I have good experience with this dealership. Pro and cons: Pro: excellent customer service. Thank you Valerie Naval. She helped me and explained everything I asked her. Cons: Car needs to be prep for sale, deep cleaning or at least check it out for anything leftover from previous owner. But Valerie offer me reimbursement for detailing my car. Most of all if you don't like your car for any reason return policy excellent with out any hidden fees, check with your salesperson for details. I would recommend Carmax to my friends .

More over head entertainment. The one tv makes it harder for the rear passengers to see it. One per row would be great and a better sound system.

Excellent Quality and Reliable Minivan. We bought our Quest new in 2011, and 12 years later still running like new. Only issues have been front hub bearings and Toyo tires installed for delivery. The SL version we have is very comfortable with a very quiet ride, everything is holding up inside and outside. I know that one weak point is transmission, so what I have done is to replace transmission fluid every 20k miles. Interior is still looking like new, paint is also beautiful and all the outside moulding are stil in place.

Had an excellent experience working with Amin on our new 328i. Shoman has an excellent selection of Bmws and euros and i found the perfect 6 speed manual 328i with low miles here. The guys were able to help me out quick and easy. Highly recommend!

They have a bunch of different stuff and all of their cars are in great shape. They aren't the cheapest option, but definitely have significantly cleaner cars than most other places I have been to..

Super comfy, love the 2nd row captains chairs. the tv is a life saver, and i would super recommend this! im a dad of 5 so its perfect. M&S Auto is a fantastic place to pick up a used vehicle. This post might get a bit long, so be warned about that. I had already been to 4 other local dealerships, Mostly the big brands. Honda x2, Toyota, and Volvo. I had almost an entire small notebook worth of notes on every car I had seen so far, but I was getting really tired of the whole process and I was ready to just call the whole vehicle search off. I stumbled on the M&S website at 7am, found a really nice Honda at a really nice price. I called them around 9:45am and told them I was coming to check out the car. I showed up 15 minutes later and they had already pulled the car out front, ready to go for review and a test drive. Brian was my sales guy, and let me tell you, this guy knows how to make the entire process completely stress free. I don't know whether it was because I showed up with a notebook, or because he just read me correctly or what, but he let the car do all of the talking, he answered every question I could possibly ask, and was up front about the entire process when I inquired about a trade in. At no point in the entire process did I ever feel any pressure, any manipulation, or any rapid fire double speak questions trying to get a feel for my budget. He was not pushing a sale onto me, we were working it out together. I can not emphasize enough how different that experience was to the other places I had been to. I had already completely walked away from 1 sale after the financing negotiations got hostile, so to have this level of meeting me on the same level, treating me like an equal really stood out to me. Brian was both my sales guy AND the guy that ran through my financing with me. This was also a big plus because I did not feel like I was being handed off to some finance sleezeball, instead Brian and I had already developed a certain amount of rapport and trust through the inspection and test drive process. The final thing I want to mention : I was standing out front for a long time during this whole process, and what I saw was that this dealership is a good place for people whom English might not be there first language. They had representatives for Spanish speaking customers and I believe one of the sales people I met was Slavic, so I bet they could accommodate almost anyone. 9/10 Buying Experience Would highly recommend to those looking for a used vehicle at a fair price.

We have only owned the vehicle for 3 days. But so far it seems like a great vehicle! Lots of room, comfortable, easy driving, lots of features including back up camera, passenger side cameras, and land departure warning system.

Volkswagen Van is quite noisy and also expensive. Engine make noise like rumble. I do not like sound van make, but is ok in every other way. Hit 200,000 miles and still work good. Engine noise bother me. Only other problem is head light no work anymore so I have to fix.

I've owned two Odysseys over the past 20 years,with the 2020 being the one we currently own. The 2020 has proven to be just as reliable as our other Odyssey and the Honda Accords that we've owned. The 2020 Odyssey has a smooth ride, comfortable attractive interior. The Magic seating system makes this van even more flexible for hauling loads of kids and family, while being able to quickly change to hauling lots of cargo.

Can’t beat the Odyssey for a family! Easy getting kids and gear in and out, great gas mileage, reliable, easy and comfortable driving. And it handles on the road like a car on highway, side roads and mountain roads.

I owned a 2014 sienna limited premium and was the best vehicle I have ever owned in my 50 years of driving, owning 16 different cars, Suvs and Vans. I purchased a 2017 Toyota Sienna Limited Premium AWD and I like it but I don't like the way it shifts, its very jerky. I did get a computer engine software update that helped very much. The engine having 40 more horse power would make me think that it would have tremendous power compaired to my 2014, but it did not. So it purchased a what call (chip your car) that connects under the dash to get more refindment in the performace, to unleash the filtered performance and it did. What a difference in performance. I purchaced the chip for 150.00 and its worth every penny. I am a performance guy especially when driving a nice van. So with the Toyota Software upgrade and my computer chip upgrade now we have a nice performace running van which my 2014 had also.

I have owned it for almost 4 years the car met my expectations. The only issue the battery didn’t last as long as expected otherwise excellent vehicle.

I got a great car -- 2015 model year, almost completely unblemished, pretty unbelievable how good the condition was, actually. And the price was reasonable and fair without any haggling -- in fact, I wanted to close the deal as soon as possible because I thought it was almost too good to be true. They let me both test drive the car and come back the next day to take it to a mechanic for an inspection. The only thing that I did not like is that they have a 3-mile limit to how far they will let you take a car for an independent mechanic's inspection. I would have preferred is that they let me take the car to my own mechanic, but, alas, mine is 5-6 miles away. Nonetheless, I was able to find a mechanic that is just down the street from Choice Auto and he seemed to do a decent inspection job. End result, I got a great car at a very reasonable price. There are some friendly staff, but just know that the sales manager (owner?) is somewhat reserved. Just get past the fact that he's reserved and understand that the price is the price (no haggling) and I think you'll serve yourself well by getting a good deal on a great car. I will easily consider going here for our next vehicle.

This vehicle has been extremely reliable and fits my needs for hauling lots of cargo and pulling a utility trailer. The engine has great power and the interior comfort if excellent. It make long trips very comfortable. It is the main reason why we purchased a second Sienna, 2021 XLE AWD.

This car is wider than other minivans, providing more space and legroom for the kids. It drives ultra smooth and is super comfortable. Only complaint is that there is only 1 built in USB port and is located in the glove compartment.
