2026 RAM 1500 review
Swore off Mopar til Covid craziness started and ended up with a fourth gen Hemi. That was so good I had to get a 2026 with the 5.7. 13k miles on it in 8 months, it’s been fantastic. I wouldn’t buy anything else.

Excellent Experience at Mercedes-Benz of Plano! We had an amazing experience working with Serge Ouedraogo and Alex Rosas at Mercedes-Benz of Plano. Our experience started on a Saturday, about 30 minutes before closing time. We were walking around the parking lot, looking at vehicles, when Serge was parking a car. Even though it was extremely hot outside and the dealership was about to close, he greeted us warmly and offered to help. We immediately appreciated his approach, professionalism, and enthusiasm. Serge was incredibly knowledgeable, patient, and kind while answering all our questions and explaining every detail. His genuine desire to help made a great impression on us, and we knew we wanted to work with him. He gave us his card, and on Monday we reached out to him with exactly what we were looking for. Serge was already prepared and had two vehicles waiting for us to see. After looking at them, I chose one, and the entire process was smooth, easy, and enjoyable. He made what can sometimes be a stressful experience feel simple and exciting. Alex Rosas was also wonderful. He helped us with all the additional paperwork, explained the warranty options clearly, and made sure we understood everything we needed to know before completing the purchase. 2026 Kia Sportage Plug-In Hybrid review
Nice car! Very comfortable ride. The pick up of the automatic cruise control is a little slow after the accelerator is released. Car slows down 3-5 miles mph waiting for cruise control to initiate. Fuel economy is great for around town at less than 34 miles. We are averaging 103 miles per gallon. But most of our driving is less than 34 miles. Charges in 1 to 2 hours with a 240v charger.

I have owned over 30 Mercedes-Benz cars. Unfortunately, I have a G wagon that caught a flat and nobody could figure out how to pull off the cover to get to Lugnuts. I called many places finally went into the dealership service couldn't help except for me to buy the tool $70 PEAUX Benson sales manager went out of his way to pull the G wagon apart to figure out where they hid this little device. It took him a long time, and he finally found it agreed second effort. He deserves a A great review this professionalism is rare in the world we live

I’m not easy to please, I will state that right up front. It may be because I spent 30 years as a Naval Intelligence Officer, so my expectations are normally hard to please/reach. I have to say, hands down… this was the best car shopping experience I have ever had; and at 53, I have had quite a lot. I was so impressed with my first online contact with the dealership in asking about a particular Mercedes vehicle pretty late at night… it was around 9pm. Someone actually responded letting me know they were closed, but would assign me to someone. I was like wow… and it was not a bot. That was impressive. The icing on the cake and the reason for this 5-star review was because of one of their Sales Experience Managers by the name of Shara Freeman and her boss (not sure his title), but his name is Dereck. Both great personalities without the “sleezy” sales person vibes. I was in shock (because I have never seen this kind of personality with a sales person before) in how non pushy and down to earth they both were. It was because of her and Dereck I purchased the vehicle that I did. I felt like Shara really pushed for me to get the price I wanted and make the deal work, either that or she deserves an Oscar. I expect Shara will be moving on up their corporate chain in to time, they would be crazy to let this one get away. Also, be aware they do not add any additonal fees minus the ones you are accustomed to (Taxes, Tags, Title, etc.). No crazy 4k dealer fees or asking 10k over MSRP here. I also appreciated they are people of their word. I asked for something to be repaired on the vehicle that I wanted, and they kept their word in getting it fixed even though I already signed the papers and took the car home. How many times were you promised something, only to try and get that something done and they act like you never discussed it with them… not Shara and Dereck, they got fixed what I asked the very next week in one day. If you read most of their negative reviews, it’s from the service side and not the sales side, so keep that in mind. In closing, I can see why as a car dealership they are rated so high, which is a feat in and of itself. This place is the real deal and if you want the ultimate car shopping experience without the uncomfortable push... ask for Shara, you will be glad you did. — No hype.

2026 Chevrolet Silverado 2500 review
I had the truck for about 3weeks, so far every thing rocks good power for pulling my camper and comfortable. There a few quirks with the electronics but hopefully they will work themselves out. Would purchased again. Have not gone off road yet will update, when experience it.
