In my grief, I needed to sell my husband???s Titan truck. He passed away 6 mos. ago. I just didn???t want to deal with trying to sell to the public for fear of scams, etc.. I spoke to Ryan in the parking lot and he took me under the wing with compassion. As I waited during the process, He kept checking on me and offering water during the process. He did whatever possible to make it easier for me and comforting. I greatly appreciated this. Several other employees were very kind in coming up to speak a short message to me. All were so kind. God told me in 2 different ways to bring the truck here. Now I know why. I was taken care of very well.
All I can say is wow. The entire experience from being to end was great. I spoke with Ryan before I got to the dealership about the vehicle. I gave him a time frame on when I was going to come look at it, and when I showed up it was out front already, all washed with a tag on it ready for a test drive if I wanted to. Ryan got me a great deal on the SUV, as discussed before I even got there. And then it was seamless and easy through all the paperwork. And I was really impressed with the dealership as well. All very nice and modern, on par with all the high end luxury dealerships ( Mercedes, Lexus, Porsche, etc..). Highly recommend Ryan Smith and Maus Nissan to anyone looking for a new vehicle.
Andy and Steve was awesome. Andy was extremely helpful in finding my daughter a car that would be good for her and her kids. We ran into trouble with car right after buying by no cause of Rock Bottom but they was there to help us out anyway. Very thankful to you both!!
I thought I had a flat because my car was driving rough and it was all over the place. Anthony Nicholas was very helpful going over all the items needed on the car. The pressure was low in all the tires and it was out of alignment - which wore down the inner and outer parts of my two front tires. I decided to get all new tires because I've always had problems with these tires. Anthony was very helpful in giving me my choices. I also had several coupons and he went over with me which one would save me the most money. He went over that it covered 'services' and went over what is considered a 'service' - he also figured out the dollar amount that it would save me. I really appreciated the time and patience he had to go over everything with me. I also had my car cleaned. It was nice having a clean car when I picked it up. The courtesy van driver - Jimski was also very interesting. Everyone in the van enjoyed the conversations with him and the topics had a wide range. I personally enjoyed his stories about traveling. It felt great getting into a nice clean car that drove smoother than it had in years. The entire experience was excellent.
I've always hated dealerships for service because they force you to deal with a pushy, unkowledgeable salesperson instead of a mechanic. Not only did Veterans Ford not try and up-sell me every stupid, useless service imaginable, they were perfectly ok when I said I wanted to wait on certain services. Huh? It's like the Narnia of dealership service departments. They also seemed knowledgeable and happy to be working there. My first trip I was confused because I was treated like a human being, you could have conversations with them instead of just them talking at you. Sadly my car was totaled and my needs have changed (minivan), so I went with a Honda. I have a service contract with it, or else I would have no problem bringing it to Veterans Ford for service.
First, I ended up not buying a car here but that was only because they didn't have quite what I was looking for. I do want to say that I had a very pleasant experience at Fitzgerald Outlet, though. I worked with Walter "Chet" Wilkinson and he was superb. Knowledgeable, pleasant and best of all not in the least bit pushy or a typical "car salesman"; I'd have just walked out in that case. I ended up purchasing a car at another dealership (who had a similar philosophy as Fitzgerald - no haggle. no pressure) and it really only boiled down to the fact that the other place happened to have a vehicle which fit the bill, so to speak. I very much would recommend Chet and company if you're in the market for a used car - no plaid jacket and smoke and mirrors.
Everyone was friendly, knowledgeable and helpful. They really listened to what I needed and wanted without pressure tactics. I appreciate how thoroughly the cars are inspected and that each customer is given a summary that reports on the condition of the car.
Service was outstanding and very timely. Mike Stevens, my advisor, helped me learn a few new things about my new car that I did not know. He was patient, friendly, answered all my questions, and very professional. I had a very good experience with my first oil change on my new car. Everyone was very nice and very helpful.
Martin and Dwayne went the extra mile to make sure I was happy with my recent purchase. I've followed Dwayne to different dealerships with a couple previous purchases and I would do the same with Martin. These guys are honest and humble, a rare trate in car salesmen.

My experience with Clearwater Toyota was excellent. Sales person very helpful in deciphering add ons, extra care and "explaining" it. It took only a day to find a new car I was searching for. The day they retrieved the M/V from another dealer they did everything with DMV etc and I was driving my new car home that same day.
Martin was able to work with me to get the exact truck I wanted, down to specific options. The truck had to be brought over from other town making my purchase quick and easy. Martin works with you over the phone even after working hours/days.
I worked with Jan from Carvana- she was able to explain to me the process, make sure I was comfortable with where it was at, was able to be reached and kept communication open. The pick up process went smoothly and I was able to sell my car without any glitches.
