Great SUV, the new displays are stunning. The only thing I’m not a fan of is there’s only 1 usb-a and 1 usb-c in the front (on Premier there are none in the center console) and no Cigarette lighter.

I was welcomed by Ms Martha who was very professional . She introduced me to my service representative, Victor He was thorough, pleasant and very knowledgeable with Porsche vehicles. I had two issues with my recall and I was very pleased with Victor and his maintenance group. Definitely would introduced him to others in the future. —//—

I had messages popping up on the screen about steering, engine, and others. Being in the middle of this pandemic lockdown I delayed having looked at. I called Steve Ellis and he advised to give it a few days to see if computer reset. It didn’t and I txted Steve he setup an appointment, and it got taken care of. Skip was there since it was Steve’s time off. Everything was organized, it took only a few minutes to drop off the care pickup a loaner and be away. Picking up was again easy and fast. Truly a professional operation. Under normal circumstances I would see Marty and Catch-up with him, another professional.

This vehicle is 3.0 Duramax engine. By all means it is a wonderful engine. The internet is reporting problems with it. Although I have not had a problem I am concerned. Super cruise is awesome. GM must resolve any issues because this is by all means the best vehicle on the market right now.

Highest quality.. EXCELENTE. The customer service is next to none..I'll keep driving from the San Fernando to Santa Monica because of the customer Service.

This is my fifth new Subaru and my third Outback Touring XT. The improvements are across the board. The new system’s software and infotainment screen are major improvements along with the hvac controls all moved to buttons below the screen. The all digital driver’s screen is configurable and quite attractive and useful. The Outback is extremely quiet, the turbo engine very responsive and overall the vehicle feels more solid/substantial compared to the previous Outbacks.

One thing I will say the price on the vehicle is set there is no wiggle room they are already priced low, I agree. What got me was no one was pushing me to buy the guy Alec who helped me take it out for a spin was freaking awesome and showed me some cool features. Antonio the sales rep got me a mind blower 2.49 financing I was sold.

Best Service ever!! I've taken my cars to different BMW dealers for service in the past, but without any doubt this dealer has the best service department. Arutin, the guy who helped me was so knowledgeable and professional. Will definitely bring my cars here again.

Have the SEL turbo. Once of my favorite cars so far! Drives more like a car than SUV with a solid and sporty feel. VW got everthing right here. It's a great value for the price. More upscale and not over done.

It was a very smooth buying experience. As with any car buying experience, there is some back and forth and negotiating, but they were reasonable, and we ultimately got to a payment and car value I am happy with paying.

Design of the steering wheel is really dumb. Bottom center of steering wheel is completely unusable. I prefer an open bottom design like the 2026 Kia Sportage. Other than that one flaw, the Palisade is great, in my humble opinion.

I went to my local Dodge dealer near Santa Monica, and apparently they were too busy to help. Talking to them, they didn’t seem capable of doing anything other than changing the oil on cars, or selling them way over MSRP. I have been putting off getting my car serviced for a while as I had been dreading the car dealer service ‘experience.’ I need not have worried. I was met at the Ellis service entrance at the time of my appointment by Jerry the manager. It was a great welcome and he was super helpful and positive. He made had sure I knew exactly where to go. I then proceeded to the service desk where I was met by Eder. We d discussed a few things that my car needed and did the paperwork. The service really was amazing and really fast. A few hours later Eder called me and went through the specific list of things that needed doing. He managed to get most of it covered by the warranty, and gave me the choice of what was and what was not essential of the remaining items. He gave me a fair set of options and prices. It was also great to find out that Eder is really knowledgeable, it like I was speaking directly to the mechanic. Throughout the process, the communication by text and phone was really fast and impressive. I seriously wish my local dealer was as good as the guys at Ellis. Fortunately, I am happy to travel to the other side of town to have these guys look after my car. The level of service and the quality of work was exceptional. Four years ago, I bought a Rolls-Royce from Rusnak Rolls Royce dealership. As I walked into the dealership, I made contact with a gentleman named Ricky Williams. Who is the sales managers at the dealership. He approached me with a professional demeanor and he was really helpful in many ways. I was able to purchase a Rolls-Royce which I am very happy with today. I was impressed with how he presented himself and the way he represented Rusnak as a brand. He showed me a number of different vehicles and he gave me a great advice on each vehicle that I inquired about. . In addition gave me all the details about each vehicle that I asked when I sent the car in test drove it. He described each of the different features that came with the vehicle in great detail. I bought the car and have been happy with it ever since.. I also got lots of help from Ray who also works at Rusnak and he too was an amazing help. He gave me some great advice on the cars and he steered me in the right direction in terms of which one to buy. He help me with the financial side of purchasing my vehicle. and was able to explain things in great detail. Rusnak is my place to shop.i thank you.
