We found AMG Auto and their website and after a quick chat with their employee, Taji decided that it???s worth trying. So we chose the vehicle that fit our demands regarding price, size and so on, completed all the procedures with the financing of a deal and are now very happy with our new Infiniti JX35.

This is our second Rogue we purchased from Irfan. In the world of car salespeople, he is the only we've come across that is direct , Honest and doesn't play the games most car salespeople play. He wasn't condescending and he treated me with respect. Being a woman, I have not been taken seriously at other dealerships which I recently shopped. Just recently purchased a 2015 Jeep Cherokee here, It was probably the best buying experience I've had buying a car from a dealership. They are quick, don't make you wait around long hours and the kindest people work here. I had Consatine as my salesmen and he was awesome! He didn't rush me while cleaning out my car and kept us entertained while we were waiting for the response from the banks. The cars here are pristine, I was so happy to come here after seeing horrible cars from other dealers. Consatine was also awesome with helping make sure I got into the car I truly wanted and was patient with me when I kept asking to see other vehicles.
I will definitely be back in the future for my next vehicles

Back story: I met Michael at another Porsche dealership years ago when I was looking for my first P-car. Always wanted a 911 stick.. but feeling my enthusiasm for driving, Michael gave me the keys to Boxster S - both PDK and manual and let my wife and I take it for a drive while he watched my then 7 year old (let the parenting criticisms begin.) Needless to say, I was sold on that car. Mid engine rotation... PDK banging shifts... Sublime... I digress... Long story short. I was introduced to the track and now need a tow vehicle for the Boxster. Michael had since changed dealerships to Warrington Sloane Porsche. So I tracked him down. He sourced me a 2017 CPO Cayenne S with extremely low miles as a suitable specimen. The car is mint. Perfect. I needed not run around on a wild goose chase - Michael took care of me getting the right car the right price. He gave me a great deal and above all, spent the time to create a lasting relationship. Just like he did years ago. He's not in it for the kill. He takes his time. He does customer service right - the way it should be - by building long term relationships to a top notch luxury brand. The staff at Porsche of Warrington was fantastic to work with...they were prompt, attentive, honest, and eager to serve. I have been an auto industry executive for more than 20 years, so I am extremely demanding and knowingly hard to please. They far exceeded my expectations on many levels. I love the new SUV and will totally travel from VA to buy from them in the future.
Excellent, patient, low pressure service. I am a car nut. I love to look at and research cars. I usually show up at dealerships knowing exactly what I want but due to a breakdown of one of my current vehicles, I found myself unprepared. I didn't know even know what brand I wanted. Fortunately, when I showed up to Porsche/Audi of Warrington to peruse the inventory, I found Mike Kaplan. Mike was patiently willing to walk me through the thought process of developing a set of priorities for my next vehicle purchase. It needed to suite the needs of my family but not just be a soccer mom car. Mike showed me several options across the Porsche/Audi of Warrington lineup to help refine my search. Needless to say, we found the perfect vehicle. Mike lead me through the final decision process without adding any pressure to the conversation. The delivery of the vehicle and the service provided throughout the process was top notch. I couldn't ask for a better experience.
The staff was very helpful in finding and adjusting the time of my appointment due to a sudden home repair that needed attention at my originally scheduled service time. While I thought I would have to pay for the service, they informed me that the service was covered under my original purchase contract saving me money. I definitely feel like they are very customer focused!
After a ton of online research, I came to the dealership to test drive a used (2014) 911. Michael Kaplan worked with me for over two hours at the end of a busy Saturday, answering questions, going on a test drive, and teaching me even more about the car. I never felt the hard sell and left the dealership to discuss the purchase with my wife. Once I decided and left Michael a message, he returned the call on a Sunday to make sure I could make a deposit to secure the car. Wednesday morning I had the car after another thorough tutorial, and at a price I thought fair. Michael knows Porsche.

The sales department and finance department demonstrated both honesty and integrity (not at all pushy), giving me a very straightforward opinion of the pros and cons of the vehicles I was considering. Gary Lam (the salesman) listened to what I wanted and what I didn???t want, and made it work. They went over the pros and cons of the different additional options/features to choose from (and in fact discouraged me from getting some of them). They were accommodating, and flexible, and Tiffany Caccavali (finance department) explained everything very thoroughly and was also quite honest and straightforward. And when I returned 2 days after purchasing my new car and had a slight superficial ???scratch??? on my car, they immediately offered to buff it out, and did so successfully without any questions asked, and without any charge. Just great service overall.
I have purchased 4 cars from John, and each purchase is a duplicate of the each one. John does not rush you, explains each option you have for the car that you are looking for, along with the options in others models that you are not purchasing for a comparison. For my last purchase, when I was on the fence on whether or not to purchase my current car, John drove with me to his off premises site to personally show me every model of the car I was looking for, so I could see first hand the difference in each model. That is the type of person and sales person you should be looking for when purchasing these types of cars. The purchase end of the transaction is quick, complete and very non-time consuming. Overall, I have and will continue to not only use John but to continue to recommend him to anyone interested in purchasing a Porsche.
I purchased my first Porsche from Princeton. After have met with all the local dealerships, and allocations not being offered, I kept a close eye on GT3 / GT3 Touring inventory and Princeton beat all other dealerships with inventory in the GT3 market (by far). They were patient in my search over the 12-18 month period, and when the right car came, I pulled the trigger. Michael in sales was pleasant, and far from pushy...he helped me the 5-6 times I came in over the 12 months. Only reason for 4 stars is I would have preferred to get updates from him (vs checking inventory myself nightly). Updates would have made sure I knew about the Touring before it hit the market (or right when it did) and I would have been in the same day. Tiffany was amazing - extremely nice, got the job done at fair value, remembered my wife and daughters from 12 months prior. Michael L was also really nice and showed me everything I needed to know before I excitedly drove off. Overall a great experience and highly recommend.
