Spitzer Jeep RAM Brook Park review
I went in to Spitzer Motor city on Brookpark to buy a used car and they surpassed all my expectations. Tony Nemmi was my sales person and was knowledgeable and patient. The sales manager Bob Paradise personally came over and thanked me for my business. The finance manager Jessie made sure I understood all of my own decisions. "WOW"
2023 Nissan Altima review
Aesthetically pleasing. Awesome fuel economy!!! Handles well. I used to drive a 2018 Altima SV until a deer decided that i needed to purchase a new vehicle, otherwise, I'd still be driving that one which was totaled at 227k+ miles...190k+ miles by me (personally) in 4 and a half yrs. The front seats feel slightly smaller though....maybe it's just me.

My car was due for service, so I stopped out without an appointment for oil change and free tire rotation. The service department was busy that wasn’t a problem with getting the services completed. Ben did an excellent job of getting my information and my concern with replacing my left side fog light. I been a customer since 2011, always very satisfied with the service. Excellent customer services Ben

I recently purchased a 2026 Nissan Rogue, and I couldn’t have asked for a better experience working with Rose Strelbicki. Rose really listened to what I wanted – but, just as importantly, she listened to what I didn’t want. She was personable, honest, responsive, and a great communicator throughout the entire process. What I appreciated most was how straightforward everything was. There was no irritating back-and-forth, no pressure, and no feeling like I had to negotiate every little detail. Rose made the process easy and actually enjoyable. I ended up with a new car that I love, and I would absolutely recommend Rose to anyone looking for a Nissan and a genuinely pleasant car-buying experience.

Engine light service was thoroughly inspected because codes no longer available. The only thing that raises an eyebrow is this isn't the first time the multi-point free inspection indicates I need to have something replaced that's been replaced within last month or few. I understand mechanics are busy, but would appreciate better evaluation. Thanks to those who keep my 14 year old Cube up and running. Of all the vehicles I've owned, it's by far my favorite not only for reliability, but just plain fun to drive.

AutoNation Ford North Canton review
The AutoNation Ford North Canton was great! everyone was friendly, courteous. We talked to a man named Robert told him what we were looking for, not in hurry a big decision. We had been looking for a few months. We gave him our number to call if he found what we were looking for,we left the store and did other shopping.Within in a few hours he found one. The next day it was there. It was perfect. All employees said if we had questuions ask us. I was impressed with the manager very friendly did not except that from management.

My salesman was Hope. She did a fantastic job at finding out what could work for me as someone who doesn’t have the best credit, she was very patient and didn’t give up when I couldn’t get approved for certain cars. Very sweet.
