2025 Chrysler Pacifica review
Nice vehicle. We purchased new...price was one reason why compared to other vans. Our old vehicle was a Town & Country, this vehicle has some pleasant surprises. Better power and a better ride. Handling & response are very good, not clumsy like some vans. Great safety features throughout the vehicle. Things I don't like... the power rear side flare windows are gone and there isn't as much storage . In order to get better storage, you have to upgrade to higher end models. No overhead storage panel in some models. I certainly don't like the fact that there is no spare tire anymore but I know that the car industry is moving that way, which is just a cost saving measure for them. Door protection side strips have disappeared - they used to just be a standard item but now, are an "option", which is pretty lame. Roof pillars tend to cause more obstruction in my view as I'm driving but the Pacifica has alert safety features that are helpful. Information screen is pretty easy on Chrysler. Overall, its a nice vehicle.

Not a more useful car ever built. Easily tows a seadoo ski boat, fold the second In third row seats down and this van swallows a 120 in wingspan remote control giant scale stop with biplane on the weekends. It is truly an amazing piece of engineering!

2022 Chrysler Pacifica review
I have owned dozens of cars, trucks and minivans. This vehicle is the most versatile of them all. The V6 AWD is great on the hwy. And the steering is nimble in street driving. I would recommend to anyone to purchase. Stow and Go seats are best in class.

2020 Chrysler Pacifica review
Been reading some of the reviews about people who have trouble with their Pacifica. I bought a touring L plus 31/2 years ago and it’s been one of the best cars I’ve ever owned. Had one small problem with the sliding doors, showing me that I should wash sensor under car. Learned that all you have to do is pull a fuse under the hood and the signal on the dash goes away. Haven’t had that problem for over 30,000 miles. Runs great drives great and is comfortable. I don’t know what more I could ask. Most of the time 29 miles to the gallon on the highway or more. It is true that stop start won’t work if the batteries are bad or low I just replaced my batteries and now everything is fine again.

Blake Reynolds was my salesperson and he was amazing. Responded to all my questions promptly and with enthusiasm. Sent me a great video of the car before my arrival. Had it cleaned and full of gas when I got there. He had me geniuinely excited to do business with them. Blake and his manager Christian were very transparent and fair during negotiations. I geniunely feel like I got a great deal. Since I am in the business I am very familiar with vehicle values, so not only do I feel like I got a great deal, I actually know I got a great deal so if you're considering shopping here I can tell you it is most likely a great deal! They are a volume dealer so they don't try to make much money per client. That is great for the client lol. This is absolutely the place to buy your next car and if you really want to have a great time while doing it ask for Blake!

2020 Dodge Grand Caravan review
I bought the Crew trim. It is very comfortable inside and from out side it has a sporty look. Toyota Sienna and Honda Odyssey look kind of bulky. I suppose those who complain about Dodge Grand Caravan are looking at the base model which, yes, is not good from inside and it has not changed since I believe 2011. They should at least add a centre console. (I am sure you will increase your fans). But the upper models (SXT and up) are really good.

WOW!! What a staff!! I spent most of a 3 day weekend going from car dealership to car dealership looking for a new vehicle, I wanted something bigger in size, something better than my Bronco on fuel and something that wouldn't break the bank. After tons of research I found that the ALL NEW Mitsubishi Outlander checked all my boxes. It's sleek, plush and ultra refined interior and exterior makes me feel RICHHH. I stopped into a couple local (Springfield, MO) dealerships and got the ickkk from the sales staff and managers, you know the feeling, like you're about to be taken advantage of, that one! I swear at one point I witnessed the sales manager rubbing his bands together and counting his commission in his head... At this point it wad too late, I was already in LOVE with the NEW Outlander but couldn't force myself to buy from my local dealership so I decided to call up Northtowne. I dialed the number and asked for sales, to my surprise the ray of sunshine that answered the phone was no other than my saleswoman (Sawnya). I explained my entire weekend, went into detail of what I was looking for in a car and told her where I would like to be. Let's just say Sawyna DID NOT give me the ickkk we shared a TON of belly laughs during our first 15 minutes on the phone. I swear it was no more than 20 minutes later and Sawnya and her sales manager (Colton) called me back with good news that we could make it work!! Colton found a way to get me exactly what I wanted for my trade-in, the right price for the car I purchased and even was the first one to greet me at the dealership door with a handshake and a smile. To say this dealership feels like a family is no joke. Every single person I spoke to was kind, generous and eager to help! Finance knocked it out of the park and gave me everything I wanted in a timely manner. HUGE shoutout to Tim in finance for getting me covered with the bundle protection package. (I'd lose my head if it wasn't attached, you don't want to know how many key fobs I've lost.) The 175 mile drive was WELL WORTH it for the amazing hospitality, the expertise level of the staff and the forever friendships I made while here. For my next car I know where to start!! 2021 Honda Odyssey review
Bought the 2021 EX-L model end of 2023 with 21,000 miles. I test drive the Sienna and was very disappointed in every aspect which led me to the Oddessy which I had not previously considered. One test drive and I was sold. The amount of space for my three kids to sit comfortably, the ample trunk space, the magic slide seats, automatic sliding doors & heated seats with a sunroof are among my favorite things about this minivan. It's fun to drive and has plenty of power with its 280hp. As long as you have proper snow tires in snowy conditions, this FWD minivan will do just fine. I had no issues in squalls and other winter conditions. I took my snow tires off prematurely and got caught in a winter storm and hit a guard rail and my whole family was safe and sound with no injuries. I'm giving my five stars based on my experience thus far, and my HOPE for the experience going forward. First, my experience thus far: This dealership interaction has been nothing short of phenomenal! Beginning with Esmeralda, she went above and beyond when I initially reached out...taking (requested by me) picks of the vehicle before they were posted online, sending me pics or the RPO codes, and answering TONS of annoying questions. She was simply AMAZING! When it came time to actually drive the car, Kaleel and Binty were exceptional! They were nice, NOT pushy at ALL, and incredibly personable. I couldn't have asked for better salespeople! To go a step further, I live 1.5 hours away from this dealership and live alone. When I asked about getting the car home, they OFFERED to deliver it to me the next day. Needless to say, this was a HUGE relief! Upon delivery, I noticed that it was missing a front license plate bracket. Since my state requires it (and the state where I bought it from doesn't), I needed one. I contacted Esmeralda and she got to work! I received a call from the service department (sorry, don't know who he was) to inform me that the bracket was in. I told him I couldn't get there for a bit due to the distance and he volunteered to ship it to me! I'm telling you, the customer service at this place, at least based on my recent experience, is AMAZING! Now to the HOPE part... Upon delivery, I took the car for a drive. Within 3 miles, the check engine light comes on. I take it to AutoZone to get the code read, and I take that information back to Esmeralda via email. She explains that the issue may be covered under their 3mo/3k mile warranty, and that I could take it to a local dealership and get reimbursed by Legends for the deductible so I wouldn't have to drive the 1.5 hours back to them. I was SO THANKFUL!! However, as of right now, the claim has either been denied or is pending some decision from Legends. I am hopeful that, based on everything else I've experienced with this dealership, that the issue will be fully covered and rectified by Legends. There are other small things these people, especially Esmeralda, has done throughout our multiple emails regarding this vehicle, but I won't bore you with them. I'm just saying that this has been the BEST buying and customer service experience I've ever had at a dealership, and they deserve that credit whether they help me with this issue or not. I sincerely hope they DO...but even if they don't/can't/won't...the experience up and until the CEL issue cannot be denied.

2025 Kia Carnival review
I traded a 2021 Telluride for the Carnival because it was more practical and versatile for transporting young children. Although they had the same trim levels, the quality of interior materials - seats, door panels, etc. - in the Telluride were superior to the Carnival. The "ride," handling and comfort of the Telluride also far exceeded that of the Carnival. I miss the Telluride but appreciate the functionally of the Carnival.

2025 Toyota Sienna review
The center console is too high and big. I can hardly reach the glove compartment from driver’s seat and I have long arms. The second row seats do not lay flat, so they obstruct trying to look backwards. Cruise control with radar is nice. The fact that a gear shift is still present and headlight and windshield wipers haven’t changed much is great.

2022 Kia Carnival review
AMAZING MPV!! Bought 2022 SX Prestige with captain chairs in May 2021. Had 175,000 miles and drove like new. Only did Oil changes/tire rotations and filters (easy to change by yourself) and new tires 2x and a new battery at 150k was all I had to Maintenance. Was very spacious for up to 4 adults but too small for 7 adults. My last one was a total loss but would love another one. Was awesome in snow with all weather tires.
