King Windward Nissan review
We were in NEED of a new car, with no desire to get a used one. We were looking at the Costco auto buying program and met up with Jessica Kondo at King Windward Nissan in Kaneohe. She made us feel very comfortable at the start, greeted us like family, listened intently as we expressed our NEEDS, WANTS, and DESIRES. Took our information and left to go meet her manager. I?m not going to lie, we were worried we wouldn?t qualify for what we wanted, and we would have to settle. Jessica came back and told us congratulations you qualified for the 2026 Nissan Rogue! My friend went on a test drive, LOVED everything! The smooth ride, roominess, all the wonderful features that it came with and Jessica made it so easy to set up the functions on our phones! While our car was getting detailed and gassed up, we met up with Christian, who helped us navigate the financial aspects of the car, patiently explaining the warranty packages and the fact that he made us feel like it was our decision based on our needs and budget was a big thumbs up from us. We apologize, that at this writing we did not remember the manager?s name who was very instrumental for our being on cloud 9 (still)! Every aspect of our car buying experience went smoothly, and we can?t say enough positive things about Jessica, Christian, the Magician (manager) AND the awesome detailing staff! Muah! Aloha and Mahalo from two grateful customers!

Told my salesman Joe that my goal was to have them write me a check after I buy a new truck from them. He said okay skeptically but then I told him I have a 2025 ram rebel level 2 with the title in hand. Long story short I got a 2026 Nissan frontier and got wrote a check for trading in my Ram. Yes it?s a downgrade in truck but it?s what we need at the moment. Joe was on it every step of the way. He had everything ready and the process was streamlined. Mahalo Joe and Windward Nissan!

They made the process so easy, offered me a great rate compared to other places. Even got a rebate shopping through the Costco auto buying program. They also give coupons for oil changes, free car washes, and free safety checks for the life of the vehicle you purchase. See Thomas Kondo he?s a great guy.

I went to check out the car on a Monday and ended up closing out on Saturday of that week. It was a fast and simple process and it was really pressure-free. And i am totally excited for this car! If it wasn't for the listing on this website, I probably wouldn't have had such an easy time purchasing this car.

Showcase Honda review
If you're expecting a bit of haggling this is the place to go. We visited about 5 dealerships this time around, looking for a used car and 4/5 dealerships were no "haggle", not that we really had to haggle at this place. We loved the price and condition of the CR-V we bought at Showtime Honda to begin with so the experience went rather smoothly. Ali A. Was great, he expedited our purchase, he was honest and he was very accessible. Ali went above and beyond expectations, considering this was our 5th CR-V we looked at, we had a couple different requests right off the bat and he rolled with our punches throughout. My 9 month pregnant wife and I were both satisfied. About the haggling, they added on a clear coat for $400 we were not able to haggle our way out of, they rest of the add-ons were easily dismissed.

Lithia Toyota of OdessaReviews
Lithia Toyota of Odessa review
I had been searching for a good deal on a full size truck for months, and being located in Las Cruces, all I found were dealers trying to scam or gouge me with nonsense add-ons and addendums. Being a first time buyer as well, most places offered horrible interest rates and claimed nobody would offer any better. Enter Lithia Toyota of Odessa and Jason Grady, the excellent salesman that worked through the process with me. He went above and beyond to help me locate a vehicle that was perfect for me. He took it upon himself to go through vehicles that they had just purchased from folks and weren’t even in inventory yet. By a stroke of luck they had just gotten in the perfect vehicle. An absolute pleasure to work with in an industry that seems to be dominated by less than helpful people. He even picked me up from dropping off my rental car since I had driven 5 hours from Las Cruces, now THAT is stellar customer service. He is newer and doesn’t show up in the employee list on this site, but don’t let that fool you - he knows what he’s doing and does it well. They tacked on nothing to the price, and we’re incredibly respectful in making sure we could get something in my budget. They ensured the vehicle was ready to go and even helped set up recalls and service at another dealership they did not have the parts for. (Nothing major in terms of the recalls) The finance manager, Richard Ashton, even took it upon himself to somehow sweeten the deal and keep it more in my budget. This dealership is of the highest quality, and I would recommend working with Jason Grady (and Lithia Toyota of Odessa overall) to anyone who wants excellent service from a group of great people. They set the bar very high for buying a vehicle. I can’t say enough good things.
