I’m coming up in July on 2 years with my Kicks and I still love it. I have gotten so many people stopping me and asking me about this crossover. The only thing I wish was offered were the options on more expensive models like the push button hatch closing and AWD option. I took care of my moonroof problem and had dealer install one before I picked up the car from the showroom. The only negative is that I’m my SR model is that they made the doors and dash great but skimped on the door panels. Would of been nice to have that wrap around. I think I will keep this for quite awhile.

This car has everything I need. It's roomy and comfortable. Even though it's a 4 cyl. turbocharged engine, it has a lot of power. I also like the cargo cover that's removable.

This car was made for me...when the sales man, Ken Linwood told me he had a car for me I had already found this car on Cars.com and was ready to ask to see it. It’s bigger and more comfortable than the Chevy I did have and lots more bells and whistles for less money.

I returned to Car Max in Franklin, as I had questions for service re: the 2020 Jeep Wrangler I purchased a few weeks ago from this location. Justin helped me unhook a cable in order to get the top off the Jeep…. It was user error vs issue with the Jeep :). He helped me reset the oil life indicator, and popped the sun visor into proper place. He was all about service with a great attitude. This simple experience gave me an even more positive opinion of Car Max. Thanks!

What an amazing experience! I had the pleasure to have John Khalil as my sales agent, who happens to not only be a welcoming and zealous sales agent at CarMax of Oceanside, CA, but also a very talented painting artist!! He had great compassion for my autistic son and made sure he was always comfortable during the efficient waiting process by offering him a cute CarMax car toy, a CarMax coloring book and crayons. He went above and beyond when complex situations came about during the bank’s verification process. The determination he had to push my situation through with his persistent diligence as I watched him communicate with high professionalism and positivity as a team with his colleagues/finance management team was remarkable!!!! I have been looking for transportation for my son for at least a month. Not in a hurry right now, but out of all the places I have been, I am most impressed with Das. Skylar was the online contact and was very responsive and works in the office. Angie was friendly and we enjoyed a nice multi speed test drive in my favorite Honda CRV. I think she has been there 29 years, and that give me confidence. I also like they provide clean Carfax papers on all the cars. The manager was very knowledgeable and was able to provide additional information on the different transmissions available, and explained ones I would not want and why. I had read about transmission issues on a year and he knew about it and explained! Yay! Have not purchased yet but would confidently when we find the right car. The location was clean and staff informative. I will keep them on speed dial for our next purchase.
