5000 mi oil chg/tire rotate took 1 1/2 hrs. We were the only ones in the waiting room when I turned in the truck. Possibly others were waiting I didn't know about.

I was an out of state buyer interested in 3 cars on their lot. I called and got Calder as my sales contact. He was amazing at keeping in touch and guiding me through a week, till I could drive 4 1/2 hrs to see these cars. Once i got there my favorite car was saved for me to see. I purchased a 2014 RAM 1500 from LR Knoxville. I stopped in on our way to Pigeon Forge, TN to take a quick look at the truck and Keith Connatser was very helpful. I did not have a lot of time to look and he gave me his card and we began working the deal out via emails and phone calls. LR Knoxville was able to appraise my truck through pictures and descriptions and offered a very fair trade-in price for it. They gave me all the information I needed to secure financing and once I had the check in hand I was able to go to the dealership and pick up the truck no questions asked. All staff I dealt with were very friendly and accommodating. I also did not have to wait long at any point and was in the dealership a total of less than an hour. I highly recommend LR Knoxville.

This has been an amazing car buying experience. I checked online and found the vehicle I was looking for and it was delivered to my house by sundown. Robert is an amazing car salesman. From start to finish he answered my questions the first time there was no ambiguity in his responses. The VW I purchased is like new. I will definetly recommend this dealership to my friends.

Within first 500 miles I had check engine lights come on and truck went into limp mode. This is all while traveling for work! It’s not the dealership here its manufacture. Pay this much for dependable truck and it breaks down before your first oil change! Apparently it’s turbo issues and power steering gears so Chevrolet needs to do better on quality control before sending 100k trucks to the market!!!

Bennie Barcroft was extremely helpful and supplied me with any information needed. He even picked me up at the airport when i flew to Knoxville to pick up the Metris. The Metris is a great vehicle. I am sorry Mercedes has chosen to drop the model from their U S product line.

I've owned 7 total with 0 issues. The cvt is quick and responsive. The exhaust has a nice tone to it. Seats are comfortable I've owned German luxury cars and I prefer the Altima seats. I love my car.

I really love my new car. This is the 3rd Sentra that I have had. It is really comfortable and is a very good-looking car. I haven't learned everything there is to know about the car but the reference guide is very helpful. My last car was a 2010 so there are some major differences in it but I am learning!

David Biggerstaff will have you out the door in less than 90 minutes with a great APR! Very polite guy understood my needs perfectly, very knowledgeable about Chevy products. He made the purchase experience very smooth and painless unlike the other dealers in this local market. And he hooked up not one but both of my phones to the gadgets in the truck! I can't tell you how happy I am with this truck! In fact, out of all the new cars I've ever bought, this is my favorite. I wanted a truck, girlfriend wanted an SUV, then we found this and we both love it. Honestly, we were initially attracted to the styling -- it's a bad**s looking truck, and very unique. We love the way it drives, which is like a small performance SUV, and not at all truck-like. The interior is not plush, but very comfortable. The displays and controls aren't cluttered, with everything well designed and easy to find. It's packed with very useful features for an extremely reasonable price, and so far I haven't found anything I don't like.
