Porsche AnnapolisReviews
Porsche Annapolis review
The service was outstanding at Annapolis Porsche. We had our Certified Preowned Macan for 8 days when the car said there was low tire pressure in the right rear wheel. We discovered a screw near the sidewall. I called Annapolis and spoke with Jamie Wist. He said to bring the car in as soon as we could get there. All told, from discovering the damaged tire to getting my Macan back was less than 3 hours. We couldn't have asked for better results. The customer service reps, the tech and Jamie were all very attentive and friendly. The video of the service was unexpected, but very cool! Although our Macan was purchased elsewhere, we will be bringing it to Annapolis for service. Highly recommend them.

Mike Donaldson greeted me shortly after arrival assuring me of exceptional fast service, I was kept aware of my vehicle's progress. Car exterior was washed, vacuumed interior and floor mats were washed. My salesman Brandon Repovz stopped by the waiting to asked how I liked my X3. It was a overall great experience.

Hendrick PorscheReviews
Hendrick Porsche review
I was enormously impressed by the staff at Hendrick Porsche. I recently purchased a 2025 Porsche Cayenne Coupe and needed to schedule a service appointment. When I called the service center, I spoke with Jacob Walker. My service consultant was very knowledgeable, professional, and easy to speak with regarding the service needs for my vehicle. Mr. Walker assured me that he could accommodate my schedule, which I greatly appreciated, as I have a very busy schedule. He was extremely flexible and helpful throughout the process. When I arrived at the dealership, I was greeted by Mikayla McElroy, a service consultant, who was the first person I spoke with upon entering. Mikayla was very professional, welcoming, and enthusiastic about helping me with my needs. I informed her that I had previously spoken with Jacob and wanted to come in personally to discuss scheduling my appointment further. While visiting the dealership, I also received excellent customer service from Andrew Mueller. I found Andrew to be very personable, professional, and attentive. He met me in the reception area, assisted me promptly, and brought me my keys. Additionally, I had the pleasure of speaking with Eric Don Jordan, who informed me about the dealership’s monthly Cars and Coffee event and kindly invited me to attend with friends and family. It sounded like a wonderful event and further demonstrated the welcoming atmosphere of the dealership. Overall, I was extremely impressed with the level of service and professionalism displayed by everyone at the dealership. Every employee I encountered went above and beyond expectations and truly made me feel valued as a customer. The entire staff was friendly, knowledgeable, and genuinely cared about providing outstanding customer service. I would like this recognition to be escalated to corporate leadership and the ownership of the dealership so these employees can be acknowledged for the exceptional job they are doing. Their dedication to customer care reflects very positively on the Porsche brand. Thank you to the entire team at Porsche Independence for providing such an outstanding experience. I look forward to returning soon to book my service appointment and continuing my relationship with your dealership. Porsche San AntonioReviews
Porsche San Antonio review
One of the best car buying experiences in our lifetime. The team at Porsche of San Antonio assisted us in purchasing a new car with no hassle. All communication was straight forward, honest, quick, and seamless. The management team of Douglas Cox, Matt Hokenson, and Don Faerber went above and beyond to answer all of our questions. We have shopped car dealerships all over San Antonio with little to no follow up from anyone. Porsche of San Antonio restored our faith in the automotive buying process. Kudos Porsche!

Porsche San Antonio review
Could not be more pleased with our purchase experience with Porche of San Antonio. I was an out of state buyer (Florida) and it is quite the risk to fly out to inspect and purchase a car based on a description on the internet. Mr. Monti Samuels guided me through the entire purchase process, answered all my questions and was extremely courteous and professional throughout. When I arrived and took the car for a test drive, I was happily surprised to find that the FX35 was in much better condition inside and out than described on the internet. Negotiations took about one minute and the entire transaction took a couple hours before I was headed back to Florida with the car and a huge smile. As a small business owner I greatly appreciated the value that Porche of San Antonio placed on my time and energy. I also appreciated their honesty in advertising the car. And by the way, their showroom was also quite beautiful. My thanks to Monti and the team at Porche of San Antonio and I'll be calling them first when we shop for our next SUV.
