The sales staff were absolutely excellent, the service department is also excellent, The only caveat I would have is I would not recommend purchasing the insurance packages they offer on a new car. because I had to return my new car pretty much immediately for service, and they wouldn?t let me cancel one of the two packages I bought. They told me there?s absolutely no refunds, and even if you sell the car there?s no prorated refund once purchased.

Kerry was absolutely fantastic in helping identify the car that was the best fit for me and provided great guidance every step of the way. He was able to answer all of my questions and point me in the right direction for everything about the Subaru Crosstrek. Kerry made my experience in purchasing this car very smooth and enjoyable overall! I’d highly recommend requesting to speak with Kerry at the Pembroke Pines dealership if you’re looking to speak with someone kind and helpful. I’d give this experience 6 stars if I could put more than 5 stars.

Just turned in my CRV sport Touring hybrid one year early for a 2027 new car. They made it so easy- same monthly payment, very little down and the color I needed. It was a no brainer and I was able to negotiate everything on line. Their service department is very good as well. I'm so happy to have found a dealership that I trust.

I can't thank everyone at Hollywood Chrysler Jeep. They've been pretty incredible since I purchased my minivan three years ago up until today. I get my car serviced there all the time! Every three months like clockwork the express lanes take care of my oil change (within 20 min!!!), and when needed (only once) the service dept. right next door is wonderful and helps you with anything your car needs right away. I must say, it does pay off to be an early bird. I love being there before opening time (7 AM) and get everything done right away.

Spitzer CDJR Homestead review
I brought in my Ram 1500 to repair a totally dead HVAC system and the technician quickly determined the bad parts. Angelo Gamundi, the service advisor contacted me for approval, advising me the one part would take several days to come in. He was very responsive when I contacted him for an update and when the part came in early he quickly arranged the install and contacted me to advise when I could pick up the truck. The only real negative was that a service tech left an empty drink cup in one of the drink holders.

CarMax DothanReviews
CarMax Dothan review
Shopping for new car. Had one shipped from another carmax. Took car for 24hr test drive. Took to Firestone; was showed a badly rusted undercarriage. Returned outback to carmax Dothan. They said they'd have a look at it, that it might be within their specs but not ours. Manager offered to reimburse us the inspection and shipping fee. Can't argue with that. Great customer service.
