Mark was on his game. We had an awesome experience with drive time Torrance. If I had a choice I would do it all over again with this team. They made the process smooth and explained everything in front of you. No hidden secrets here at this dealership. The manager Charles also contacted me to let me know I was pre-approved and to come in and look at cars. Hands down best place to do business.

Hawthorne Motors ExpressReviews
Hawthorne Motors Express review
We needed a car for our business and we found Hawthorne motors express. I cannot say enough great things about my experience! From start to finish, they were absolutely spectacular. Sara was awesome! Their pricing was honest and fair, and they were willing to work with us without any pressure or haggling. It was refreshing to deal with people who genuinely cared more about helping us find the right vehicle than making a sale. They treated us like family from the moment we walked in. They were transparent, trustworthy, and always looked out for our best interests. The quality of their vehicles is excellent, and they took the time to make sure everything on our car was working perfectly before we drove away. What impressed me most was the level of care and follow-up after the sale. They didn't just hand us the keys and move on--they made sure we were happy and that everything continued to run smoothly. The entire experience was stress-free, professional, and enjoyable. If you're looking for honest people, great cars, and exceptional customer service, I highly recommend them. This experience was so wonderful that I will absolutely be returning to shop for my second car with them. They've earned a customer for life! I will definitely recommend them to family and friends!

2023 Nissan Rogue review
So far I have been pleased with the performance of my Rogue. It just turned 20,000 miles. I'm reading some of the negative reviews and wondering if they take proper care of their vehicles. Time will tell if the 3 cylinder turbo is a winner.

Van Nuys Chrysler Dodge Jeep Ram review
John Machado was the only reason I purchased from the dealership I drove from la to van nuys to deal with this guy he know everything about these vehicles I would highly suggest if you want to buy this is the guy to buy from. He helped me get the down payment and monthly payment where I needed them to be and made it happen. He sent a video just for me and pictures. Then he took the time on his day off to help me after the sale. Roger in the service dept also helped me out. Great staff here.

Budget Car Sales of NorwalkReviews
Budget Car Sales of Norwalk review
I had the best car sales experience of my life here, it was easy, no pressure and positive. I found the car online, it was a cherry 2016 Mustang Eco-sport Premium, called to confirm it was still available and made an appointment to come see it in person. Craig Wick was an awesome salesman, very personable, super chill and knowledgeable; his office was full of music memorabilia and his desk itself looks like a piece of art. He took time to go over what I wanted, he even took the time to show me a music video and talk show clip based on our conversation. Craig let me drive the car on city streets and the highway, taking as long as I needed to feel comfortable. They gave me a fair, no-hassle price for a certified used car (that included the free CARFAX info) and didn’t try to talk me into buying lots of extras; they presented available options and answered all my questions. Craig used to restore Mustangs and let me know that the car color used to be known as Strawberry, now it’s called Ruby Red, but I love the Strawberry better and it was fun to learn about the historic information. Craig’s sales manager David Gallardo took the extra time to find me a better interest rate based on my credit because he felt there had to be a better rate for my excellent history. Then David spent nearly a full hour showing me how my car’s system worked, finished getting me set up (Craig helped get it started) and made sure everything was working correctly. They put a big bow on the car and take your picture with your new purchase, a nice touch! I would absolutely buy from them again and would recommend them without any reservations.

2023 Nissan Rogue review
Purchased my Rogue about one month ago. I previously owned a Lexus ES350 and wanted a small SUV but the luxury brands didn’t do it for me. Likes: Works well as a daily driver Has all the room I need SL trim level is very nice, love 360 camera Bought from a great dealership Dislikes The Bose sound system is horrible Mid 20’s MPG, could be better Overall, very happy with my choice and glad I didn’t go with the CX5 I almost bought.

2023 Nissan Rogue review
I’m surprised, the reviews are so low honestly. I have put 6,000 miles on my 2023 Nissan rogue so far and I have not had any issues. I know a recall came out but I got it fixed. I honestly really like my rogue. I know not everyone will have a perfect experience but it’s a great car. I got the base trim, and was a little skeptical especially looking at the SV’s but if your looking for a car with just the perfect amount of tech I recommend buying the base model because you get a bang for your buck. Gas mileage is amazing! I have been averaging 36/37mpg. Coming from a 2015 Altima that got worse gas mileage it’s amazing. The only negative is that the seats really attract pet hair so make sure to have a lint roller in your car, but the car is perfect!

Glendale Nissan review
The Service Department was so easy to work with. My advisor was friendly, knowledgeable, and understanding. He gave me a list of repairs and the order in which I should address them. He never pressured me to buy any more service then what I came in for, he never made me feel dumb when I asked questions about my car, and he treated me with respect. Honestly this is the best service I have ever received. Thank you Glendale Nissan, this is now my go to service place.
