I did not know this until after the 30-day warranty had passed by two days! I came to Piazza because it's a local Honda dealer for me, and their service team helped me without reservations. Their managers and staff were wonderful toward ensuring that my car would be taken care of, despite the fact that I had purchased my car outside their dealership. Piazza rebuilt my engine and the car has been running great almost 4 months later! I will be coming to Piazza for future oil changes and routine maintenance. You know Brad I let my husband take care of the cars. He loves his Honda and the Service Advisor. He also comes back and tells me about Christine, Brandon, Rebecca and now Rachel. You were wise not to give him a job there , just kidding but he has very high expectations for Customer Service. From the day that I purchased the Qx50 , not really his type of car, he has put the care in the hands of Christine. It's awful if Christine is off, on vacation. I am sure there are capable people there, but Christine must know her cars and her customers. She doesn't sell him anything because she knows he has his own car log. I don't know that anyone is perfect, but because of his background Christine and networked with her contacts to help look for a job during the most battle of Covid and Unemployment. Who does that? My husband and people persons like Christine.

Buying from Matt Blatt Nissan was a much more pleasant experience than buying from my much more local dealership in Vineland. Salesman David was incredibly patient, accommodating, and just overall helpful in helping me find a new-to-me Pathfinder that fit my budget and my picky requirements for certain features (and we communicated for a couple of days before I even made the trip to the dealership). I never really felt pressured to buy or add on services and warranties, which is a completely different experience from I've had at other dealerships. I had a complicated process of selling my old Rogue to the Carmax down the road since they offered me significantly more for it, and then getting back to Nissan, all with a toddler, and David was awesome enough to actually come pick us up, and arrange a loaner for the weekend while some service (which I requested prior to buying and they agreed to) was completed. Then on top of it, actually deliver the new car to me on his way home, saving me a 45 minute trip to Mays Landing. Definitely couldn't ask for better service! And in the future when it's time to upgrade again, I'll definitely be heading back to Matt Blatt first!

2024 Nissan Rogue review
I've owed the rogue SV for some 9 months and I'm very pleased with the ride, performance and reliability . Prior to me purchased this car I rented a bunch of competitors to narrow down my choice. The Rogue has alot of features that really come in handy. It's a very thought out vehicle. On long highway trips it holds the road very steadily at 90 MPH and my gas consumption was in the low 40's. For the money to me it's the best value out there
