Lou was my salesperson and he was super communicative, explaining and re-explaining when he seemed to feel it was needed. No surprises along the way, I was able to test drive the van as much or as long as I wanted, have a mechanic come by to inspect it and they washed it and added a full tank of gas on pickup day. They had done some quality servicing to the vehicle as well before pickup day. Lou mentioned early on that he wasn't paid on a commission basis, which was a good detail for me to know. In the end, all the numbers were the same from the beginning to end, no "uh oh" moments and it was a super fast experience on pickup day - probably the fastest ever for me to get the keys and drive a new (to me) vehicle home. I will look to use them again if possible in the next year or so. Highly recommend.

Poppy was great to buy from. Was shopping for my first car. Found an awesome car through cars.com and we called him. Took it for a test drive, before which he had already put new tires and breaks on the vehicle. AC had issues, he got it fixed by a repair shop in 2 days, and picked it up shortly after. Car has a few cosmetic issues but he didn't try to hide them. Car came with a warranty which is great for peace of mind, but keep in mind not all of his cars do. He gave us a great deal, and I couldn't be happier.

2021 Nissan Rogue review
I was shopping for a used vehicle to replace a Lexus ES 350 that was 11 years old. I was prepared to keep that car forever, but it was totaled in an accident. I went to CARMAX looking for another luxury vehicle, and then I saw this Rogue Platinum. It looked like new, but it was 5 years old with under 40,000 miles on it. It was Pearl White with an Absolute Black top. The exterior had only a small blemish on a rear door, otherwise it was perfect. What sold me on the car was the interior. It was a Saddle-and-Black combination with top-quality leather not found in this class of compact SUVs. Being a Platinum trim level, it had every option one could imagine - more than my old Lexus had. The interior also looked brand new. The car is comfortable, quiet, and brilliantly appointed. I've seen both great and terrible reviews on the Rogue, so I did purchase the CAREMAX extended warranty. I have had the car for only a month. Will it continue to delight me or disappoint me in the months ahead? Time will tell, but I love it now.

Had a great experience buying a nice used car for my daughter here. Worked with Joe Doughty. It was the first dealership we looked at. She drove a car that she liked, and we were given a very competitive price, but she wasn’t quite positive about it. Joe and his manager did a nice job of being eager to sell us the car but at the same time, not pushy when we wanted to think on it. . She test drove several other cars, and we came back a week later and bought the original car at Romeo Nissan. Could not have been happier with the process, the price, the follow up and the customer service we received. Really appreciated Joe’s professionalism and patience. I would definitely buy another car from this dealership in the future because of this experience.

Let me first start by saying that this review was completely unsolicited and was not asked of me. I simply felt the need to share my experience. Nissan of White Plains is a smaller Nissan showroom dealership, but they are extremely efficient, professional, and welcoming. Their pricing is very competitive, and the entire team made the buying process smooth quick and most importantly transparent. Nelson and his team, especially my salesman Pedro Tavares, were excellent. They addressed all of my concerns regarding pricing and the value of my trade-in and made sure I understood everything throughout the process. There were no surprises, no unnecessary pressure, and no runaround. I would highly recommend Nissan of White Plains to anyone looking for a Nissan, whether you’re purchasing a new or used vehicle. If you’re in the market for a Nissan, definitely give them an opportunity—you won’t be disappointed with the experience.
