I had an excellent experience working with Wilfredo Cordero. He was extremely friendly, professional, honest, and respectful throughout the entire process. He took the time to answer all my questions, explained everything clearly, and never made me feel pressured. Wilfredo truly cares about his customers and goes above and beyond to make sure they feel comfortable and confident with their purchase. His honesty, patience, and great customer service really stood out. I highly recommend Wilfredo Cordero to anyone looking to purchase a vehicle. It was a pleasure doing business with him, and I would definitely work with him again in the future. Five-star service all the way!

Vision Nissan of CanandaiguaReviews
Vision Nissan of Canandaigua review
My daughter purchased a used Honda CRV here about 2 months ago. There were a few minor issues with the car that were repaired prior to the purchase. That was done as promised. However about 2 weeks after taking possession of the car the safety features were disabled and the dash lit up like a Christmas tree. We brought it back and they had their service Dept. work on it. Fast forward a few days after that repair and it happened again. They took it in and ended up replacing the radar system and re-calibrating the safety features. They did all of this at no cost to us. Manager Thomas Conradt and salesperson, Rachel stack were great throughout the process. They took care of us as they said they would. In todays world of getting stiffed by seemingly everyone, this restored our faith in humanity. Vision Nissan was great! I'd buy another vehicle from them in a heartbeat. In addition to this, they gave us a good price on the car and a fair value for our trade. If you're looking for a car head over there and talk to them. They can help you.

AutoNation Nissan Chandler review
I was elated with my experience, until I had a problem. When I got home and started to learn about my new used car I discovered I was given a broken key fob that does not have the mechanical key used in the event of an emergency/safety issue. I texted my salesman who said he would check in it. Several days later I had not heard anything. Contacted my sales person again and he admitted he forgot and sent me to the GM. I emailed the GM twice and never heard back. I contacted customer relations and explain. They said they would get back to me in 24 to 48 hours. It's now several days later and nothing. I was hoping they would handle the situation so I didn't have to put it in the review. The sales part was good, the followup in nil.

This definitely the best service department around! I went in for an oil change and met with the FABULOUS Angie. Just as I think I’m done, Angie, says come with me, I need to bring you to the service area to explain and show me why I needed rear brakes. Not really a surprise because last oil change I got the heads up the brakes were going. Such honest and knowledgeable team. This team is the BEST!

The absolutely smoothest transaction I ever had buying a car. I loved the atmosphere. I just told them what I like and they found me the perfect car, and all within my budget. The sales rep Preston was always courteous, friendly. He made us feel right at home. Actually, the whole staff was great, Stephanie and Mitchel also assisted me with my purchase. I am very happy with my decision to shop at Victory Nissan of Dickson! Yep, gotta love it! 💕 5x2 stars.

But even when the issue wasn't able to be resolved by staff he FOUND A WAY to make it happen! Very respectful and it made me appreciate coming here and getting my car serviced. This is the reason I bought my car from here and it is why I continue to wait and have it serviced here VS go anywhere else Thank you Varian!

Buying a car from Clay Cooley was one of the best experiences I’ve had. The car was exactly what I was looking for. Communication was easy, and they made sure everything was ready for a smooth, quick sale. Super friendly and honest. I would definitely buy from Hector and Trevor again or recommend to anyone looking for a good deal on a car!
