While I have had several issues with my Q8, Ryan, my advisor has made each visit a 10/10. He is efficient and kind. He is good at keeping me up to speed on the progress of my repairs. He makes getting repairs done much easier and I appreciate that.

I purchased this car as a second car and to use with my RV. This is a 2014 Rogue Select. After a lot of looking, I found a 2014 Rogue Select with 14,600 miles. This was confirmed in the Carfax report. After going thru the car completely, I have found 2 things that need repaired. I have driven Nissans with CVT transmissions of over 20 years. If you keep up with all the maintenance then you shouldn't have any more troubles than with any other car. It has the Nissan 2.5L 4 cyl engine. This engine has been around for a long time. This is a very basic car. I will be upgrading the Headlight to LED (GTR Ultra 2), Installing a mirror dashcam system and a tow hitch. I wont be installing Fog Lights. The audio system is marginal and will be upgraded in the future. I haven't decided about the aftermarket warranty as the factory warranty expired a long time ago. So far this car is a good ULTRA LOW mileage used car. It is reasonably comfortable rides well and has an acceptable level of performance. I think it is a good car for the intended usage.

The nissan rogue select is a reliable vehicle, but the airbag light came on and want go off, the vehicle rides rough and loud due to the tires roar, even when new, the engine whines when going up hill, but I love the cargo space, and gas milage.

They always take good care of me and my car when I bring it in for service. I am sure they will treat you just as well.

This car has many features my 2017 did not have. I am excited to drive it. I am still learning the features but I love it.

A good car except the CVT transmission in my year Rogue Select, and other years, are proving to be faulty; mine failed! The car is good except this issue and a few other minor issues. Checkout the number of class action suits you’ll find online if you have doubts. Buyers beware and ask about it before you buy from dealer or otherwise since they may not tell you.

We drove all night from Nc to come get a car my husband wanted. We got there before they opened and were m er by Jordan Wilkins and the other staff members/salesmen. My experience at this dealership wasn’t too bad, if you have patience for the people there An the staff you should be good. I got there at 1:30pm an since I didn’t schedule I had to wait but it was only for like 15mins or so till I saw a sale rep. 1:50pm they called me to talk to a sales rep, got my 13 Honda Civic appraised, waited 25mins for them to approved it, then went to the lot picked out my car I wanted. 20mins went back we talked numbers An gave them my down payment An was out in like 45mins after signing an them washing n vacuuming your car, you have the keys An you out the door!! I definitely recommend Marlo if you ever go to this car max. It goes by pretty quick in my opinion, don’t let this other reviews discourage you.

All repair issues were explained and all repairs completed to my satisfaction. Rep was knowledgeable and friendly. The waiting area was comfortable. The major repairs were covered by warranty.
