I have to dismiss all the bad jokes about used car salesmen. I met an extraordinary salesman, Joe Murphy, at Paris Motors, Inc., who proved the jokes wrong. I was in the market for a van and hoped on getting something affordable and soon for a trip out of town. Another dealer had one lined up, but it was sold before I could get to the shop - stuff happens. So back to Carfax and found one with less miles in Grand Rapids. I contacted Paris Motors and spoke with Mr. Murphy. The van was available. I went through credit approval, got it, then on to my AAA agent for insurance, got it, then made the one-hour drive to Grand Rapids and met with Joe. We talked, saw the van, gave a test drive, and my wife and I signed the paperwork. All this within 24 hours! Mr. Murphy was efficient, personable, and knowledgeable throughout the process. I have never before purchased a vehicle with such ease in my life (and I'm not young). WOW - I can highly recommend Paris Motors, Inc. as a dealer of care and quality, and kudos to Joe Murphy.

2013 Nissan Armada review
Wonderful driving experience. I looked for the right one after a friend of mine bought a SV level and I fell in love. I found a used Platinum model, well cared for and could not be happier. The Armada is a very comfortable vehicle for driver and passengers, with all the bells and whistles anyone could want, I learn more each day. Very powerful and responsive engine. I would have expected a bit more legroom for the third row but so much room in every other area.

2013 Nissan Armada review
It looked good at first but the dealership didn’t thoroughly inspect, rather they overlooked everything. Both manifolds on the exhaust are broken which cost $3330 to repair. There’s a leaking pinion seal in the front which cost $350 to repair. The airbag light was on, it was a recall we got fixed. After that recall got fixed the airbag was on and for $125 we ran the diagnostic to find the seatbelt Failed and was under warranty. It was fixed and the light was still on and now we have to replace the sensors:(

I love that this vehicle has the two captain seats with a removable center council as I have 3 kids and 2 are in car seats so tipping the seats forward for our oldest to get in back would not be an option. I didn’t want a suburban again and I wasn’t ready to go to a van. I love the leather that’s in the vehicle and how much space it has. It’s got everything I need and more.

When we got into the car one of the headsets did not work and Eddie immediately got online and had one mailed to our house. Came back to Kokomo and my mechanic found that the transmission line needed replaced, so Eddie told him to replace it and mailed a check so I could pay my mechanic, instead of having to drive the car an hour back to Anderson. I really appreciate the help that I received and also how quick and efficient everything was even though Eddie was the only one there that day. He did a great job!

This was by far the best car buying experience I've had in 30 years! Each person I interacted with was informative, courteous, and non-pressure. It started with a contact with the online sales person, whom I met in person at the time of pick-up. Adolfo was a true gentleman and took the time to investigate every question for me before making the nearly 4 hour drive. He provided pictures and a summary of their standard inspection report details to back it up. Though the Sienna van was higher mileage, it was a recent trade-in and impeccably maintained. By supplementing the CarFax details, I was convinced this van should be safe and reliable for many more miles. Ultimately, we got a great pricing, too -- probably in part because many folks avoid higher mileage vehicles. Signing the paperwork with Adolfo was straigtforward, clear, and efficient, and then I finished up with a few more signatures with the finance office, which was also quick particularly because we didn't need financing. Honda of Ames provides the buyer a flash drive with all completed paperwork so I don't need to scan these for recordkeeping later. Such a nice touch! Not to mention, they have a comfortable waiting area and a nice indoor kids play area so my little ones were constructively occupied. In all, we were at the dealership probably about 90 minutes including test drive. I've been at dealerships for literally a half a day before! So, even though it's 4 hours from us, I'll be tempted to make Honda of Ames my go to source for car buying. Keep up the great work, and thank you!

Over the past 15 or so years, I've bought 4 trucks from AA (a Chevy K1500, 3 Silverados) and I will do so again when I need another vehicle. My K1500 was a little small but ran great and served its purpose; upgraded to a '04 'Rado which was taken out in an accident by a texter; replacement crew cab too big for my needs but Chris and Dave found me another extend cab.
