Everyone at the dealership is very considerate of your time and they have always had everything ready to go for me when I come in to pick up my new lease. That is much appreciated, and makes it well worth the 2.5 hour drive from Duluth. Dealership is very responsive to questions as well. Was very happy with my recent oil change and tire rotation at Nissan dealership. Donoavan was able to get me in same day and Dave R was excellent in taking care of me when the car was there. I waited for it and watched your fish in fish tank which neat.
Even though my car did not need repair with this recall I always enjoy coming to Eden Prairie Nissan. People are very friendly. David who helped me yesterday is just so nice , so friendly and efficient! The waiting area if needed is comfortable and has good coffee and treats! Also the person who made the appointment was just so nice as usual for this business!!

Friendly staff, informative and I think the mechanics could have dug a bit further into th issue since I came in for a battery change cause I thought that was what was wrong but am still having some issues

We bought a 2017 Chevy Volt after almost a year of communication with your salesman, Brett Banaszewski. He was very patient with us and we let several opportunities pass us by before we made our purchase. He was clear and accurate about all the characteristics of our used car and the various warranties, etc. He went out of his way to help us find a hard copy of the Owner's Manual. He also volunteered to ask your mechanics for a recommendation for a Duluth Chevy dealer to service our car, since our local Ashland dealer has no one certified to work on hybrid plug-ins. Good work helping us move into the new car future which we should all be considering with the dire freight train of climate change barreling down upon us. Keep buying and pushing those electric cars. We now have solar panels and are working for public charging stations in our area. Had a hard time not jumping right into a Chevy Bolt or Nissan Leaf, but coming from deep rural we felt it was still prudent to buy a hybrid. Thank you. We bought a used car for my son. We had a few issues with getting the car but Morries's Nissan handled it well! They bent over backwards with helping us out..our salesman Jason even came in on his day off and the service manager Jermery was awesome also. We are very pleased and happy with Morries!!
