Great Service experience provided by Hamad Deeb. He was very thorough and provided the best service.
2022 Nissan Sentra review
Bought this fully loaded Sentra SR new in 2022, has been an excellent car so far, have 38k miles, changed the cvt fluid and both filters at 35k. and engine oil at every 5k with mobil 1 oil and filter. Car has performed flawlessly. only issue was the radio face would occasionally go black when starting up, took it back to the dealer and they replaced it. Car will get 40+ mpg on the highway. Car is not eat up with horsepower, but it is good enough to get the job done, plus i like the fact that there is no turbo on this car. don't need the problems that go with that. Finally, this is a xxxx good looking, sleek, sporty car, the 2 tone paint, white with black roof and the led lights really set it off. very happy with this car !

I purchased my first vehicle at Schumacher Chevy, and because the staff treated me like family, I?ve already sent friends and family who have also purchased vehicles from here.
2017 Nissan Sentra review
I purchased my Sentra SV with 45,000 miles on it. After 5:years, it has been a rock of dependability and gets outstanding gas mileage (43-45 mpg with the ECO mode.) I've only had to replace the battery and front brake pads and it has 76,099 miles. It may not be the sportiest car, but it's comfortable and gets 29-33 mpg around town.

Nissan City of Port ChesterReviews
Nissan City of Port Chester review
I cannot say enough positive things about my experience at Nissan City in Port Chester, NY. In all my years of purchasing and leasing vehicles, I have never had an experience at a dealership quite like this one. From the moment I started working with Cris, I felt that I was in good hands. He was incredibly patient, respectful, honest, and professional. He took the time to walk me through all of my options, answer my questions, and make sure I fully understood everything. Most importantly, I never felt pressured to make a decision. I also want to recognize Yancarlos, the General Sales Manager, and his team. They went above and beyond to put all of my concerns at ease and, throughout the process, made me feel that my needs came first—not simply making a sale. That level of customer care is rare and made a tremendous difference in my experience. The entire process was handled with professionalism, transparency, and genuine respect. What could have been a stressful experience was actually a very positive one. If you are looking to buy or lease your next vehicle, this is where you want to go. And definitely ask for Cris! He is exceptional, and Nissan City is fortunate to have him on their team. Thank you, Cris, Yancarlos, and the entire Nissan City team, for an outstanding experience.

Lynnes Nissan review
I suspect that it is I who should be blamed because it is usually true. I expected 128 Service checks being performed from any reputed dealer. But I came to know later that it is not true. I did not have time to go shop around. I was extremely pre-occupied and this purchase and speed was a necessity which I had made it very clear before driving to the dealer more than an hour from my house. I am extremely happy with the service center and after sales service. Had to give 4 because the car was not ready when i picked it up. That gave me lots of concerns. Dealer or more than the dealer, the service personnel were extremely respectful and made up for all the lacunae in sales. They more than made up for whatever concerns I had. I was glad with the inner circle of people who attended the care, came out to me to and explain everything beyond doubt. Because of them, I feel comfortable going to them often.

Marcus in the service desk really knows customer service. Marcus is repairing some damage to my right seat under warranty. I wholeheartedly recommend Nissan of Fort Myers for repair on your vehicle. Marcus is a very personal and professional person. You will be happy after your appointment with Marcus. Also the customer service is the best

Nissan of Queens review
I walked in to the dealership expecting the worse since I had bad experiences at other dealerships. Met with Sergio who made me feel welcome, practically held my hand and guided me through the entire process. Very patient. The staff is amazing. Although there were no facilities at the pre-own location which I did not stay long the new car showroom where all the paper work was done was fully equipped. I walked out with a 2016 Honda Civic and love my car. Great experience I will definitely recommend everyone I know to this place. From the receptionist to the managers all made me feel welcome. Thank you for the wonderful experience and showing me that not all dealerships are bad.
2024 Nissan Sentra review
I recently purchased a 2024 Sentra SV with the premium package. I also currently own a 2020 Sentra SV (no upgraded package). I've owned that one for 4 years with 80k miles on it now. Great, reliable car. Very comfortable seats, great gas mileage, very good standard stereo system. I love the layout of everything for HVAC controls and radio. The dash display with speed limit sign recognition is great as well. I have had zero problems with the 2020 Sentra (I'm passing that car along to my daughter so not getting rid of it). For the 2024, the only notable differences are the transmission (it was upgraded in 2024) and the stereo controls. The transmission seems more responsive now in keeping rpms low without losing any acceleration. Very quiet car without the whining on the CVT. (there is some but not bad). The stereo on the premium package includes Bose speakers. I was hoping they would be a great upgrade but noticed no real improvement; maybe even slightly worse than the standard setup. In my 2020 Sentra, there is a sound adjustment for the midrange and a bass enhancer you can turn on/off. The new one does not have these selections. It sounds like too much midrange so kind of distorted and not crisp like I expect the Bose to be. Other than that, the car performs the same. It's a perfect reliable commuter car with enough features to keep you happy and comfortable on long drives. I have no issue with pickup or highway driving. I highly recommend.

I had an absolutely fantastic experience at Nissan of Port Chester! The entire process of getting my new car was incredibly easy and stress-free, and a huge part of that was thanks to Bruny Ledesma. She was amazing from start to finish—so responsive, patient, and helpful with every question and concern I had. She made the entire process unbelievably smooth and easy! I couldn’t be happier with my experience and will definitely be going back to Nissan and working with Bruny when it’s time for another lease. 10 out of 10 all around! Highly recommend!

Went to this dealership back in January of this year thinking it's just going to be another dealership that cant help me get a car. I was introduced to Paula, she was so nice and helpful on trying to find me a car for me and my wife (which was pregnant at the time and was due in a week). Paula understood the importance of getting me a car for my new family. After a few days of hoping, I get a call from her telling me they have a car for me. I haven't rushed down to a dealership that quick before. Once I got there, financing was quick and easy. She was so helpful the entire time, even though it felt like I was bothering her with a lot of questions. Would definitely come back to get another car in the future with her!

2023 Nissan Sentra review
Excellent gas milege...regularly exceed the EPA highway estimate for this car. Already have over 30000 miles on it. Regualar maintenace so far at the dealer. Now looking at a set of replacement tires as the OEM's do not last as long as expected. Other than the high wear on the tires, Android Auto connections used to be iffy at best until I figured out how the keep the connection.,

I’ve leased vehicles for many years. I have to say my experience with Ali Bayat @ Mahwah Honda was the best experience dealing with any automobile sales person, there was no haggling and back and forth. He said he would get me in my price range & delivered ! and we all know that is a special gift in today’s car leasing business today. That being said the SUV I leased is a quality vehicle. & if you’re in the market for a Honda, & want to have a quality experience with a sales person Ali Bayat @ Mahwah Honda is your person …. Thank you Ali

This definitely the best service department around! I went in for an oil change and met with the FABULOUS Angie. Just as I think I’m done, Angie, says come with me, I need to bring you to the service area to explain and show me why I needed rear brakes. Not really a surprise because last oil change I got the heads up the brakes were going. Such honest and knowledgeable team. This team is the BEST!

I HAD TWO (MINOR?) PROBLEMS WITH MY NISSAN SENTRA SV 2024 SO FAR; REPAIRED BY THE CAR BASIC WARRANTY (I ONLY ‘PAID’ IN TIME WAITING IN THE NISSAN SERVICE CENTER). 1. BATTERY SUDDENLY DRAINED: THE PROBLEM BEGAN AT AROUND 3,200 MILES AND IT TOOK THREE DIAGNOSTIC VISITS, THE LAST ONE FOCUSING ON THE PARASITIC DRAIN, TO FIND A PROBLEM INVOLVING THE BATTERY. BATTERY AND RELATED PARTS REPLACED SUCCESSFULLY (COVERED BY BASIC WARRANTY). 2. POWER WINDOWS MECHANISM BROKE DOWN AND HAD TO BE REPLACED. IT WAS AROUND 5,200 MILES (COVERED BY BASIC WARRANTY).

Marcus and Sal are two of the best people in the business. Sal will tried to get me into a Nissan Sentra but I was too under water on my Nissan. But I recommend the dealer whole heartedly. All at the dealership are fantastic people.

BUICK GMC OF MAHWAH review
This dealer 100% is owed the most positive review ever! I never knew buying a car could be such an enjoyment! Start to finish best time ever! So happy! Thanks to Jaheim during initial phone shopping time, then meeting Moises sales and his manager Scott, who was so great and patient with me, to then getting to pleasure of meeting Jennifer finance manager who not only overcome credit obstacles she also made me feel like family after leaving her. Team you have there is unbelievable!

If you need to trade in your car or buy a car don't look any further this is the place. THIS IS THE PLACE! Just make sure you have all your documentation, pray like I did and come right in and take your time and make your choice. Both the receptionist and the manager will deal with the rest. I guarantee you will leave here satisfied. Give here a try first even if you have other places in mind. This is the place.Go get your blessings.
2018 Nissan Sentra review
Still have one with 193,000 miles . Cha ge your trans fluid and keep that baby running . No major issues just usual wear and tear from my experience if I didnt need to drive as much I would still use it to commute tonwork and back and errands with no issues but any car with so many miles should start thinking of retirement and take jt easy fir the rest of its life 😊

2019 Nissan Sentra review
I have the 2019 Nissan Sentra SV Special Edition and the ride and seats are very comfortable. Gas Mileage is great in the city using the Eco mode which I use a lot. I got up to 36 miles per gallon in the city. I added some System48Plus to the oil crank case and now I'm getting up to 40 miles per gallon in the city! I bought the car certified and it had no recalls so I decided to buy this one. Some of those other 2019s had a recall. The front of the car looks amazing sporty! The thing that's not as good would be the performance which I don't need as long as I am saving gas but I am getting a better puck up since I added that engine treatment as well as better gas mileage. The only other thing that could use improvement would be the sterio speakers and l will probably just change that to Boise speakers. Overall it's a great looking and dependable car.

Rides well. Got some pep. Interior styling upscale. Plenty of space. Trunk space-plenty of room. Back seats with plenty of room. Like no noise engine.
