2023 Nissan Murano review
Bought a 2023 SL in Nov. 2024 with 14K miles. Still driving the 2007 SL that has 140K. We love the '23. It's very comfortable, good looking and fun to drive. When it was time to buy I didn't want anything but another Murano.

After recently having a terrible car-buying experience where I was taken advantage of and ended up with a lemon, I was extremely cautious about trusting another dealership. As a single woman shopping for a car, it can feel overwhelming trying to determine who is being honest and who truly has your best interests in mind. When I found the vehicle I really wanted, I hesitated because the dealership?Arlington Nissan in Illinois?was out of state. I spent nearly two months continuing to search for other options, but nothing compared. Eventually I decided to take the chance and make the trip to see the car in person. From the moment I arrived, the experience was reassuring. Alex Reiss, the salesperson who helped me, was professional, respectful, and refreshingly straightforward. Even though he?s a younger guy, he handled the entire process with confidence and integrity. He listened to my concerns about my past experience and made it clear that this time things would be handled differently. Alex answered all of my questions, provided the reports I requested, and explained the 6-month Certified Select warranty, which helped give me peace of mind. Because of how transparent and helpful he was, I felt comfortable enough to move forward and purchase the car that same day. The experience in the finance office was just as positive. Dominic walked me through the paperwork carefully and made sure everything was clearly explained. I really appreciated that he didn?t pressure me into unnecessary add-ons or try to slip in extra warranties or fees. The process was honest and straightforward. Before taking the car home, the dealership also addressed a few service items I wanted looked at and completed a full detail. Kiah in the service department kept me informed about what was being done and when the vehicle would be ready. When I returned to pick it up, the car looked fantastic?honestly like it had just come off the showroom floor. The service team clearly took the time to make sure everything was done right. What stood out most about my experience was the team effort. Alex, Dominic, and Kiah all worked together to make sure my concerns were heard and that the entire process went smoothly. They treated me with respect, were transparent throughout the process, and delivered exactly what they promised. Buying a car after a bad experience can be difficult, but this team truly restored my confidence. I would absolutely recommend Arlington Nissan to anyone looking for a vehicle?even if you?re traveling from out of state.

I recently purchased a vehicle from Modern Hyundai of Concord, and I can confidently say it was one of the best car-buying experiences I’ve ever had. A huge part of that was thanks to Victor Boicu. From start to finish, Victor was incredibly thorough with his communication and always followed through on everything he said he would do. What really stood out, though, was his approach—he was never pushy. Instead of trying to steer me toward things I didn’t want (which I experienced at several other dealerships during my search), he actually listened to what I was looking for and worked to find solutions which fit my needs. After my initial visit, he even sent a follow-up walk-through video of the vehicle so I could share it with my wife and family. That level of respect and attentiveness made all the difference. For the sake of transparency and authenticity, I’ll add that the experience wasn’t absolutely perfect—about a week or two after the purchase, I realized the cabin air filter was missing. I reached out to Victor and the team at Modern Hyundai, and they got it corrected with minimal to no inconvenience to me. No one is perfect, but how people respond is what truly matters in my book, and they handled it the right way. I would strongly recommend anyone considering buying a car from Modern Hyundai of Concord to do so—and definitely ask for Victor. I’d even suggest reaching out to him ahead of time about what you’re looking for, even if it’s not currently in their inventory. He genuinely tries to help you find the right fit. 2017 Nissan Murano review
Bought a brand new 2020 Murano "S" on March 1,2021 for $26,499 as they wanted to clear the lot of the 2020 models and could not be happier!! I drive a 1993 Mazda 4x4 60 times a year to a ski resort as I do NOT want the Murano to be subjected to the liquid salt applied to the roads here in Idaho. The last day of the season the roads were dry and as I drove out of the crowd at the after ski party....a parent yelled "you drive THIS?" Has only 10,500 miles and is worth now over $32,000 as ALL used cars are usually more than what people paid for them new in the last 2 years.

I have an issue with paint peeling on my 2017 Murano, pearl white. Nissin won't help me out with this issue, not happy after learning there were similar problems with other models. This car has less than 40,000 miles on it. Anyone else having this problem?
