I have been a customer of Honda of Seattle for many years and have leased 4 vehicles from them. The sales people have all been incredibly helpful, reliable and honest - which is not common when a woman is buying a car. I recently had an issue with my car and needed to turn it in early and get a new one. Devin Shugrue was the sales associate that picked up my call and I could not have been more pleased with our entire business transaction from start to finish. I owned a 2014 sienna limited premium and was the best vehicle I have ever owned in my 50 years of driving, owning 16 different cars, Suvs and Vans. I purchased a 2017 Toyota Sienna Limited Premium AWD and I like it but I don't like the way it shifts, its very jerky. I did get a computer engine software update that helped very much. The engine having 40 more horse power would make me think that it would have tremendous power compaired to my 2014, but it did not. So it purchased a what call (chip your car) that connects under the dash to get more refindment in the performace, to unleash the filtered performance and it did. What a difference in performance. I purchaced the chip for 150.00 and its worth every penny. I am a performance guy especially when driving a nice van. So with the Toyota Software upgrade and my computer chip upgrade now we have a nice performace running van which my 2014 had also.

After visiting dealerships all over the great state of Washington and hitting roadblock after roadblock, we happened upon 405 Motors and thought we'd give them a chance. This was my son's first time buying a car, and at every other place we went, he was told that a 19.99% interest rate was the best he was going to get without a co-signer. To say the least, it made car searching for my son very discouraging and frustrating. But 405 Motors was a complete game-changer. Not only did they help him find a car he absolutely loves, but they also got him approved at an 8% interest rate, which every other dealership said was impossible given his lack of credit history. The team was respectful, honest, and genuinely helpful from start to finish. They treated us like people, not just a sale. My Sienna XLE is a 2018 Braunability handicap van with the 285 hp V6. I bought it new, it has 40k miles. I’ve serviced by the book, replaced battery this year, put one set of tires on it, and have driven it like I stole it. It’s never missed a beat, is comfortable, durable, dependable, averages 19 mpg on short runs of 15-25 miles. To my dismay, Toyota Sienna’s are only available after 2020 with the 245 ho 4 cylinder hybrid. I may be forced to buy a 4 cylinder Sienna, but I sure don’t want to. Don’t like the looks of the Honda, Pacifica, or others.🥴🥲

This car is wider than other minivans, providing more space and legroom for the kids. It drives ultra smooth and is super comfortable. Only complaint is that there is only 1 built in USB port and is located in the glove compartment.

Outstanding care that we received for normal service and brake fluid change. Battery was replaced as it found to be dead at inspection. Service Manager Andre was outstanding and super careful in addressing the issues. Thank you Klein Honda He is a real asset to the Dealership

My family of 6 has had this van from coast to coast and it has been a dream, haven't had one problem. We keep it maintained from the dealership, no electrical or mechanical problems at all. Highly recomended

I have a large family and love this van however I wanted a 2016 with low miles because i did not want the high top. This is my every day van because I have a six kids and I love it . It drives like a minivan and is my favorite car ever! I the dealership we bought from was ... ok .

My biggest peeve is the tailgate isn’t powered. Ordered the top of the line mr Model sight unseen because my dealership didn’t carry them. I wanted all the bells and whistles. Powered lift gate isn’t an option. It is painful to my injured spine to lift it and manually move the rear seats. The grandkids love the 3rd seat and I love the storage space behind it. I have made a Sam’s run for the month and able to pack everything behind the 3rd seat. The inside is great for human comfort but not for shopping or I should say storing packages. To be honest, my front seats are ALL THE WAY back. I have plenty of room and that’s a lot. I don’t like being close to the steering wheel in case of an accident. I wish the slots for charging my devices weren’t so close to the driver’s cup holder. It’s too easy for liquids to Spill in them. The only other item I wish was different is I miss a hard copy manual. There are options I still don’t know how to use. My GPS is not updated because of that. I like the van. My grandkids and dogs like it. Tomorrow I will get up, remove the two blankets I have protecting them floors and spend hours vacuuming the dog hair out the fabric on the back of the seats and floors. I have leather seats but there’s still Too much surface that holds onto my Husky’s and Belgian Shepherd’s ‘Glitter’. I do have to double check my doors are locked when I leave them in the car with the AC running. I have to use the remote because the double tap of the horn alert is deceiving. It doesn’t mean the door is locked. I do appreciate how easy it is to unlock the car without having the remote in my hand. All in all, it served the reasons I purchased it. I do wish I had paid the extra money for the Sprinter. But it would not have fit in my garage nor my budget.

Always a positive experience with AutoNation, Dannielle and Bulmaro were both good to work with. Dannielle has helped me prior with a troublesome TCM repair and today she assisted with a transmission service. Bulmaro handled an oil change earlier and finished up the transmission service. I have to say that Jeffrey Belmonte was an outstanding sales agent. He listened to what I was looking for in a vehicle, he made some suggestions then showed me a Carnival and a K5. He provided excellent information on both vehicles in order for me to make the best decision. Looking at a Carnival, it was solid and nice, but I will only transport me. We have had our Carnival for about 6 months. I love it!! It is my favorite car ever and I was a Ford Explorer fan before. It is so comfortable and rides like a dream. We can comfortably carry 8 adults with no problems. It has plenty of power and still gets 25-27 MPG around town. The seating configuration is amazing the way they lay down or come out. Being able to see the back while driving is a definite plus, carrying grand babies. And it even becomes its own WiFi spot! The warranty is unbeatable and the service is so good. Highly recommend!!!

I love the car but why oh why would you not put a key operated cargo opening! This Back hatch is so heavy! I didn’t even look at the lack of that feature when I bought the car. One would assume it would be there at this price point.

Each of the 3 people I worked with were fantastic! My sales person, Tyra Haggerty, was kind, fun and was able to answer every question I had about the car. The senior sales person, Eric, was beyond helpful, also very kind and understood my potential concerns with the car. He researched while Tyra and I were on the test drive. Alex Lake, the financial person I met with was even kind, sensitive to my wants. Out of 3 dealerships I dealt with while car shopping, this was the only one that gave me a fun and positive experience.

Traded our 2025 Toyota Hylander Hybrid awd because the seats were so uncomfortable and was told there was nothing they could do about it for a 2023 Sienna. We were looking for a road trip vehicle when we bought the Hylander but both Toyotas Got great gas mileage 36 mpg drove good but the seats were uncomfortable and a little hard to get in and out of because the roof line has been lowered. Didn’t have the room inside as our grand Caravan and you couldn’t remove the second row seats they wouldn’t even lay down flat just lean forward. Was a bigger car outside than we wanted but not as roomy inside. After 9k miles we traded it. Would be a good car for someone

We had a great experience working with Jensen to buy our Nissan Leaf. He’s straightforward, honest, no high pressure. He listened to what we wanted and responded accordingly. He did share his opinions when asked but again was never slimy or pushy. Highly recommend working with him.

This is our second odyssey, love the can with all the safety features. We have had great reliability, and now have just under 100,000 miles (99683) and have had only minor issues. Normal wear items plus an injector problem repaired under warranty. A few recall items ( door handles, back up camera fuel pump) all taken care of under warranty Love this vehicle, love it and will buy another when they redesign it. Rides very well, has a ton of safety features, interior is very comfortable. Highly pleased.

Not a big fan of the breaking system which wears out the brakes if you follow vehicles close. Interior storage spaces are much smaller or non existent. Interior much more cheaply made and does not last nearly as long.
