We purchased our THIRD car for our family from Peppe and Ari at Highline Motors. I wish I can rate them as a 10 star service, 5 star does not seem fair for the SUPERIOR service, SUPERIOR patience and SUPERIOR delivery on our 2014 Toyota Tundra ( we also purchased a Mercedes 300 class and a BMW from Highline Motors in the past 4 years). The service department with Reed as a manager is EXCELLENT as well. We were treated with UTMOST COURTESY, PROFESSIONALISM and INTEGRITY!!! I was surprised when hesitated about car original cause and what part got repaired but Jacob was upfront with the details. Overall very good experience. Excellent customer service and friendly, courteous staff.
Great Experience.. started with looking @ the inventory online and then drove off the lot with no games no hassle no long waits just to haggle. They even brought my vehicle from one location to the next to meet my needs. Came from out of state and was in and out just as I explained that what was what I needed. Great job team!!!! Will definitely be recommending to whom ever is wanting a great vehicle at a good price and after it feels satisfied with the service in which they provide
Nick Sypert was AMAZING to work with!! He was very accommodating and there was no pressure whatsoever to purchase a vehicle. I would absolutely recommend seeing him for your next vehicle! My only complaint was it took 2 hours to sign the papers. I think they’re a bit under staffed in the finance department (Nick should be promoted!), but we got an amazing deal with an overall great experience, so I’ll definitely be making any future purchases at AutoSource...as long as Nick is there to help us out! :)
Matt was great to deal with. His overall Knowledge was excellent and made everything a pleasant experience. I would highly recommend auto source to anyone I know in the market for a vehicle. Everything was very efficient and WAY less stressful than I thought it would be. THANK YOU Matt!
Buying experience with Susie and Dominic was good. No pressure and worked with us on trade in. After sale is different in that very hard to get someone to answer phone or return calls. A second key fob and rear window wiper blade, which was missing, were promised but been a week and a half and still nothing has been sent. Called customer service which is in Utah. They said they would take care of it and get back to us. Nothing yet.
Just over a year ago my wife and I purchased her 1971 Chevelle with the aid of Conquest to find a specific car. Now, having a minor wheel issue with the car, we returned again to a friendly and knowledgeable staff that not only got us in immediately, but was able to correct the issue where other facilities didn't even want to look at it. Kudos again to the team over at Conquest!

Long story short; we'd just moved to the US from the UK so had no credit history here. My Uncle who lives in the US was able to co-sign so we were able to get a decent rate (nowhere near the 21% - AutoNation had quoted us!). Our salesman Casey was great - he seemed trustworthy and honest from the outset and was throughout the whole process - he set up the whole Co-Signing thing with no fuss, even though my Uncle was actually on holiday in Europe. All it took was a five minute phone call and he did the rest. Other dealers were saying it couldn't be done while he was out of the country, some were saying he'd have to do an online application which would take him 90 mins. These guys, by their own admission, are not one of the big names when it comes to dealers but one of the many advantages of this is that they can be that bit more flexible and don't have to 'sell cars via a script'. We got a fair price for the car, their finance guy was good - obviously has some established links with banks/lenders as was able to get us a rate we were very happy with. Casey was great - extremely professional, no hard sell, certainly new the car we were buying inside and out and he's been at the dealership for sometime which counts for a lot, All in all, I'd definitely buy a car from Honda of Greeley again and it was nice to not have the usual nightmare dealer experience.
I went for an oil change and left with a full heart due to the pure awesomeness of their customer service! They went above and beyond in their helpful hand with their kindness and care concerning my car.
I would add hot chocolate to the beverage station and some free snacks (even though they do have snack machines, they were out of order).
When I am in the market for a new vehicle it will be from the this place!

The buyer process went very smoothly. The salesman was helpful, honest, and not pushy. Not adversarial when negotiating. Paperwork went relatively quickly. I would recommend and buy from this dealership.
