Quiet ride, better fuel economy than on window sticker. Center console controls are mind boggling. More storage nooks would be helpful. Owner's manual in 8 point type not very helpful.

Love Love Love my 2021 Macan Turbo - It tracked almost as good as my 2019 Boxster GTS. (Within a couple seconds). Tech features are great - love the PCM (Radio Module - easy carplay and works well). Very comfortable suv smooth riding. Seems very reliable so far. 15k miles so far.

Milson was great to work with, he made sure I was 100% satisfied and walked me through the process of buying and shipping the car.

On a weekend I sent a request for further info on a Tesla I found through another website. Francisco Lasprilla called me immediately, diligently followed up with me on every question. Recently purchased the 2020 Macan GTS, so still in 'honeymoon' phase. That said, no issues to report. Pretty amazing how the vehicle can change personalities. Can be Dr. Jeckyl - smooth, quiet, refined touring car. Click a few buttons and its Mr. Hyde - growling, fast, quick steering tall hatchback that is ready for twisting roads or highway blast. Not encountered a vehicle that does this touring/sport change as well. Another standout for the 2020 is ability to go 'old school' buttons/analog - or modern digital interfaces. Like all the buttons, once you get to know them. Quick and less distraction from road. Rear seat is snug for anyone over 6 foot. Chose this over the Audi SQ5 - but it was a close contest. GTS wins on driving dynamics, but SQ5 is a wonderful luxury experience. Hard to resist the Porsche once you drive it. Does the luxury part pretty darn well too. Wow.

From the time I contacted the dealership about the car I eventually purchased, they were responsive and helpful. I drove 768 miles to make the purchase they didn't waste my time and I didn't waste theirs. the vehicle was cleaned and ready for the test drive. The paperwork was ready I was done in 35 minutes and back on the road for the drive back. Ray Lugo is a class act, my only complaint was a rear panel was loose inside the passenger compartment that should have been taken care of, I noticed it once I was on the road but it was an easy fix and a great car.

Great experience overall. Good selection of cars, helpful staff, and no pressure. Would definitely buy from them again!

2nd one .. 1st was a 2016 "S" and it was wonderful through 75k miles with wonderful trade in vale.. Next is a 2020 Turbo, and it is a great improvement in performance, though we were never disappointed with the 'S'. Highly recommend to anyone as long as size works. A great mix of performance and SUV. If you can stand smaller, get the 911, and the cabriolet is our recommendation! recent service loaner was a Taycan 4S.... we were very, very impressed but I miss the sound and range!

After discussing the details of this incident with both the GM, Mr. Mike Peters, Jr. and the Regional VP, Mr. A. J. Arvas, they both went above and beyond what I consider meticulous customer service to correct the problem. Both listened intently to my concerns and we all worked together to resolve this incident. I am awaiting delivery of my new vehicle.
