very easy and quick and the salesman, Mike Benjamin, was very nice and answered all our questions.

Didn’t waste our time. Originally came in for test drive - didn’t get any runaround or pressure, they just let us drive the car. When we had an appointment, they were on time - at most dealers, appointments seem to mean nothing, but not Tasca. Helpful, friendly, professional staff. Comfortable, new showroom. Generally made it very easy to buy the car. Anthony in sales, also finance manager and GM were great.

I feel I must update my review from last month as Kia finally replaced the Power Relay Assembly and everything works perfectly now! Lucky that it presented as AC not blowing cold air. The car is an absolute pleasure to drive. We're planning a long road trip over Thanksgiving looking forward to using the Tesla supercharging network.

I went to service for a state safety inspection. I was told it would take about an hour. An hour later, I was driving home. I found the service fast, efficient and courteous. That's what I want!!
