We have a 2011 Cayenne and have always been pleased with the service department, especially with Phil Kaiser???s friendly approach and informed advice. Most recently Phil worked directly with Porsche Corporate to find the best solution for what was an unexpected malfunction. The car now is as good as new and the whole experience was minimally disruptive.
I worked with Jan from Carvana- she was able to explain to me the process, make sure I was comfortable with where it was at, was able to be reached and kept communication open. The pick up process went smoothly and I was able to sell my car without any glitches.
Everything was as I requested don and James were knowledgable about the vehicle and some upgrades I want to do they have us tour of the service department and we are going to use you for all of our service needs.
Chris, the service rep who helped me went above and beyond anything I could have expected in orderfor me, a traveler from out of state to be able to continue my trip. My car was in need of a part he couldn't get right away and I needed it asap, he managed and he managed to get my car fixed ahead of his estimated schedule. The who experience made me wish they were my local Nissan Dealer. If I lived in the area they would be the dealer I'd go to every time I needed anything.
I bought a pre-owned vehicle from this dealership. The pre-owned sales manager, Mark Lange, absolutely amazed with his willingness to go above and beyond and help get you the car you really want. He did all the extras that make you feel really good about a deal. I love my new to me car but love that the first time I bought from a dealership, my preconceived notions of salesman and treatment were dashed. Mark is really knowledgeable and will do whatever is in his power to make what YOU want happen for you. Steve Eby is also exceptional, he did everything he had in his power to do as well! I went in on a Saturday and I am big college football fan so Nick Burns set me up right in front of one of the big screen TVs. It was towards the end of the noon games and Nick Burns grabbed the remote and put on the game I requested immediately. While Nick Burns was pricing out two trucks that best matched what I was looking for, other salesman would stop by and ask how I was doing and would strike up a quick conversation about college football. I felt like not only Nick Burns was looking out for my best interest but all the other salesman would check on me to make sure I was comfortable which made for a great experience. Nick Burns brought over two trucks and we were able to get a deal done on a great F150 that I really enjoy driving. I could not have asked for a better experience, didn't miss a play of college football, and was able to get the deal and truck that I wanted. Greatly appreciate Nick Burns as he went way above and beyond to make sure I was comfortable. He was completely upfront and honest with me about what he could do and he delivered on his word. Highly recommend going to Nick Burns and I have already brought him up several times to family, friends, and co-workers that if they want to get a vehicle, they HAVE to go to Nick Burns and Suburban Ford of Ferndale! This is the second vehicle we have purchased from Suburban Nissan. In both cases we traded in our vehicles and were given fair trade in values. The whole process from start to finish we were treated wonderfully. Our salesperson Josh Bianco was very helpful and listened carefully to my requests and provided me with exactly what I was looking for. You can???t ask for more than that. He kept the ball rolling all the way through the process and when it came time to finalize the deal the finance manager was great and had everything well organized so it only took a very short amount of time and I was on my way with my new car. Josh handled every, single, detail of the purchase with such tact and care. He handled everything in such a manner that it completely exceeded all of my expectations. I Love this location, the costumer service, quality of certified pre-owned vehicles and I could not be happier with my Mazda Hatchback. Josh is a huge reason I obtained this vehicle and I highly recommend him to anyone!
Good experience overall. My first time buying from a dealership so not much to compare it to, but process was smooth, staff was friendly prices were decent (albeit minimally negotiable), used vehicle was clean and runs well.
The salesmen that I worked with his name is Josh Bianco. From the moment I first saw him he was very friendly and helpful. I told him I had a strict budget and he worked with me. I was intending to do a colease but he told me that I should try to run my own credit. He helped me go through all the process of running my own credit. He found a car that I fell in love with and the best part it was that the payment of the car was exactly what I wanted as a monthly payment. I also needed insurance so he helped me get quotes and helped me narrow down my options. The best part about this experience he never rushed me. He treated me like a human and not another sale.
I popped in to browse and met Justin, who set me up with a CX-5 to test drive. He followed up during the week and we made an appointment the following Saturday to look at another CX-5 on the lot after I had considered a few other cars. We drove the car and Justin explained some of the features on that particular car. Back at the dealership, we talked about my trade-in and the new car, and arrived at what I thought was a relatively fair deal. In about three hours time, I walked out with a new car. Appreciated getting through the process quickly and Justin???s friendly assistance along the way.
Our Sales person ( Craig Sauer ) went over and beyond to assist us with the leasing of our current vehicle. My family will only go to Stanford- Allen Chevrolet.
