Equinox was in for repair from accident. Repairs were expertly done. The color was matched totally. Had to make numerous calls for updates since I never received a call until SUV was ready

I had the truck for about 3weeks, so far every thing rocks good power for pulling my camper and comfortable. There a few quirks with the electronics but hopefully they will work themselves out. Would purchased again. Have not gone off road yet will update, when experience it.

We’ve been using Hyundai Alexandria for awhile now and Troy is the best. He is honest, accurate, thorough, and great with customer service. He makes sure to explain everything going on with the car, asks for permission before doing anything outside of traditional services if they’re required, and is up front about cost, need for a service, etc. He’s the best and we look forward to working with him again.

Purchased a 2026 RS with all the Toys. Love the larger size. This is my 3rd Equinox and so far it is the best overall. The only thing I haven't figured out is the windshield display which the salesman also couldn't do. When I get a chance I will figure it out.

Very happy with purchase of new Kia Sportage and completed a road trip with a new car. The car, sales team, and service department at Beyer Kia have been great. The CX-90 is our 3rd Mazda purchase. We've been owners since 1995, starting with the Mazda Protégé, and had our eye on the new 2025 CX-90 SUV since last year. The Safford Brown staff was welcoming and professional, and our sales rep, Joshua Cruz allowed us to take our time to look around, and really listened to our desires and never felt rushed or pressured to buy. (We even left and came back a couple of weeks later!) We weren't exactly sure of what color, and type of package etc., but Josh was patient, and very informative about each series, which aided in our decision-making. This proud Mazda owner is very satisfied with our purchase, car performance and the staff at Safford-Brown Mazda!!! 5 stars!!!

I enjoyed my test drive experience and the staff was attentive. However, the rep who worked with me and my boyfriend insisted on accompanying us on the test drive. No other rep had joined us at other lots, either private or dealership, so it seemed like more pressure and less privacy. We also had to tell the dealer that we’d meet him inside after talking privately. Again, pressure. That, plus no acknowledgement of the need for cosmetic repairs—duct tape under the seat, a hole worn through the driver’s car mat—made it fairly easy to walk away from a decent car.

My 2026 HRV Sport came with the Hankook 18 inch tires and rode rough. I upgraded to 17 inch Michelin Primacy A/S. It made a world of difference improving the ride. Its smoother, and quieter with the Michelins. What I like about the HRV: 1. Price. OTD price was 28,600, but that included a trade in with about 1000 equity. Its hard to find a decent car under 30,000 that is not a Kia or Hyundai. 2. Safety tech. The sport model has adaptive cruise, blind spot monitor and lane keep assist, which make the car safer. 3. Easy to drive. You dont have to get a phd in the touch screen and controls, they are intuitive and easily learned, unlike my Toyota, which has a glitchy, awkward infotainment system. 4. Rear seats go all the way down and lay almost flat. This gives more room and its large for the class. 5. Spare tire. Many car companies want you to call AAA everytime you have a flat. Bad idea. The HRV not only has a spare but lots of room with the spare with special compartments for stuff like flashlights, car emergency equipment stored out of the way and the like. 6. Easy entrance and exit the vehicle even tho it does not have power seats. They slide back easily without a problem. 7. Very nice consul with storage underneath the shifter, along with usb plugs. Good place to put phone or other items. 8. Naturally aspirated long lasting non turbo engine. Turbos run hot and burn the oil and your engine. Avoid Turbos. 9. Nice that it has remote start, without buying a super expensive subscription like a Toyota. I like that Honda seems to appreciate its customers, not trying to burn us each month for more money to get the car to work right, like some companies. Are car payments not high enough for car companies so they find a need to force us to pay even more for glitchy, irritating, complicated and often non working subscriptions? Im unaware of any un needed subscriptions or apps to download and enrich hackers, on the HRV which is quite refreshing after owning 2 Toyotas with multiple subsrciption profit (for the compnay) enhancers. Dislikes: I have not yet had a chance to drive it on a longer trip, but other reviewers sometimes complained the front seat was not that comfortable, lacking a lumbar support. I thought the seat was slightly narrow, but thats because Im fat. I dont like removal of Sirius XM radio. Yes, you can, and I did, hook that up to Sirius on my phone, but that is just not the same.

Love our Kia Sportage. Asad was great, and worked well with us. All positive. They are fair and customer friendly. Highly recommended.

Following the test drive I immediately decided to purchase the car that evening. Michael Arevalo quickly drew up the application, as well as managed my trade-in. I used Safford Brown's financing for the car. The financial representative, Ms. Golboo Javid, found a better interest rate than what my bank provided. She made the finance process very easy and pleasant. Start to finish, I left the dealership with my new car in under three hours. My second cx50 hybrid. Also purchased a 2025 cx50 last year and still have it. Purchased the second one for my wife. I love the car. Interior is top notch on both cars . Owning the 2025 I anjelous of a couple of my wife’s 2025 option adds. Both cars are premium plus versions but the 2026 has a heated steering wheel and parking sensors where the 2025 does not. Really Mazda why not. Even though these glaring differences. I still do not regret the purchases. I would have purchased a RAV4 but with my bad back and the door clearance on the.RAV.i had to pass. I found that the CX50 hybrid has the RAV drive train and the clearance allows me easy entry and exit it was a winner for me. Love. Oth cars and highly recommended them.
