Deal done and he took the time to go through all the paper work and found us fantastic deal on the finance then before we knew it we were on the road in our new car, he even gave it another quick wash before we left. It's rare to find a car buying experience like this and someone that will be open and honest about your car of choice. So i went in already knowing what i wanted. Had my appointment already made and he was there waiting for me no issues. It was kind of strange to me how he didn’t know where the vehicles were so we had to go look for it. We walked for a bit then got into another vehicle to search for the vehicle. I think the lot and vehicle locations should be better situated. The buying process was easy and smooth. When the car was purchased i was waiting for a final cleaning and check of the car. This took forever. When i finally got the car. The inside of the windows were still dirty you can see the finger prints and the rear emblem had some chemical in it that oxidized the emblem. It took them a long time to seem like nothing had been done properly. I did appreciate the person helloing me to keep checking on me and letting me know the status instead of leaving me. The clean process and check process of the car needs to be better managed. It shouldn’t take that long for a half xxx job.

The Porsche Macan is a Fun car to drive, sporty, has all the bells and whistles. Only down side is it doesn’t have a place to put you sunglasses.

I came in on Saturday June 13th, 2026. I originally came to see a Kia Hybrid SUV listed around 30k but was highly displeased by the condition it was in. I was upset at first because I'd hope that the sales rep would have told me over the phone that the vehicle was a trade in and it wasn't in the best shape. I drove over 2 hours from Carlsbad and was a bit upset. However, my experience turned around after my sales rep Aaron prompted me to take a look at a new Outlander that was at the same price point. I gave the guy a chance because he mentioned that vehicle did come with a hybrid system. I wasn't too familiar with the Mitsubishi brand but was astonished by all the features that he told me about as we walked around the vehicle. We then took it for a test drive and I was absolutely impressed by how smooth the vehicle drove, the quality of the Yamaha sound system, and the comfort of the seats. When we got back to the dealership, he went over some of the warranties that came with the vehicle and that was enough for me to move forward. I ended up getting an Outlander SE in graphite gray and got 7000 off the sticker price!

2021 Porsche Macan review
Love Love Love my 2021 Macan Turbo - It tracked almost as good as my 2019 Boxster GTS. (Within a couple seconds). Tech features are great - love the PCM (Radio Module - easy carplay and works well). Very comfortable suv smooth riding. Seems very reliable so far. 15k miles so far.

My electric Taycan was completely discharged as I got home at midnight and even the 12volt battery was dead because the car had no power i was partially on my driveway but my charging cable did not reach. Had ro leave it like that overnight. I contacted Santa Clarita service dept in the morning and told.them of my situation. The technician. I spoke with was completely helpful and rght away told me that the foreman could come out and assess the situation. Brian called me in 20 minutes that he was on his way. He jumped started the car so he could access the trunk and power the 12v battery and open the charge port. He ran a diagnosis and then pulled out an extension cable so I could charge. I am so gratefully and thankful for the excellent customer service skills of the service department. What a life saver.

2021 Porsche Macan review
Looking for a car for a 60 y/o successful, self employed financial executive. Who happens to be my wife. Looking at and test ruding; Lexus RX350, Audi Q5, Lincoln Nautilus, BMW X3 not beibg very impressed with these cars, especially at price point and commonality. Hopped in a Macan at Porsche Dealership, never looked back. Terrific handling and performing vehicle. Style, quality and hugh FUN FACTOR!!! Maybe not as big or roomy as the other vehicles, maybe missing a bit of the "U" in SUV....but after all we're talking about a PORSCHE here, a true high performing sports car by one of the greatest race car manufacturer of all time! Lots of good quality luxury SUVs in this category. But then theres the Porsche Macan in a class by itself. You wont be dissapointed and look forward to getting up every morning to head out for the pure joy of the ride!
