I recently purchased a 2024 Lincoln Navigator from Heiser Group. I was pleasantly surprised at the amazing customer service they provided and the follow up to make sure I was happy and satisfied with my new vehicle. This is something I haven't experienced before so I felt like I was quite a special customer. They let me try out several vehicles to insure I had exactly what I wanted!! It's nice to see this customer service is still available as this experience was a far cry from my last vehicle purchase at a different dealership (no names mentioned). I left the dealership confident I made the right decision and I am confident I will be supported in any of my needs going forward. I will never purchase from anyone other than Heiser going forward. I recommend that everyone purchase their vehicle from Heiser!!

We were very pleased with the performance and comfort of the car. However, we found that when you make a turn, the tire opposite the turn direction extends out over the plane formed by the doors, spraying road dirt along the side of the car from the front wheel well to the rear wheel. The dealership was no help. So happy car washing.

Bought this truck new. I’ve put 3500 miles on it and it rides really comfortably. I went from an AT4 with dead lifters to this. I love this truck and I have not towed with it but the max I’m towing is 6,000 so that should not be an issue.

While I purchased a used car from Bolts my customer experience was timely, professional and no nonsense. I indicated I wanted one price quoted and the # was final...they presented the car with all the service history and during their service review identified and fixed all upcoming problems that might occur. This vehicle is 3.0 Duramax engine. By all means it is a wonderful engine. The internet is reporting problems with it. Although I have not had a problem I am concerned. Super cruise is awesome. GM must resolve any issues because this is by all means the best vehicle on the market right now.

I purchased the 2026 Passport Trailsport Elite model and am very happy with it. I love the many extras that this package has, especially the heat/cool seats, as well as the heated steering wheel. I love how roomy and comfortable the ride is in both front and passenger seats. I will definitely travel in this vehicle. This is a reliable and a good looking vehicle that I plan to own for a long time.

What a great look. I have bought several cars and trucks over the past few years, from 2 trucks for me and helped the family with other cars. I wanted to get something for looks and the 2025 Grand Cherokee fit the bill. Style and looks, 10 out of 10 in my opinion. Good on the mileage and performance. Great dealership and people at Ray's CDJR in Fox Lake. They treat you like you should be, with respect through the entire process.

Zach arranged for my 2003 z4 to be towed, shuttled me back to my home 45 minutes away, kept me informed of repair progress, then delivered my car when finished. I previously used Knauz in Lake Bluff but they obviously missed serious repair issues that caused this situation. I'll use International BMW from now on. Dealt with Ryan in Sales and Jeana in financing. Two of the best people I've ever worked with. Ryan went well above and beyond trying to make my experience pleasurable. He is the hardest, most sincere salesperson I've ever had the privilege of dealing with. I wish all sales people had his character and work ethic! Jeana was an absolute sweetheart in financial. She didn't try to sell me anything extra, just the basics to keep me covered. You can tell she loves just helping people get only what they need. This is my 4th RAM 1500 and is, so far, the best I have owned. The interior is much more appealing to the eye, the user interface on the large display is second to none, and for a tech geek like me, it really seals the deal. The sound this truck makes when started or when gassing it sound much more like a sports car than a truck. It has plenty of room for 5 people to be comfortable. What an amazing truck.

The Genesis GV70 we purchased new is delivering a on the promise of being an exceptional SUV. We have a GV80 and adding the GV70 to our corral has only deepened our appreciation for the Genesis brand. The GV70 is a great SUV and I look forward to driving it every day. Fit and finish are industry leading, and the driving comfort is exceptional. Handling are braking are superb. I have owned five Audis and our Genesis GV70 and GV80 deliver a better overall ownership experience. The Genesis brand has slightly different take on "luxury" than the Europeans, and I like it! If I needed another vehicle, I would go for another GV70. You will not be disappointed if you purchase a Genesis GV70, or any other Genesis vehicle.

There was no need to haggle over pricing, they were upfront and fair in not only the cost of the vehicle I purchased but the trade in I had was priced more then fair. A little expensive, but comfortable, quiet, smooth ride. Great performance out of the 6.2L and better than expected fuel economy in the low 20s. Outstanding interior and good looking exterior, especially in the Downpour Metallic color. I don’t have 700 miles on it yet and have owned it for 3 weeks. Therefore, I can’t pass judgement yet on the reliability, but so far I am very satisfied. This replaced an 8 year old Ford F150 that served me quite well with only a couple of issues in the 100,000 plus miles.

With about 3500 miles at this point, the Broco has been a great vehicle. Very reliable and enjoyable to drive. It is the Outer Banks trim package which provides a good level of options. The V6 provides good performance.

Love this truck. Rides and drives great. Looks fantastic and I myself would not drive any other brand. Tried Chevy a few years ago and hated it so much I only kept it 1 year before going back to Ford and I will not change.
