First off, I drove all the way here from San Francisco because I was lucky enough to initially be connected to Salesman Nick when I called one afternoon to check on the availability of a 2018 Kia Soul. He told me what he knew about the availability and told me he would call me back after checking on the specific vehicles options. Having had flaky car salesmen experiences in the past, I expected to not hear back. I was wrong! About 10 minutes later Nick called me back and provided me with all the information. He asked if I wanted to come in and I told him I would be in the next morning. He happily adjusted his schedule to meet me the next day. It was a complete pleasure working with Nick. He was happy to review all the bells and whistles of the car and it was clear he loved being able to sell Kia cars. On top of that, he was funny!
When it came to the price negotiations, I could have not wished for a better experience. Shout out to the Sales Manager Mark who was friendly, straight forward and fair.
The final chapter of the experience was the Finance Manager Servan who was really nice, low pressure finance guy. I am used to finance managers being pushy and trying to push all the "extras". Servan did not push at all! He reviewed the options, explained his opinions about the "extras" and did not push me with any guilt or fears (experienced all that at other dealerships).
I walked out with a brand new Kia Soul at a price that was fair and customer service that was exceptional. If you are in the market for a new car I highly suggest checking out Kia's and the friendly, fun service at Stevens Creek Kia.
I worked with Jan from Carvana- she was able to explain to me the process, make sure I was comfortable with where it was at, was able to be reached and kept communication open. The pick up process went smoothly and I was able to sell my car without any glitches.
After visiting several of the typical dealerships I walked away confused and Unsatisfied. My wife n I bought another Nissan sat 15 after our Last car was totaled, everything when good during that process.
4, 5 days later my wife noticed that a little center piece of one of the wheels fall off, so Friday 20 I when to the dealership to see if they can replace that part !
The reason why they couldn't help me was that the manager already bought the copy key or second key are out his pocket!

I Can say, I went to Nissan of capitol expressway in San Jose, Ca., to see their trucks, I refer Nissan Frontiers because I wish to buy or lease one of them, I was there maybe one hour walking in between all vehicles and nobody, absolutely nobody asked me anything, I mean, I never saw any salesperson, besides, I could see they don't have what I wish a Nissan Frontier long bed, they have some, but they are all short bed.
to replace valves cover gasket took 10 days, after this job I found two bolts missing and had to reinstall it by myself , because it 's faster then to bring my car back to this facility again and I definitely was overcharged. ( To replace broken wheel stud they charged me $180 .Pro: they gave me rental car at no charge.
Look around first so you understand that their prices can't be haggled but it is worth it. I couldn't find a single car within $1K of their price. And the quality of the car was outstanding. Easy. Great kid's corner keeps them occupied too. No pressure sales is a beautiful thing.
