Mark MazdaReviews
Mark Mazda review
My husband and I picked up our new 2022 Mazda 3 yesterday. We live in Green Valley but could not find the car we wanted closer than Scottsdale. We dealt with Austin Mougel by email and texts to trade our vehicle and buy the Mazda we wanted. We could not be more pleased with the pleasant, careful and thorough process completed by Austin and the rest of the Mark Mazda team.

Donna was very helpful. She showed me a van that I was interested in. And then I decided I wanted to see a second one and she went out and found it for me. She is very knowledgeable about the vehicles I wanted to know about and suggested she could help me in the future because I did not find anything yet.

Mercedes-Benz of GilbertReviews
Mercedes-Benz of Gilbert review
I recently leased the all new E53 AMG wagon from Mercedes-Benz of Gilbert and the experience from start to finish was smooth, friendly and the best car buying experience I've ever had. Everyone I worked with was knowledgeable and provided the best customer service experience of any dealership I have purchased from. I received the best pricing and great trade in values for both of my cars. I felt very confident that I received a great deal without the headache of excessive back and forth negotiations. I cannot say enough good things and have since referred several friends to buy from them and they've all said the same thing.

Both service and sales are great. Steve Rotunda in sales is knowledgeable, responsive, helpful and friendly. Jaime Avila in service is prompt and informative on what service needs to be completed — and also friendly. Dealership itself is also brand new and limited wait times for service of vehicles.

I contacted the dealership about a used car they had advertised. Steve Rotonda answered my inquiry. Steve provided fabulous service and was a great communicator. By far the easiest car purchase. The car was fairly priced and when I pick it up the detail job was fabulous making the car look even better. Thanks to Steve and Porsche North Scottsdale for a great transaction

I recently purchased a Mercedes Benz Sprinter Van from Valencia Mercedes Benz Dealership, and I couldn't be more thrilled with the entire experience. Ethan Zinshteyn and Sales Manager Daniel Medina provided exceptional service from start to finish. Ethan was incredibly knowledgeable about the Sprinter Van and took the time to understand my specific needs. He patiently answered all my questions and ensured I was comfortable with my decision. His professionalism and attention to detail made the buying process smooth and enjoyable. Daniel Medina, the Sales Manager, also played a pivotal role in my purchase. He worked diligently to secure the best possible deal and went above and beyond to ensure I was satisfied with every aspect of the transaction. His commitment to customer satisfaction is truly commendable. The team at Valencia Mercedes Benz Dealership exceeded my expectations in every way.
