Great until the extended warranty ran out And 2023. Cost of replacing a valve and associated work was $5000. Shakes if rear windows open from wind. Aerodynamic so so.

Was looking for an SUV for everyday/long-haul drives that met my priorities - safety, comfort, reliability, fuel economy. This one has them in spades! Superior ride quality, excellent fuel economy (I have the diesel version), and very sporty. The interior is very elegant with well laid out controls. I just wish it had a bit more power (diesel version). Overall, very solid, practical, comfortable, sporty SUV.

This was the best car buying experience I have had. I have bought 3 used cars within this last year and I also bought one in 2022. I ended up at Auto Trademark because my 22-year-old Honda Accord was kaput. Auto trademark was a relaxed environment from the start. We test drove the 2013 BMW 535i drive with the sports package. We liked it but the A/C on passenger vent didn’t seem cool enough. Z offered to get that checked out and fixed. They also said we could but use a check from my HELOC, no high-pressure sales job for warranties or financing (which adds hours to the transaction and makes you feel exhausted). When I picked up the car after they fixed the A/C, I asked why this particular car had no floor mats (which they noted right away at the test drive), Farhan said they had wondered that too, and immediately offered to order replacement mats. I was thrilled. It was such a good experience and the price was reasonable. I’ll note that I didn’t negotiate, and the posted price on CarGurus was the $1,000 less than what I was charged because they note in the ad that it is listed assuming a military discount. But I had read that in the ad, so it was OK for me. I would recommend this auto dealership to anyone who is in the market for a nice used car and wants a positive buying experience.

Turbo GT. Hard to believe it drives as well as my 911 through the mountains. Ride is better than advertised with the lowered ride and stiffer suspension. PTO color is flawless. It does not drive around corners…it deletes them

I have owned several 911s and this one, the 1998, is clearly the best. Beautiful to look at but a total dream to drive. Fast, great sound from the air-cooled engine. This is a car you can take to the store or the track, it does everything right. Starts instantly and you are ready to go. The suspension is tight, causing the road bumps to shake the entire car, but it is the price you pay for a super high performance car. The steering is precise and the brakes are unreal. Hit the brakes hard and you will stop in a heartbeat. I like the older saying "Porsche...Excellent is Expected". I can't think of a thing negative I could say about this car. I sometimes just go outside and just look at it, I love the way it looks.

1994 Carrera 4 widebody owner. My favorite Porsche so far. I’ve owned 911s (77, 70, 73, 91 Carrara 4, 99), 912, 912E and 944. This is one of 267 made. Best all around driving experience. I’ve put 30k miles of the 138k miles on the dial. Very few issues. Mostly maintenance. Bullet proof car, a blast to drive. Not the fastest car, but for the era, the design and mechanicals are great. Car gets looks and compliments each time I drive it. Enthusiasts know what it is and drool over it. These cars have doubled in price in the last 4 years. Very happy with it.

After to my prior experience, I was contacted by Mr. Herman and he apologized for the experience. He listened to my complaint and corrected the situation. Mr. Herman was very apologetical and understanding about why I was upset. He worked diligently with Danny to find a deal for me. I received a loner vehicle while my 2014 ES 350 Mark Jacobson Lexus stayed overnite at Chantilly. I woke up today January 24 full of brightness started my loaner Lexus and off we went. I did one errand and was prepared to return the loaner. Engine refused to turn over. Called my Lexus service rep Hetty Stoner and turned me over to Lexus Roadside Assistance. Came with in 45 minutes and off we went to Chantilly. Constructive tips- please give a loaner with at least half tank of gas and inform customer as to start up procedure in every loaner vehicle. Weather permitting make sure all loaners have been cleaned and washed for eye candy effect. First cabin not log cabin. I love Pohanka Lexus.
